    I was at the restaurant when the incident mentioned in Calvin Ren’s review occurred, and I have to take Nando’s side on this one. The guy (presumably Calvin) while frustrated, was completely out of line in his abuse of the staff, who were in a super busy rush to serve other customers for lunch. Aside from this episode of customer bullying, we had a great experience - the food and service were awesome, and we’ll definitely be back. We went up to the staff afterwards, as one was visibly shaken at the unprovoked attack. Shameful performance, hurling abuse at a young girl just trying to do her job.

    1. Customer service was so poor barely was acknowledged 2. Completely ignored an older customer waiting at the counter for over 15 minutes then proceeded to tell him to order through his phone which he clearly was unsure about. The staff were standing around and should have just served him through the till or at least helped him with ordering through his phone Will not be returning

    It took an hour for them to make the order, and the worst thing is that the chicken wasnt cooked correctly. It was cold, and tasted like rubber, and I'm starting to feel a bit sick after eating it. I usually like the food from the restaurant but this was such a bad experience that I don't think I'll go back again.

    You can't really go wrong with peri peri salt chips, can you? This place has great seating options, and the customer service was fantastic - super polite and very prompt service. Chicken was of course amazing as always.

    Had one of the weirdest experiences I’ve ever had in a restaurant on Sunday around 2:30/3pm. Ordered a classic wrap meal, extra spicy of course, and it came with a free insult from one of the male staff members chilling by the grill. Talk about value for money. My partner and I sat in the corner at a table that was pretty dirty, not wanting to be a nuisance we didn’t ask to clean it, we just avoided the dirty side. Some absolute legend proceeded to loudly berate us whilst we waited for our food, for being a couple of Karen’s and not wanting to sit on the dirty side or pick another table. I politely let the young woman that brought our food out know that we can hear literally every word that was uttered and asked that she relay this bit of information to the champion out back who was still talking about how much he hated his job since another staff member had left. Old mate proceeded to skulk further into the back and we didn’t see or hear from him again. He can cook a great chicken, but lemon herb is spicier than his banter. In the off chance that I ever find myself in Kenmore again, we’ll probably just hit up Sushi Edo. I’m sure they’ll throw better chat and I wont be berated by a child over a dirty seat. Sincerely, a frustrated Portuguese boi.

    Such a shame to walk and see a member of staff touching the uber eats tablet and register with the gloves she is wearing while cooking. I get you are having a dinner rush but proper food hygiene should still be a priority. How can you think its okay to go and touch an area where you're dealing with money and customers with the gloves you arr cooking with? Bloody disgusting. Walked right after that.

    Tried first time and had spice chicken and chips. Restaurant has indoor and outdoor dining. Plenty of room especially disabled parking and access. It's at kenmore plaza,mogill Rd. Was clean and friendly with hot food ready for me.

    We went here for lunch this afternoon. Ordered our food and chose a table in the corner. I checked the seats closest to the wall and there was some food residue on them, so we sat on the other chairs. Decided not to raise this with the staff as the other two seats were fine. We then heard one of the staff members openly insulting us while he was in the kitchen and saying “they should just sit somewhere else they are the only customers in here, who cares if there is something on the seat”. To our disbelief he continued talking (very loudly) about how he hated his job and how he wanted to quit. It was very uncomfortable and we werent sure how to raise with the staff that we can hear them and we also heard their insults at us. We raised it to one of the servers and she apologised. They then turned the music on very loud so we couldnt heard them talking in the back. Its just very inappropriate to have staff talking about their customers within an ears distance…

    The worst lunch I had here today. Poor service, no one serve. None of the sauces on the table you can see from the photo. It is not run out for other customers, it is none in the restaurant, and it is 12:15pm. I asked 3 times for the sauce, the first time the staff said will take to our table later. The second time the staff said the sauce run out of stock. The third time the staff get the sauce from the cooking bench to my plate. I am fine so far, as I thought the bottle sauce ran out of stock. But after 2 mins, when the staff serve the next table, the next table ask for sauce then the staff get into the back kitchin take only one sauce to the next table. Yes, only one and there are 6 tables have made orders and waiting for food in the restaurant at that moment. I am really angry, The same staff here, and she should underdtand who is the first and the second, but she totally ignore the customer. The angry point is she cheat me said the sauce ran out of stock. I asked to the staff why, and she said they are busy, but you have time to get one sauce out. After this happen, no one come to our table to said anything. Don't go the nandos.

