I previously wrote a negative review but have since been back and it was a very delightful experience. We took our three young kids and the food came out in 5 mins. This is a game changer for parents. The food was generous, kid friendly and they got a drink and ice cream included. Absolute deal! The menu had a great selection and the prices appeared much more reasonable. The food was generous and delicious, nothing too fancy, a great pub meal. It was busy, there was an atmosphere and it felt like how it used to be. It felt much more of a local family vibe rather than the previous impression that they were trying to kill the bistro and focused on the pokies as their main source of income. Definitely good to have our local back. I don't know what has changed behind the scenes but they have definitely turned it around. Well done and keep up the great work. Thank you. P.S please bring back the lunch specials menu and PLEASE set the kids area back up. It was great!

Weekend away for our 29 Wedding Anniversary and we had our dinner at the Aspley hotel. We are so pleased that we did .The atmosphere was relaxing and inviting, All the staff,food and service was faultless . A special thanks to Amy and Kunda for going out of their way to make our night so special .If looking for somewhere nice to eat we highly recommend the Aspley Hotel

Back yesterday with my partner to try and see if the meals had improved and boy oh boy, have they ever!! Beautiful food 👍😊 my partner had a porterhouse steak and salad, and she said was one of the best steaks she had ever eaten. I had the Barramundi and it was spectacular. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient and I especially liked the interaction and professionalism of the Head Chef and the Manager. We will be back for sure. Back again for Thursday Snitt’y night bloody beautiful 🤩

Nice old style pub with a good atmosphere Restaurant is off to the side and the menu was good The food was pretty good Plenty of parking and the place was not too crowded Easy service at the bar with friendly staff Safe pub with a nice selection of drinks and food If I lived in the area it would be easy to make this your local

Was here for a birthday dinner. Amazing stay, was very welcoming! We had an accident and spilled a drink 😔 (got a free refill so I'm not complaining haha) Awesome food. Would come back again.

Excellent on every level! Service is outstanding, meals of more than generous portions, and all meals delicious. Loved the calamari - seniors, the schnitzel my son had was soooo good and my husband had bangers and mash which he thoroughly enjoyed. Our first time here but we will be back for sure. The staff were very helpful. 😊

Lamb shank was just what I wanted on a chilly evening. It was very tasty and I would definitely order this again.

The staff and service were amazing with Mums 90th Birthday celebration on 15th April. They went over and above. Meals were lovely. They couldn't do enough for us and made it very special for Mum

Had our work end of year function here was great for large group or smaller one's. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food came out quickly and was extremely large.

What has happened aspley hotel? Have been going here for 4 years plus. Always can't fault the food or staff. Today no different except the lunch menu, senior menu and roast of the day have all disappeared?? Cost us (a table of 3) $90 plus today, $30 more than 2 weeks ago (not including drinks). You have lost our business - how sad 😡

We love this place!!!! It’s our local pub and we feel so at home there. The staff are so friendly and the food and drinks are always great. We have a 1.5 year old and the little kids package with crayons, stickers and a colouring book is a nice touch. Prices are good too and being a member, we get a lot of deals here and there too which is awesome. Only suggestion I would say re atmosphere is a kids area would make it from great to exceptional!! Lol! ;)

We, 12 of us booked a mothers day lunch. Was very busy. Can't complain with the way we all got our meals at the same time. All the meals were nicely presented. Afraid to say my chicken scitz. was very cold. Didn't want to make a scene till after everyone had eaten. I did mention to a staff member. Sorry guys.😡

Overall it's a nice local, plenty of parking and friendly staff. The kitchen seems to have its moments but I've been back a few times and just relax if they are under pressure. The drivetru is handy also 😊

Each time I have come here is has gone down hill. Quite disappointed tonight, ordered an entree calamari costing $16 and got what seemed to be a very small serving. Service was average.

Great atmosphere, excellent service. We were served at the bar by freindly Jemma who introduced hubby & I to a new beverage that we now look forward too & also reminded us of our two for one voucher. Happy days 👌🏾😍

Best meals I've had in QLD and the staff here were all top people, friendly and great people to have a conversation with! Will always find my way back here for a meal in the future.

We are regulars at the Aspley and went there for lunch today only to be informed there were no staff to cook and bistro was closed. Only sandwiches toasted over the bar. Bit disappointing.

Nice clean venue. Smaller size pokie room. Friendly patrons and staff. Some of the pokie machines are way too loud.. even at the quietest setting. Otherwise not too bad.

Had a few drinks and a meal tonight. Service was excellent and the steak was superb. Check it out!

Need to update restaurant hours, walked all the way here to find it closed, the same thing happened at aspley tavern so we were a little annoyed and while walking out the lady said “the hours are on the front door” which says “guaranteed trading hours 10am - 4am” and says nothing about the restaurant hours? Please update restaurant hours so people that want food don’t show up and get told they’re not doing it. Seems to be only Aspley ones that we have this issue with 😅

The staff here are so accommodating. The food was perfect. Great prices. Will be back. Would highly recommend.

Drive through is more expensive than I remember. The only hotel still selling a pack of 4 Jameson cans for $28. Shoulda got my spec savers and went elsewhere
