Since about 6 months this store has become incredibly inconsistent, Half the time they don't even bother delivering after promising the food is arriving "any second". Whoever is managing that store needs to find a new job, used to be reliable, absolutely useless now. Maybe hire adults instead of what sounds like 12 years olds when you call them and the service wouldn't be so terrible.

Thank you to the lovely lady who made my pizza at Domino's Pacific Pines today. Not only did she make a super delicious pizza, but she also went out of her way to cook it ahead of time and deliver it to my car. You are one truly amazing lady. I wish I took your name to send feedback to Domino's head office.

One star is too generous, the experience we had tonight at this store was the worst I’ve ever had from any business. After waiting 20 minutes after our Pizza was ready to be served and a large queue of people waiting also, asked to be served only to see the three young workers smile at each other and ignore, the phone was ringing non stop with nobody caring to even look in it’s direction. Service was disgraceful.

After 5 years I’m having pizza from this store again hoping there would be a decent amount of toppings. Ordered a chicken pizza, can barely see the chicken pieces and asked for extra pineapple and got like 6 extra pieces of pineapple chunks? They’re so stingey with their toppings at this store for the longest time…

Michael is a great manager and a very kind man! Worth the wait and the money for the taste and portions you get. Much appreciated, will keep this dominos in mind!

Thanks to the Team at Domino's tonight for their service. I rang to find out about our order as it had been an hour already and we were concerned that our order hadnt come through because of the storm. I wasn't upset as I have been in the service industry and understand that these things occur. I want to thank the Store Manager that was on tonight for your help over the phone as the pizzas arrived at our door. Thank you for the great service as you are also lacking staff, the same as everywhere at the moment. Please be mindful to not get upset at these guys for things that are out of their control. Fantastic store to deal with. 👌

I’m leaving 5 stars because last night we had really delicious pizzas which were well presented and fast delivery. We usually don’t get pizza here because of past experiences but I’ve got to say how impressed I was with everything last night. Thanks

The loaded fries are not so loaded. Don't even get me started on the lack of prawns on the $30 PRAWN pizza.

OMG. Haven't had dominos for over a year when they stuffed my order and the free pizza they promised didn't cone through. Here we go again. You usually overlook quality because they were cheap and convenient. Not anymore. Check out the photos, that's meant to be a large supreme pizza with extra cheese. $37.99!! Delivered. First time I've ever taken a pizza back. Obviously no one supervises the poor old under achievers making the pizzas. No beef, no capsicum, not much else.....Never again

Absolutely rubbish don’t use them would give zero stars if could. Seriously over 2 hours for delivery then when you phone they say 30 more minutes.

This dominos really picked up their game for a while, but they almost never remember to put the post-cut sauce on the pizzas and it’s really really frustrating. It’s not hard to read the receipt and take that extra second to check you’re doing the correct thing. Make sure you check the pizzas before leaving the store.

Something is wrong with their uber eats app and It keeps saying cancelled order. Last time I called them for delivery and it cost me more then the uber eats price

Always super polite, every single team member here in the time we’ve used these guys has been a legend. Tonight i made a whoopsy and ordered my pizzas completely wrong on the app (wrong base on wrong pizza for a celiac partner was never going to end well…) and these guys not only felt bad for me but redid BOTH pizzas free of charge. Absolutely didn’t expect it, and it’s hugely appreciated especially on mother’s day when i was trying to treat my mrs to a pizza night in and failed miserably 🤣 thanks again, saved the day!

$5 pizza and New Yorker. Only difference is the crust and size. Can tell you there’s no difference in the taste or texture of the pizza. Identical except the $5 pepperoni pizza only has a handful of pieces of pepperoni today I guess as they are only $4 today. But word to the wise stay away from the new Yorker range. Nothing New York about it seriously. Buy 2 of the $5 pizzas taste like $5 pizza. Photos attached. Update: Ordered $5 only cheese pizza and it’s black. Who boxes it and sells it like it?

With my dads mini supreme pizza, he bit into one slice and there was a chicken bone in it. Which is unacceptable. I work for Domino’s myself and to tell you there shouldn’t be any bones in the bains. Please go around and check the bains.

Pizzas did not get delivered. We called and they said the person who delivered them had "clocked off' and best they could do was a refund that "might take 7 days". So guess we will order from elsewhere from now on.

Prompt delivery Pizzas were nice but concerned about the 'chicken ' in the supreme pizza. Did not taste like chicken, more processed chicken roll for sandwiches and the double beef was questionable, did not taste like beef, more like crumbled bread crumbs. Disappointed. Even think the 'meat wasn't really meat. That was my opinion

Generally very good service. The best staff compared to other dominos restaurants I've been to. Quick, efficient, and accurate orders.

Every time I order hollandaise swirl they seem to forget. And this time only half pizza has toppings the rest is pretty much just cheese

Very disappointed. We ordered at 5.15pm for a delivery for 630pm 13th may 2022. The tracker at 630pm then told us we have a delivery time of 715pm. Why would we order early as there is no advantage. Obviously cooking for walk ins to get pizzas before pre ordered. Not happy as we now have to wait several days for refund after paying and money coming out straight away

Ordered some shakes and icecream, and the delivery person was so lovely! Just wanted to appreciate the customer service and manners. Wish I got his name, but keep on being kind! You’ll get very far. :)
