Yesterday I had lunch at Cafe. I ordered a steak. When the steak comes, I ate the sides first and then the steak. The Steak spoiled. It’s really stinks. I spoke to the staff and he replied that I had eaten most of the dishes. He won't do anything, I'm very unhappy, the service was terrible, the meal was terrible, I won't be going back.

What an amazing, warm and welcoming club Greenbank is. As soon as we stepped through the doors we were greeted by the friendly staff at Reception which continued on throughout the evening. The food ordered from Gardens Cafe came out in a timely manner and was absolutely delicious! Another thing to note was how clean the venue was and how impressive their event calendar is! Everything from Tribute Shows, Themed Trivia Nights, Family Sunday Discos, Music Bingo, Live UFC & Boxing Events, Poker, Mahjong the list went on & on! They even had Tributes Shows in an Unplugged version- think MTV Unplugged! The club is up there on my list of favourite places to visit!

We just stopped in for dinner to have a look after driving past countless times. Wow! Service was great, food was delicious! We're definitely coming back. Dinner and a drink for three people came to less than $80. I call that value. We all left absolutely full and pretty happy.

We were there Saturday 4th June and loved it. We walk in to the sounds of a man playing piano and singing, let me just say, he is something special. All the food our table ordered was delicious the staff were friendly and efficient and then there was the Women of Rock tribute band, also amazing. We hadn't been to club with such great free entertainment for a long time, we will definitely be back, well worth the drive from Alex Hills.

Well presented venue, plenty of parking. All staff we encountered were pleasant. Food came very quick and was good, However, how many people just want a simple steak? Please consider the simple staples as well as the East / West menu.

Thought we should come and have dinner and renew our membership tonight what poor judgement that was. Front of house was great but the food and service at garden Cafe was not good at all. Yes we got seats as we were walk ins, we ordered our drinks and food. I ordered Crispy Skin Salmon with mash and asparagus, my husband got the Seafood plate. As we waiting about 15 minutes later another family of 5 came and ordered. We still sit there waiting and waiting and guess what the table of 5 received two serves of entrees then they received 4 of their meals we still had not got ours. Had to ask a server that was bringing their meals out if he could find out about ours. When we finally did there was no crispy skin on my salmon cause there wasn't any at all, the mash was cold and won't even describe the poor asparagus. My husbands meal fresh prawns were still a little bit frozen and dried out, don't how old they were. We waited an hour for this food...I'm actually so disappointed that I can't even finish this review. Very very disappointed we will not be eating here again. 👎👎

Food in Gardens Cafe is AMAZING Great menu. "Gardens Cafe Friday night Tried a BLT burger but a bread roll is too much to eat . I asked for burger to be in toast. OMG this was to die for. Hats off Chef, you cook a mean steak. It literally melted in my mouth. PERFECTION. Would recommend patrons to try and try the Texan Beef Rib"Copy review Texan Beef Rib if you haven't tried this you are missing a Tender melt in the mouth ,Tastiest meal.

Booked a conference meeting at the club, the staff were very helpful. Parking at rear of club and overflow across the street, drive through drop off at front with wheelchair ♿️ access. Lift available to all levels. There are lunchtime special at the restaurant that look great will check them out at the end of March 2023

My partner and I held our engagement party on the roof top and we had a great experience! Stacey the function coordinator went above and beyond from the first call to the very end, I was very impressed. All staff were very assisting and professional. We booked a function for my mothers celebration of life. We were so happy with everything offered to us and the service from the functions coordinator Stacey, bar staff & restaurant staff down stairs was top shelf!! The platters were delicious and abundant!! Thank you to all involved in making a tough situation a little easier for us. Will absolutely be recommending this venue to anyone who will listen!!

Fantastic function on the rooftop beautiful clean decor, private space that had everything we needed especially comfortable seating. Tasty choice of foods that covered our dietary requirements and organised staff, nothing was too much trouble stress free night couldn’t of asked for better service from Stacey and her team! thank you for everything made our celebration a breeze everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves 🌟

Great place to enjoy a meal and quite drink from either of the two restaurants, although, it is popular, so it would be advisable to book if there is a bigger group than two. Well advised to become a member, as the members prices make it worthwhile. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

This is our local place and my husband and I just love it! Friendly staff that look after you, they especially look after my mother who is there most weekends. Entertainment is great! Food is so yum. Just a great vibe altogether with patrons who are absolutely friendly. Caters to all age groups is what I love the best. We were there last Saturday with my family from ages 21-70 and we all had so much fun dancing and singing to the Rock group playing 70's and 80's womens rock music it was awesome.

