Bought
3
fish
recently
from
Ballina
Reef
Aquariums
and
within
5
days
one
of
them
had
died.
It
was
unwell
when
I
got
it,
never
ate
and
had
swim
bladder
issues.
The
tanks
were
dirty
the
first
time
I
went
in
and
fish
were
dead/dying/eating
other
dead
fish,
and
the
water
temp
seemed
too
high
in
the
cold
water
tanks.
BUT
I
decided
to
chance
it
as
they
were
good-looking
fish.
When
I
went
back
to
ask
about
their
refund
or
replacement
policy,
I
was
told
there
were
no
refunds
or
replacements,
despite
my
fish
clearly
being
sick
from
day
one
because
of
the
conditions
it
came
from.
After
being
denied
a
refund
or
replacement,
I
questioned
how
the
fish
were
being
treated
and
if
they
really
should
be
sold,
as
this
time
I
noticed
more
dead/dying
fish
(shrimp
eating
dead
fish,
fish
sinking
to
the
bottom
and
swimming
upside
down),
and
fish
with
white
spot
(parasites
that
feed
off
the
fish).
All
I
asked
was
for
a
refund
and
for
the
fish
to
be
treated
for
disease,
because
if
the
fish
looked
healthier
the
next
time
I
came
in
I
would
be
more
than
happy
to
purchase
more...
but
instead
the
owner
was
defensive
and
told
me
there
was
nothing
wrong
with
her
fish.
Good
customer
service
would
be
thanking
me
for
notifying
her
that
she
has
sick
fish,
and
then
proceeding
to
treat
them
or
at
least
say
she
is
intending
to!
Just
a
warning,
if
you
buy
any
fish
from
there
I
recommend
you
quarantine
them
for
a
few
weeks
first,
don't
risk
infecting
your
other
fish.
Also
if
you
notice
any
unwell
fish,
say
something!
Fish
are
little
lives,
not
just
money
in
someone's
pocket
