Had the pleasure of dealing with Deb in regards to a long stay booking and couldn't have asked for anyone more accomodating and obliging. Deb was outstanding in going above and beyond to accomodate our requests. If you're planning a stay in Brisbane, definitely have a look here.

Loved the Unit and the location of the apartment. Donna and Deb were very accommodating for us. They made sure we had all the facilities and even provided baby cot for the entire 3 month duration. The check-in and check-out were smooth. They also made a flexible stay schedule contract as had preponed my overseas travel. keen to stay again.

Staff were really friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Location was perfect as we were going out for a couple of drinks and the apartment was smack bang in the middle of it all. I was a little nervous from the price and other reviews that it would be run down and dirty, but our room was way better than expected and considering the price I think the place is underrated. We would definitely stay here again.

I’ve lived at FV4006 for 3 years, and Deb and Donna have been absolutely amazing. No matter what challenge is thrown at them, they always get out of their way to help and find solutions. I’ve the upmost respect for both of them; working so hard and always keeping a smile on their face, and making time to assist. I would like to thank you both for everything that you’ve done for me. I recommend strongly this place to live ,i rent an aparment for more than 5 years never has any problem or complaints always got a quick answer and solution from the kindly managers it is a really good location and you can find many restaurants around the place is really safe,clean many good things ,I would back to live there If I come back to Brisbane.

Since moving here six weeks ago I have had nothing but positive and helpful interactions with Donna and Deb, even the smallest request is treated with respect. The shared areas are always spotless and Donna makes sure people know if there are any issues with amenities. I love my new apartment - it’s spacious and in a fantastic location.

Didn’t even have the opportunity to stay in the accommodation, thanks to the unprofessionalism of the manager who cancelled our room with mere weeks’ notice on an incredibly busy weekend in Brisbane. Multiple reasons were given such as “the website overbooked the rooms”, as well as “other people are staying in your room and aren’t leaving early”. We were given a random “try these nearby hotels” throwaway line, and as it was Magic Round in Brisbane for the NRL, plus other festivals around Brisbane, we were unable to secure suitable accommodation under $800/night. As a result, we were left unable to travel to the event we had spent hundreds of dollars for tickets. Terrible service and I would never recommend anyone use this property.

Great apartment and excellently priced, compared to surrounds. Close to everything and loved the late check out option! Donna was very accommodating for us, too. Will be keen to stay again.

Secured spacious apartment with basic functionalities in a good location. Apartments have NBN internet available (for $49/month). Managements and concierge are super friendly helpful and attentive.

I lease externally but I have nothing but praise for Donna and Deborah. They've put so much work into the complex to improve it from where it was with previous management and they're always lovely. The complex is also pet friendly which is wonderful.

Donna runs the place very well. I find her helpful, approachable, flexible and incredibly friendly. She is easy to deal with and keeps the place tidy and crisp. This makes things so much easier. Thanks Donna and team.

Great rooms and great service! Everything was so clean and well kept and is in a great location too. Donna at reception takes great care of everything and is so lovely!

Clean rooms, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Booked in to stay a couple of nights and ended up living here for a couple of months. Pool is nice, clean common areas. All in all a great place to stay.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, perfect location, walking distance to where we needed to go. Will definitely stay here everytime I come to Brisbane. Donna at reception was great. She was so easy to deal with and very flexible.