Fabulous show, great food and congenial atmosphere. The staff were wonderful, too.

It’s quite a large and impressive venue inside. You could easily have room for a wedding reception in there or a 21st etc. The game room is huge especially. Great selection of pokies to choose from. I had lunch with a friend there and sampled their Chinese dishes and they were very tasty and reasonably priced, around the $13-$14 mark. And they were quite satisfying too in their portions. I’d definitely go again. I recommend them

Great place where meals are reasonably sized and Drinks are reasonably priced. Went as 2x couples and we all had a great night. For reference if you order the sticky date pudding it seems you have to ask for it to be heated as it's otherwise served cold ...

I had my sixtieth birthday at the Greenbank Top Deck, it was amazing. The staff were amazing and the function coordinator, Stacey did a wonderful job of organizing everything the way my sister and I wanted. Decorations, food, it was all so very well done. Can't wait to have another function there.

Fabulous evening in The Gardens Cafe. Food was sublime. A special shout-out to Bella and the other young person (I didn't get their name) who served our table. Delightful young people who have obviously been well trained and naturals at hospitality. They made our small group feel very welcome and well looked after. PS highly recommend the Black Forest Waffle - “divine” is understatement.

My family and I had dinner there last night to celebrate two occasions on the same day, my mother’s birthday and my parents wedding anniversary of seven years. We dined in at the Gardens cafe and had very lovely service and meals that everyone thoroughly enjoyed. One server in particular stood out, it was a beautiful woman with a shaved head absolutely made the night. She was quirky, funny and caring, which really made my family feel looked after on such a special occasion. It’s a shame I didn’t catch your name, but I hope this gets back to you and you know that you are appreciated. Just a friendly recommendation to have the chips put on the side of the steak instead of underneath it, as my mother dislikes soggy chips. Otherwise it was a perfect night. Shout out to the chefs, servers and other staff that always make sure you are looked after!

Attended private birthday party on roof top. Excellent venue. Thought it would be cold because it's an open area, but they had curtains down and heat lamps on. Only thing that could be improved would be food service. Finger food was put out on table and left. Sliders, Kebabs, sausage rolls, party pies, etc would have been nicer if in bain Marie to keep warm. Nothing worse than hot food eaten cold.

I went to the restaurant area of the Greenbank RSl they have a lovely range of new desserts in. I even scored a win and a tart for only 14! In their piccolo selection. The young women who served me today was so polite and friendly. I love the staff here in the restaurant area

My family and I went for dinner after a juniors football game on a Friday night. Finding a park was a bit of a challenge but it's one of their busiest nights of the week. Once inside the club the staff were friendly and helpful. Meal and drink orders (there was no alcohol ordered by anyone at our table so there was no mixing of drinks required) were taken quickly and we could see our orders had been prepared and were sitting on the bar... but it took quite some time for them to be bought to our table...I was thinking of collecting them from the bar and bringing them to the table myself. Meals were prepared and delivered quite quickly and they were exactly as ordered. They looked good and they tasted good. Overall it was a good night and we would definitely go back again!

Haven't had lunch there for years. Was really wonderful. The young hostess who greeted us offered to take our photo when I mentioned wanting one with my husband in the Eats on Anzac. Will be making this a regular outing.

Was sat down at lunch with a 3/4 empty dining room and told it was table service and some one would come by to take my order. Sat there for 35 minutes while other people who got there after me received food. Finally after the 35 minutes, some one took my order. I enjoyed the meal though.

It's just a money making thing .a member can not sign people in ,every one has to line up for 40 mins pay 5 bucks just for the pleasure of spending money in there RSL Stuff took there time with no urgency. We are just a number the last time I was there ,I payed to enter then left after 10 mins .I was over it

The service went above and beyond with the covid restrictions removing the self service from the all you can eat buffet. At 40 dollars each was well worth the trip for dinner.

I paid $54 for two members for a buffet. The meat was really tastless,evan the Sushi was tuff. Its definitely not value for money i wouldn't be back soon . For $27.00 there are definitely better quality food available.

The food is varied, and fresh, and delicious. The staff are friendly, efficient and go out of their way to please, and assist. TS always an excellent dining experience for us and our friends and families

I had grilled salmon at garden restaurant and it was just delicious. Kids loved their meals and also kids club was a big hit with them. Staff at restaurant and kids club were very friendly and accommodating.