    Ordered my takeaway, went to woolies to do a shop & returned 20mins later and my meal hadn't been started. Tables were full of rubbish when I first arrived and still not cleaned when I left. Other patrons arrived and some left others sat outside in the clean tables.

    This is the Nandos right outside our office. We Love everything we order from here but the reason that motivated me to write this review is the super friendly staff members. Thank you Nandos for having great staff members 😃🙌🏻

    Had a wonderful meal, I had mistakenly ordered a Bacon and cheese burger with vegetarian patty in t. I had missed to remove the bacon and Priyanka our waitstaff was very quick to point that out and was sweet enough to remake the order for me. I really appreciate her presence of mind and the hospitality provided by her….

    Formerly a regular. Staff are always friendly, ask how the meal is etc but wow the portion sizes of their chicken are so inconsistent and are getting smaller. A drumstick doesn't count as a Quarter of a whole chicken. Peri Peri chips are great and having sauces to use is great. Shame as Nandos was a regular for us but for the price, it's become hard to justify

    Placed an order for delivery that never showed, waited 2 hours with no communication from restaurant, and when we call it goes straight to a voicemail. Luckily they took our funds so we have to fight to get them back. Overall great experience

    What an incredible experience! Our recent visit to Nando's Kenmore for an early dinner was truly outstanding. Celebrating our son's birthday, who specifically chose Nando's for the occasion, turned out to be a memorable and heartwarming experience. The store owner went above and beyond to ensure it was a special birthday dinner. We were genuinely surprised by the generosity, and the entire staff joined in with a cake, singing Happy Birthday. Having dined at this Nando's on numerous occasions before, we consistently find the food to be excellent. A heartfelt thank you to Nando's and the exceptional staff for surpassing our expectations. We are certain to return, time and time again.

    This is 2nd time I ordered in Ken more, I really didn't get what I expected the chicken was not grilled properly and it seemed as if they have given old one. When I entered in store they had already winded up but they told me that after making mine they winded up. I am not happy with Nandos store in kenmore. The chicken is not at all tender or juicy as it use to be as compare to other stores.

    Great Nando's Food as always, just the service was a little slow. To be fair however we ordered at probably the most busiest time. The only thing that I believe they could improve on is kitchen communication.

    Food was great, but just wanted to comment on how fantastic the staff are here. We were told when we arrived that they were short staffed (and there might be a delay with the food) but the people who were here were working their absolute butts off to get the orders out, and we didn’t feel like we were waiting long at all. The staff here are so lovely and friendly and I hope their hard work is recognised with extra pay and vacation time 😂

    I always have a fantastic nandos from this branch, never have I been disappointed 😊👏 the food is always fresh and exactly what you asked for and the staff are always happy and friendly.... The Toowong brach is a totally different story in all aspects, they are terrible. But all I can say is Kenmore keep up the good work, you guys are brilliant 👏

    We have waited 35minutes for our food and i can wait if i would have to but i think 35 minutes is ridiculous and the fact that it wasn’t just me but everyone waiting for the food had to wait so long as well (even longer then us). But another that was worse was the fact that take aways were handed their foods first and the people dining in had to wait for over an half an hour. I think this is too much. How can the people ordering after is get their food first. The kitchen was so unorganized as well. So bad. The food were just waiting with no one to deliver the food to the tables. And there is literally a line of people but no staff even looks at them and doesnt even make eye contact. There was no even say of sorry or thank you for waiting when the food came out late. So disappointed

    The worst lunch we had , chicken served to us was totally raw, asked for more cooking but still was under .. we told the boys at the front about the food , there reaction was totally blunt !! They didn’t do anything to fix or to satisfy the customer.. “he just said oh , and walked away” .. we waisted our money, time and our appetites !! Never gonna go back to this store again .. the worst ever 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

    We had a late dinner here last night & were expecting to be rushed and/or forced to order takeaway. Actually it was quite the opposite. The staff were warm and welcoming. Food was fresh & cooked to perfection. Special mention to Kate who was so patient with us & really made our night with her sweet smile & warm manner. Nando’s should be proud to have you as an employee 😊

    Ordered food and they say it would be 15-20 min. Waited 45 min and when I asked them when my order will be ready they guy grabbed the bag that had been sitting there for 25 min. All that for 4 tenders and 8 ribs which were cold. When I told the guy at front counter he just sighed and gave no apology. Def won’t be wasting my time coming back here again.

    Full chicken was ordered online, waiting time was a little long, added a note on the order saying we were waiting outside. Still had to ask staff when the order was ready for some time. Chicken was good quality.
