I
never
had
such
BAD
experience
with
BAR
STAFF
in
Brisbane
before.
Iβve
worked
with
hospitality
for
more
than
5
years
and
I
never
seen
such
ARROGANCE
and
Bad
manners
as
last
night
coming
from
three
of
the
bar
workers.
I
stayed
in
that
bar
from
9
pm
to
12:30
am
and
the
venue
was
basically
empty
for
the
normal
capacity.
However,
due
COVID-19
restrictions
it
was
necessary
leave
the
drinks
inside
to
get
in
the
smoking
area
which
the
capacity
was
for
6
people.
Once
I
was
there,
the
staff
through
away
a
full
drink
mine
that
I
just
had
bought
and
it
was
placed
inside
the
venue,
close
the
door.
Ok,
that
was
requested
again
for
Bartenders
and
problem
solved,
despite
huge
irony
from
them.
After
that
situation,
a
Floor
staff
(male,
black
hair,
piercing,
tall
(6β1),
skinny,
long
black
beard
and
very
rude
attitude,
started
being
extremely
aggressive
with
me
and
group
of
friends,
all
of
us
foreigners.
It
was
clear
the
implication
was
just
with
our
group.
We
were
SOBER
and
following
the
whole
restrictions
guide.
He
was
following
us
all
the
time
screaming.
But
the
worst
moment,
was
when
we
finally
got
inside
the
smoking
area
after
waiting
for
while
in
the
queue,
once
the
capacity
was
6.
We
got
inside
there,
a
Bar
Staff
(5β9,
medium
straight
hair
and
with
a
cap)
arrived
to
smoke
and
told
them
to
leave
because
he
wanted
smoke
and
he
worked
there.
I
told
him
to
wait
his
time,
because
we
just
got
there
and
we
were
sharing
a
cigarette.
He
started
SCREAMING

work
hereβ,

I
can

guys
GO
AWAY
and
threatened
us
with
βI
call
the
securityβ.
I
explained
him
that
he
could
wait
his
turn
and
clearly
used
the
COVID-19
restrictions
to
justify
βhis
rightsβ
to
use
the
smoking
area
the
way
he
liked.
He
should
be
working
btw.
This
time
the
situation
was
already
out
of
control,
the
bar
staff
and
curling
blond
bait
security
screaming
for
nothing,
and
then
I
left
for
such
bad
treatment.
WHY
I
would
spend
my
money
in
a
such
bad
environment?
Many
bars
are
closing
the
doors
because
of
the
economic
moment,
but
TOMCAT
with
your
immature
employees
is
choosing
scream
and
be
rude
with
few
customers
that
have
left.
Manager
should
make
a
meeting
and
review
if
worth
keep
employees
with
this
kind
of
attitude.
