Really helpful service! was looking for a place to host a event and the staff member was extremely patient with me, taking me to to see the potential rooms I could book. He even let me try out a few songs! Definitely will be revisiting Cloud8.

Staff at the front desk were not very accommodating or friendly. They took our ID without explanation and only told us they couldn’t give it back to us until the end of the session. Our microphone was not working for a solid 10 minutes and not one member of staff came to help when we called them. The people working the front desk did not even try to be helpful and ruined what would have been an otherwise fun night.

Sadly customer service ruined the whole thing for us 1. Let me begin with them asking for my friends ID which is completely fine may I add but simply giving a explanation would’ve sufficed. 2. Did not greet us kindly in fact didn’t even look our way when we were walking out and just gave the ID back and didn’t say a word. 3. The machine was not explained to us, a microphone wasn’t working. It wasted 20mins of the time we paid for waiting for assistance and trying to figure out the machine 4. There was markings all of the seats of who knows what.

Love this place so fun and colourful. The rooms are awesome with different themes. Addison does a fabulous job running the place. Always friendly customer service.

The customer service was decent. But unfortunately half way through our 2 hour reservation one of our mike suddenly stopped working. We thought it died and then we began to have struggles with the mike due to turning off and on again. In addition it was hard to find where the songs were. Hence forced caused us to take a while to find the songs and the room was smaller than we though .As well as hearing the next door singing through our speakers and our sound becoming very weird and creepy to the point we thought it was haunted.

VERY ENJOYABLE! Me and my family had the best time for Mother’s Day :) clean, spacious and so much fun! We will be back again 10/10

Rooms were dirty and my shoes felt like they were sticking to the floor every few minutes. The list of artists to choose from was extensive but some only had a few songs available but you can usually find more than one favourite song available. The staff were nice but first time they scammed us $20 more than the original price and then they tried to haggle us to pay $100 for another hour which was heaps more than the original price. We were already paying way more than other karaoke places for the same experience. This place is fun but make sure you’re drunk before/during. Bathroom is easily accessible and decent enough.

Perfect karaoke experience, friendly staff and great value for happy hour. I would definitely visit again. However, there were so many people on School Holiday that we waited a while. It is hoped that the company can arrange more manpower to ensure smoother service.

Staff were so friendly and amazing!! allowed us to do one hour instead of two and the rooms were so clean and amazingly styled. The speakers and mics were amazing quality too, definitely recommend

Thank you for being a fantastic place to celebrate turning 18 with my family and friends. We had the best time and everyone at Cloud 8 were welcoming and kind. The Paris Room is outstanding. It is private and fun and big enough to have room to move. Fun for young and old and a safe way to entertain.

What a nice place for me to have gathering with friends. Service was good. Will come again for sure.

Cloud 8 were wonderful hosts to me and my family. The rooms were spacious and clean and the music selection plentiful. Special mention to the night duty staff who were so accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend.

Do not go YET. I write this review hoping to reach a passionate representative who can address issues to improve the quality of service next time I come. Cloud 8 has many amazing themed rooms which I think is a brilliant idea but I give my overall experience a 2/5 at the location. Why? You may ask, the reason for this low review is because if the themed rooms were taken away, they would be left with NOTHING. Customer service was TOLERABLE, first man we saw with a bowl cut in 20-30 was rude, didn’t talk much, he was doing his job but only the bare minimum of everything possible. He had a frown rather than a smile, very unwelcoming. 1/2 hour into the session another lady is at the counter, her attitude was so much more pleasant, a smile, good attitude to her work and thanks to her, I got an okay impression of the customer service. Now the REAL PROBLEM. The machine is so OLD. To search the songs or artists… don’t even bother. Search bar is almost pointless because the keyboard is mucked, artists can barely be found and MOST IMPORTANTLY, NEWEST SONGS WERE FROM 2017-18 which was absolutely shocking. The software for the machine probably needs a change or update but the biggest thing is TO UPDATE SONGS because I don’t think it’s worth it to go here right now. Artists are all from before 2018 and no new songs can be found, people want to sing favourite songs and artists which most times it’s going to be NEW and the GENERATION’S top songs. Not even the biggest hits are on the selection. I saw a review reply saying copyright was an issue and songs were updated daily, but to have this many missing, shameful. There are just too many problems to address on this page so I can’t list all, but it was definitely not worth the money and I would rather go to music city right now because they at least have new songs there. The place may look good and fashionable but it’s all upfront, it’s focus has been shifted to decorations rather than karaoke. We are here to sing. Now if these problems can be resolved, I think I would come back. But as of now, never again. I can share my contact details with the manager upon request, because I really want this place to improve as I want it to.

