This was one of the best kareoke experiences we've had. Great range of room sizes, song choices, and drinks. Patrick was super helpful. Would have loved to order more food because the kitchen closed earlier than i expected, but the lotus chips and spicy soup we got were very nice

This Karaoke in Southport is excellent! The equipment and the fancy environment here just make your night going crazy! The service here is wonderful! Patrick is absolutely fantasic! Give him pay rise! I will be so sad if he is not here next time.

Patrick was phenomenal made my entire night this man knows how to promote a company and has phenomenal service. If you can promote him in anyway he deserves it. I have never had such an amazing experience

Staff were so pleasant and accomodating. We had such a fun time for a hens night and Great space available for all party sizes. Staff were so friendly :)

We really had a great night at Estar Karaoke! It's down an alley and parking is limited, so carpool if you can. The staff are helpful and accommodating. The food is OK but nothing amazing, best to eat dinner beforehand. Great selection of songs and a reasonable hourly rate, can't complain would visit again!

The atmosphere is spot on. The karaoke machine where you choose the music is super helpful as it allows you to search artists, songs, genres etc. The karaoke rooms themselves are super comfortable, and the rooms were a cool temperature, perfect for dancing. We went on a Friday night, so we had to pay for a 2 hour session (as it was required for our group size), however, time flew by and if time allowed, we would have loved to stay for another hour. The location is down a sketchy alleyway, and parking is minimal, however you can park across the road at Australia Fair Metro.

E Star Karaoke is an absolutely awesome Karaoke joint. A great variety of songs, spacious rooms and easy-to-use Karaoke software. The staff were really friendly and they were also a licensed venue. Would highly recommend.

best karaoke place on the gold coast by far, an exquisite selection of songs are at your disposal, in addition to an electrifying atmosphere made better by the exceptional staff, of whom joseph is the absolute stand out. i recommended this place to all my friends and family and they all thanked me for the enlightening experience. 12/10

The service was really good, explained how to use the karaoke machine well and has a good range of songs. But would like to see/hear more of the newer songs or some more K-pop options but overly amazing 10/10

Good staff, bad customers. If you are under 18 scroll down to the second paragraph as there is some really important info there. In terms of service and pricing (for the most part) it was great! I went with a group of my friends and the staff were fantastic and patient when letting us pay separately and were over all lovely, the room was great too, I booked a room for 13 people, only 10 ended up going but it was spacious enough to fit all of us in and probably even more then 13 people.  The song selection wasn't great in terms of newer songs, but if there was a song they didn't have we would just hold a microphone up to our phones and play it through there. If you are under 18 though this is really important. I went with a group of 10 girls who were aged 16-18, the one 18 year old who went, looked 16 and most of us, only excluding me and one of my friends, looked even younger, maybe about 15. And that ruined our experience. For most of our 2 hour session, one of us was standing up to block our door, as drunk people continued to yell at us, and tried to get in our room. The whole night none of us really enjoyed our time as every few minutes there would be someone looking through our door who was definitely not staff.  When one of us needed to go to the bathroom we would get in groups of 3 and run because of how unsafe it felt. At a point me and my friend had to lock ourselves in a bathroom because someone had started a fight outside the girls bathroom and although the staff definitely tried, it was not enough. We were placed upstairs and i did not see a single staff member up there our whole stay. People seemed to croud infront of our room as it was near the bathrooms, and so when someone was yelling at us, we did not feel safe to run down to get help. It was clear that this was happening to us as we were young and a group of girls. This is as a group of my guy friends had gone a month earlier, looking around the same age as us, and wernt once disturbed. It's sad to say but if you are under 18 and just going with a group of your girl friends, bring a guy or don't go. I don't want anyone to feel as scared as we did.

Best Karaoke on the Gold Coast. Atmosphere was electric, staff super accommodating. I’ve organised 3 birthdays here for different people and each have loved every minute of it. Songs are awesome with a wide range of genres . A fun night for all.

This was honestly the perfect girls night for a couple of girls with boyfriends who just wanted to have fun with their friends and not be bothered. The staff were so friendly and even complimented my perfume. Me and my girl friend had so much fun here that we just didn’t want to leave. For how cheap it is, you’ve got to add it to your to do list for a cheap night!

What an experience! Staff were incredible upon arrival and the atmosphere is beyond incredible. Defiantly a place to come with your friends or family to jazz up the night! Drinks are absolutely incredible and song selection is great.

I recently came with 20 mates as we were over from Perth for Uni Games. We booked the VIP room and can highly recommend the room. Super easy to use big tablet to find and cue songs and adjust sound & lighting levels. Big TV and multiple microphones and good bar offerings too. Super friendly staff can’t recommend enough :)

Made a booking for 7 persons at 6.35pm on 29/9/23 to sing karaoke at 1pm on 30/9/23. When we attended the place was locked up and no one answered the phone or returned my call!!! Very Disappointed.

Amazing place love the vibe everybody is so friendly and welcoming, we ended up staying hours longer than we intended and will definitely be coming back.

A lot of the music videos are out of sinc and the melody is too quite so you lose your place in the song a lot. Good drinks menu tho and relatively cheap with a big group

Had my daughter's 13th here last Sunday night and it was awesome! Opened half hour later than stated but called and they informed us of a delay. It was fine. Wasn't busy at all, just the way I like it lol. The room was great, nice song selections. Can't wait to go bk but without kids lol thank you E-Star

absolutely the best experience i’ve had at karaoke, recommend to all of my friends. they made us feel so comfortable and especially joseph was unreal. the other staff member jake checked in on us and made sure we were fine - it was so lovely. can’t wait to come back!!!

Fantastic place to celebrate with a large group of people! My daughter celebrated her 13th birthday in a large room with 12 of her friends and had a ball! Service was great. Prices are reasonable. The rooms are incredibly decorated. And the parents enjoyed the bar in a private space while we waited. Thanks for the hospitality E Star! We will be back.
