this
review
hoping
to
reach
a
passionate
representative
who
can
address
issues
to
improve
the
quality
of
service
next
time
I
come.
Cloud
8
has
many
amazing
themed
rooms
which
I
think
is
a
brilliant
idea
but
I
give
my
overall
experience
a
2/5
at
the
location.
Why?
You
may
ask,
the
reason
for
this
low
review
is
because
if
the
themed
rooms
were
taken
away,
they
would
be
left
with
NOTHING.
Customer
service
was
TOLERABLE,
first
man
we
saw
with
a
bowl
cut
in
20-30
was
rude,
didn’t
talk
much,
he
was
doing
his
job
but
only
the
bare
minimum
of
everything
possible.
He
had
a
frown
rather
than
a
smile,
very
unwelcoming.
1/2
hour
into
the
session
another
lady
is
at
the
counter,
her
attitude
was
so
much
more
pleasant,
a
smile,
good
attitude
to
her
work
and
thanks
to
her,
I
got
an
okay
impression
of
the
customer
service.
Now
the
REAL
PROBLEM.
The
machine
is
so
OLD.
To
search
the
songs
or
artists…
don’t
even
bother.
Search
bar
is
almost
pointless
because
the
keyboard
is
mucked,
artists
can
barely
be
found
and
MOST
IMPORTANTLY,
NEWEST
SONGS
WERE
FROM
2017-18
which
was
absolutely
shocking.
The
software
for
the
machine
probably
needs
a
change
or
update
but
the
biggest
thing
is
TO
UPDATE
SONGS
because
I
don’t
think
it’s
worth
it
to
go
here
right
now.
Artists
are
all
from
before
2018
and
no
new
songs
can
be
found,
people
want
to
sing
favourite
songs
and
artists
which
most
times
it’s
going
to
be
NEW
and
the
GENERATION’S
top
songs.
Not
even
the
biggest
hits
are
on
the
selection.
I
saw
a
review
reply
saying
copyright
was
an
issue
and
songs
were
updated
daily,
but
to
have
this
many
missing,
shameful.
There
are
just
too
many
problems
to
address
on
this
page
so
I
can’t
list
all,
but
it
was
definitely
not
worth
the
money
and
I
would
rather
go
to
music
city
right
now
because
they
at
least
have
new
songs
there.
The
place
may
look
good
and
fashionable
but
it’s
all
upfront,
it’s
focus
has
been
shifted
to
decorations
rather
than
karaoke.
We
are
here
to
sing.
Now
if
these
problems
can
be
resolved,
I
think
I
would
come
back.
But
as
of
now,
never
again.
I
can

because
I
really
want
this
place
to
improve
as
I
want
it
to.
