Great food, service and exceptional coffee. It made up for the fact that if was a little hard to find the place based off Google Maps. It would be great if there was a sign off the road so that people wouldn't miss it. Definitely a place to return to when I'm back in Brisbane.

Ok Bar... nothing to write home about. But one of the staff, he may even be a manger, is an epic tool... you'd think a new business would be more accomodating, particularly on a Tuesday after work.

I visit Isles lane every time I am in Brisbane. This busy was one of the best yet, the food is always good but the service was a standout this time. Very friendly server who clearly enjoys her job and made everyone she was serving feel welcomed. Located right in the middle of town this is a must visit for breakfast, lunch or dinner if you are on Brisbane.

This was a business lunch, that was in the heart of town. Yet, I could hear myself think, could hear the conversation, the food was amazing, the service was friendly, and also amazing, and I didn't feel like we were rushed at all. Followed by a damn good flat white. I'll be back for sure. Thanks so much.

The venue is in a great location with a lot of potential. As someone who works in hospitality, I’m hesitant to leave a negative review but hopefully this helps. I can’t recall visiting another venue where the staff appear to resent the patrons this much. I can normally make excuses for this (it is busy, people can be loud and rude drunks, you’re having a bad week) but it was a weirdly unpleasant experience all around from every staff member. Cocktails were overpriced, particularly by staff who didn’t know how to make them, and glasses of sparkling just slightly above half full. I think for a venue that aspires to be as high end, Isles Lane needs to invest in customer service and not have patrons feel like a burden.

Best bar! Lots of vibes inside and a very nice atmosphere. I have some chats with the staff sometimes and they're all incredibly sweet and accommodating.

Had a sundowner for my works social club. The venue manager was so easy going and a pleasure to deal with. The staff on the night were superb and lovely! The atmosphere was great and the food was DELICIOUS!!

Great night out! Best wait person ever "shall I circle a few times???". Food was far far better than we expected and cocktails were yum. You out did yourselves! Next time in Brissy be will be back. Great catch up with life long friends made all the better. Thanks so much

Service and location was exceptional and is a super handy location in the CBD for quick catch-ups. The coffee was good, but the long black was a bit bitter. Would still come back for sure 🙌

Had the gnocchi but the serving was very small for the price. The salads and pizza seem better value.

Staff were nice, Atmosphere was great. Pizza was really bad for the price, and this isn't just me having a preference for a different style of pizza. The base practically broke apart in your hand and they added large topping after slicing it so you couldn't neatly pick them up. Also the number of these topping didn't match the amount of slices e.g 3 pieces of prosciutto for four slices of pizza, how are you meant to negotiate that!!!! Also super stingy with some of the toppings, when I order prawn pizza for $26 I expect more than 4 prawns.

Great place to get coffee. The staff were diligent and super helpful. Ended up having two coffees because they were so great. The coffee came out very quickly as well which was impressive because they appeared to be busy at about 9:00am. Great experience overall

Wow, first time visitor and the service and food was exceptional. Went for breakfast and there was only one Lady providing table service. Reaka, you seated people, took orders, made the coffee and cleaned the tables for the morning rush and all with a smile. Others may have cracked under this pressure. You're the real MVP and made our day. My wife and I will return because of you. #Muchrespect

Never have I seen such a wonderfully presented breakfast. Almost too beautiful to eat. I love it when places take some simple ingredients or concepts used everywhere (avocado on toast), and add a unique twist. Many places can do avocado on toast, but do they do it like this, no. Imagine my surprise when the side of mushrooms I ordered came integrated into the presentation of the dish, rather than the standard side dish. Well done!

Lovely surroundings and a beautiful drinks list, with an array of very good wines and craft beers, heaps of good spirits and very attentive staff who will help you have a great experience. Everyone in our party of 8 was happy with their meal, and the venue were surprisingly cool with split bills. The menu has something for everyone and it's all delicious. Reservations accepted and the staff are great about it.

Excellent restaurant for hosting Christmas parties or any special event. The canapes accommodated all dietary requirements. Excellent range of beers on tap, wide range of spirits, extensive selections of wine. Wheelchair and pram access. Restrooms located on premises, unsure if wheelchair and pram friendly.