Did not give stars for food, as, we didn't have any. Everything else was so good, not my first time here. Love it everytime, clean private rooms, easy bookings and best if all, you can BYO food and drinks with No extra fees. It was here that I found out Chinese has Rock N' Roll....

We loved the price. We appreciated the option to bring our own food and drinks. And this was the only karaoke place I know that allows children, so that’s a plus.

Very good experience. Good songs. Great place to hang out with friends. Affordable. Would recommend.

Customer service was shocking, no customer service, not feeling welcomed, no greeting once we arrived and paid for 4 hours and only singing for 3 and half Hi Cloud 8 Karaoke Team, Thank you for your response. I understand your policy regarding late arrivals and the impact on subsequent bookings. However, I would like to clarify that I did not receive any information about potential penalties for being late when making the reservation. It would have been helpful if this was communicated beforehand. Nonetheless, I appreciate your commitment to improving your service and will take your explanation into consideration.

A super fun experience. A bit let down by the lack of song choices and that you couldn’t buy any alcoholic drinks from there itself otherwise it was a great experience with a clean room, accessible toilets and lots of fun to be had!

So fun! I come here for most of my friends birthdays and it never fails to disappoint. The atmosphere for every room is so great and they have such a large arrangement of songs. I will definitely keep on coming here for any celebration that karaoke seems suitable for. 10/10 would recommend for people wanting to have a fun time with their friends and family.

Facilities are great and enjoyed the evening and previous visits however tonight the lady directing to your room and cleaning, took us to our room at 6.05pm as it wasnt ready despite being booked for 6pm, did not show us how to use the machine or check the mics like previous visits. Secondly she barges in at 7.58pm (room booked for 2 hours) and turns on the light and stops the music immediately. I advised her we got in at 6.05pm (through no fault of our own) which she dismises and contnues in the room saying she has to clean it, cleaning shouldn't start during the time we paid for?!?! Absolutely rude woman!! Have never had this before in previous visits. Staff are usually nice and polite however this bad apple needs the boot! ****update**** Thank you for your quick response and acknowledging our disappointment and rectifying, for this, I have amended my review.

Filthy! The carpet was disgusting, I think it was meant to be red but it was black! The leather chairs were falling apart. The song list is terrible and doesn’t even sound like the actual artist at all. All old songs nothing new Felt like I needed a shower and hand sanitiser! Left after 20 minutes

Staff is always friendly and accommodating have been here for karaoke a hand full of times. Celebrated my birthday here on the weekend and was tended by Cris. She was more than happy to help us anytime we had questions. I always recommend this karaoke byo to my family and friends. Will definitely be back.

The rooms are nice but the system for choosing the songs is really hard to understand it also requires the initials of the song which isn’t effective if it’s a one word song. As well as a limited amount of English songs and no songs from pop culture like games or tv shows.

Loved the idea of the place. Needs a little more attention to detail on the cleanliness of the rooms. A couple of technical issues and words not correct in songs. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend.

One of the best Karaoke places I’ve ever been! Clean and tidy. Nice and friendly staff. Good service. My friend and I enjoyed our Karaoke section. The best part is we are able to bring our own food and drinks inside the room without any charge. Can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended. Kindly reminder: 1: You have to pay deposit when you are having your booking. 2: Staff member would hold your ID card until you finished your Karaoke section.

Floors/carpet really gross and sticky in the car room. Room was way to small. Said max 25.. we only had 20 and there wasn’t enough seating. As well as a section of the chair was broken. Heaps of good songs especially for that 90’s early 2000’s vibe. Massive throwbacks. Honestly a lot of fun but way to expensive.
