Because it’s a chain restaurant, you know what you’re going to get. Tasty chicken. Perri perri chips. Spicy sauce which is great because those who enjoy spice and those who don’t can easily share a meal. The restaurant here always seems pretty empty when I’m here. The staff are helpful. When I ate here recently, they forgot perri perri spice on the chips. They fixed it for me immediately. I like the fact that they have a sink where you can wash your hands before you eat. That’s a feature more restaurants should have.

0 Stars - Worst Service at this restaurant. The girl who took my order at 2:11pm on the 7th August 2022 at the store (I didn’t order online it was in person) & failed to tell me that my order had been ready for a while even tough I was sitting in the waiting area for 50 minutes. I had to ask someone how long left for my order for them to tell me it had been ready all along. I got my food in 50 minutes cold and without any bags, this place didn’t even have bags to put my order in and there were only like 5 people in the whole restaurant so being busy is not even an excuse. Staff lack basic common sense and courtesy! The guy that got my order, thank you.

In love with Nando's Toowong and any Nando's chain restaurant. Favourite place to order online or in person. The staff at any Nando's are always so lovely and super friendly, such good customer service. Keep up the good work. The environment is always warm and family-friendly, with great atmosphere. Clean. Reasonally quick with orders. Reliable service. Their signature chicken and saucing is very consistent and well-cooked, sometimes burnt edges but its not an issue. The only issue I have is they always run out of coleslaw, but the peri-peri chips always make up for that. I am a frequent customer with many points, so definitely recommended to become a member.

I ordered with ubereats. Don’t ever order from here. Worst nandos I have ever had. Chicken tenders were dry, very little sauce and chopped up into small pieces. Chips were stone cold and corn was burnt.

Took the herb chicken with garlic bread and added coleslaw. Chicken is nice and tender, the bread is nice and soft but the coleslaw is not that fantastic. Another set was mild chicken with sweet potatoes. This set was good. Friendly staff. Nice atmosphere. Ample parking in Toowong. It's free for about 2hrs after that it's chargeable.

I ordered peri peri chicken salad bowl and 4 ribs. The salad was not fresh at all and the waitress took it to the kitchen and brought me another one which was not fresh as well ( I guess she brought the same one back to me). I only ate the chicken. So i was still hungry after this I had to eat again in another restaurant. The service was terrible ( she was not polite at all, Asian face wearing glasses, not black skin). I guess the waiter and waitress are all uni students who were very unprofessional and unfriendly. Will not go back. The chefs in the kitchen need to be very professional to cook nice and fresh meals.

Ordered a burger before they closed tonight, got home... less than 40g of chicken in the burger. Going back in the morning with it, absolutely furious. I love finishing a long day and paying extra money to order a chicken burger, just to be met with a salad in a bun. I'm genuinelly angry, I'm now hungry and need to get MORE FOOD because I paid for a burger and got LESS PROTEIN THAN A KIDS MEAL

Located in Toowong Village this Nando's has very nice interior design with good sitting arrangements for groups and individuals. Though a chain but all Nando's food do not taste the same and I found this one to be a very good one. Staff were very friendly and service was fast.

I tried it 2 weeks ago and I was completely disappointed with the food. It came out so quickly and hence, my meals were just room temperature and not hot. My friend asked for extra hot but she received a mild and my broccoli was so chewy and cold. I thought it was a one time mistake and let it go and I tried it again today, her burger was served cold and dripping of sauces and with very lil meat. We have been regulars at this Nando's but not anymore. I will no longer recommend this Nando's to anybody else.

Tell me why my chippies were brown and soggy? They were discussing and brown never getting chips again. The manager said it was because of the oil and did not consider to use fresh oil.

You can easily access if you are going to the shops. Plenty of nearby parking. Friendly staff, explained what they have and take notes of our orders. They have a variety of chicken options to select. Dining in can be a nice idea or you can order take away if you are in a hurry. Food is so yummy, but prices are higher than other competitive restaurants.

Every time i ask for well done chicken they ignore my request, i don't know why, its just need to be cooked a bit longer

I ordered a Paella Grande with extra chicken (as I have many times before). Upon receiving my takeaway, I checked its contents - to my surprise I had not received the extra chicken I had paid for. I raised this with a team member called Jesse (working at Toowong on 09/01/2022). Instead of rectifying the issue, she said to her colleague “you cut the pieces too large”, she then took my order and had her colleague cut it into smaller pieces. This is appalling customer service and as such I will be taking my business to Oporto. EDIT (8:15pm) - the chicken (if it is in fact chicken) is soooo overcooked & chewy. It’s inedible!

Not a bad restaurant, I always enjoy Nando’s food, however, the quality of the food varies during each visit. The ordering system was average, particularly when going through their online ordering system. However, the food came relatively promptly and the experience was adequate. Overall, it was as good as was to be expected.

Good parking at Toowong Village, not as busy , and I like how they have wash basin in the restaurant.

LOVE Nandos. Across South Africa and Australia over more than a decade, it has been consistent. My favourite fast food place and always will be. Far superior to any other fast food place in my opinion. Chicken actually tastes barbecued. Superb. Please don't change.

Nice place, good atmosphere inside as well. The burgers are good, I have to recommend getting the spicy sauce. The chips are very well salted as well. The online ordering wasn't the greatest, the app was a bit annoying, but nothing big. Food came in quickly. Overall a reasonable experience. A good place for dinner/ lunch (or breakfast if you're into that)

Called into Nando's Toowong on two occasions while staying in Toowong for 5 days from 25/07/22 to 30/07/22. Excellent menu choice & food cooked well, friendly staff & spacious inside with plenty of seating. Meals served within 10 minutes & cashless payment. Nando's in a great location serving delicious food.