It's so so noisy. It's so hard to talk to the people you're with. The food is fairly good, though expensive for what you get. My friends and I don't meet here anymore because it is just so loud.

The quality of the food was perfect, the service was brilliant (my wine glass was never empty) and the vibe inside the restaurant was busy and energetic. Loved it!

It looks like a nice place to have food on e you step into this venue. The food option is mostly Italian kitchen. I ordered gnocchi, and it was tasting like tomatoe was from a can food you can get from a supermarket. Overpriced for the food. I wouldn't come here again.

Pricey food with mediocre taste and quality. The only thing that I liked was the margarita. My Gnocchi was so bad I’d give it 0.5/10. Did not finish it as well. The atmosphere was nice and probably that’s why we chose to dine there at the first place 🤦🏼‍♂️. The staff serving was kind and prompt though! So thank you to them. But overall bad experience because we left unsatisfied and hungry (grabbed KFC afterwards). I hope the kitchen staff take this feedback positively and make necessary improvements for future customers. We however will not be returning anytime soon.

As a regular customer as our high powered business is close by, for some ridiculous reason we keep going to Isles Lane, which has probably the worst service in Brisbane. The manager is continuously grumpy, obnoxious and you are left to feel like you are a burden just being there. Even the smallest request is met with exasperation. The bar staff are incredibly rude with zero class. There is one friendly waitress. Food overpriced and undercooked. AVOID! Will never go back.

It had been always my favourite cafe to visit. The baristas who worked were super nice and the coffee always helped me feel unwind. I visited here again after COVID, and it became rotatably different. The coffee they made… AWFUL. The survive were not satisfied at all. My friend ordered an oatmeal coffee and it was not oatmeal so she asked them to make... Literally insane. I don't know I don't know where the attitude from. I will never visit here again or recommend it anymore.

Absolutely love Isles. Food is always amazing. Plenty of variety. Beers are cold and cocktails are crisp. Staff have the most wonderful vibes and energy.

Just like to recommend Isles Lane for a meal, we went there today for lunch and the food was sensational and reasonably priced. To top it off, Lorna who served us couldn't have been more helpful. She bought out a bowl of water for my assistance dog, and made us feel so welcome. Her service was just amazing, thank you.

Service was very timely. I had the pork belly, which was the worst one I can remember eating. The fat wasn't rendered down properly and the flavour was not great. The meal itself wasn't well balanced either, 2 types of celeriac with jus and pork belly ... it was missing something sharp to cut through all those round, heavy, fatty elements and something fresh to balance it out. I think I read on the menu that there was apple with this dish, but that didn't find itself onto my plate unfortunately. It would have helped balance the meal slightly. Maybe if I'd had something different, it would have been a better experience. Maybe this place is more for a few drinks after work and some snacks, it had great service and a nice atmosphere.

It's the most expensive Pub Grub I've ever had. $59 for steak and chips. Portions are tiny. Staff are rude and don't even smile. Much noisier the a regular pub. I'm just glad it wasn't busy. Very disappointing!

Great central location and food was tasty, reasonably priced and delivered quickly. Staff were friendly and attentive. But the venue itself is super noisy when crowded. I found it almost impossible to hear my friends talking so our catch up was not as catchy-uppy as I had hoped.

Thursday night $20 rump steak, chips and salad, was excellent. The steak was tender and well cooked, the salad was very enjoyable we ate it all and the chips were delicious. Servers were friendly, helpful and attentive. Thank you. Recommended.

Amazing venue on Post Office Square. Beautiful food, amazing staff, stunning views and atmosphere. It's hard to top this place without being a 5 or 6 star hotel. I would definitely recommend this place for your next function. Nothing was too hard for these guys.

Wouldn’t bother. Staff were rude when I informed they got my order wrong. The buckets of Fries were also half filled with scrunched up paper on the bottom. In fairness though the cocktails were okay.

Attentive staff, nice atmosphere. Tasty food, I had the eggs benedict with salmon with a side of mushrooms, which was very nice, though paying $4.50 extra for what amounted to three medium sized mushrooms was a bit steep. Nice coffee though.
