The Emporium is truly the most incredible hotel. The beautiful rooms, the professional and helpful staff, the clean and luxurious atmosphere and incredible food & beverage selections make the stay unforgettable. We have stayed at the Emporium a few times now but recently stayed at the Emporium for our wedding and the stay was unforgettable. Truly can’t thank everyone at the hotel enough for making our stay so wonderful, for being so helpful and for making our wedding so magical. Words can’t describe how wonderful this hotel is! Special thanks to Abbi in the food & beverage department for all your help planning our special night it was beautiful and a big thanks to Bobby for all your help and efforts over our stay, we would have been lost without you both!

First stay at the hotel. Won’t be the last. Love the hotel design. Great ever changing video show in the lifts. Fantastic location close to public transport, the river, parklands, & public spaces. Lovely views from Level 21 and from our room on Level 14. Our room was specious and luxurious. For food and wine aficionados visit the Reserve Cellar wine bar, the Terrace, & Signature restaurant. Staff are professional & friendly - can’t help you enough and make your stay memorable. Will be back again soon.

The view at night is superb, but an outside table is essential. I would have found an inside table too noisy and with obviously less view. I was told there was a ‘left to right’ system of ordering at the bar, but I’m not sure that’s true. It was pretty slow. I will assume it was also my barman’s first night as he literally had to seek help with every part of every order I made. But if you want a great location, location, location, then this is it.

Super luxurious Hotel came highly recommended and certainly lived up to expectations. Very helpful, polite staff. Hotel wheelchair made available for our use, beautiful river view room, well stocked mini bar, coffee machine in room. If we come to Brisbane again for a short break would definitely stay at this hotel.

This was my first stay in a 5 star hotel and let me tell you, I was not disappointed one bit. The amenities were fantastic. The rooftop infinity pool is stunning (only wish there were more deck chairs but meh, what will you do!) The location is right next to south bank which is super fun, has lots of food, shops, walking paths, and a “beach.” There is great access to public transit. We didn’t go to the rooftop bar but it looked awesome. The staff was friendly and even upgraded our room free of charge since we were only staying for a night. Our room was beautiful, clean, and spacious (the shower is AWESOME!! Has a rainfall shower!) Bed is super comfy with soft linens and even a pillow selection. Our only regret is we couldn’t stay longer (darn work). We will be back!

I had such a lovely time here. Staff, food and amenities were amazing! I’m extremely grateful to manu and jay who were working on the graveyard shift last night. I suffer from pretty bad panic attacks and happened to experience one at 4 in the morning. I came straight down to reception and asked for an ambulance. After a few phone calls on how far they would be, Unfortunately no one arrived… within that time I came downstairs, you both helped me. Thank you for letting me squeeze your hand, for the warm tea you offered and for just being there. Thank you thank you thank you 🙏 Extremely grateful!

Emporium is a beautiful hotel, incredible rooms/decor in the best location in Brisbane. The amenities and rooftop Terrace are stunning. But what sets them aside is their service. Their staff go above and beyond and I want to personally thank Jaspar for his professional and empathetic attitude. I went through a traumatic experience where my safety was at risk and Jaspar handled it calmly, professionally and respectfully while making me feel comfortable and looked after by the hotel in every way possible. Can’t commend his efforts more and have never had my safety and well-being prioritized or understood by a hotel in such a way. Can’t recommend this hotel and their staff more.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Indeed nice 5star hotel, vibrant atmosphere, and with panoramic city views made it a trendy and memorable stay. Wanted to come back here and spend our holiday.

It is a very beautiful and modern hotel! Beauty swimming pool and and bar! Concierge: they are very motivated!! They always offer me a help, and they take care of me and attention to details, their service is one of the best of in this big hotel. 👍👍👍👍 Front desk: they gave me a lower floor room with no water view, u only can see a roof top view! I paid for a most expensive suite. The receptionist even said :” you didn’t request a higher level room!” Duty manager said same thing, hopeless 😩 Dinner : The roof bar is beautiful, but the service was average. The waiter looked tired and slow. I still left 10% tips, he was happy then. Breakfast: the service was very very slow……….slow………………slow………………😴😴😴😴😴😴😴🍳

Had dinner in rooftop bar for an anniversary as was highly recommended. Live music was terrible and way too loud! Food was good but nothing to rave about. Service was poor, drinks empty and no offer of another drink had to call someone over 😞

Romantic, glamorous, fun and beautiful, we couldn't have wished for any more from this hotel. The staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly. Cocktails in the pool were fantastic and the breakfast served in the room was delicious. The room was beautifully appointed with everything we needed and more. We will definitely be coming back to stay here!

If you want to live "the high life", this is the place to do it! Great service from Jimmy and the team in concierge, Andrea in the breakfast restaurant and all staff in general. Room was awesome (rm 1901) and breakfast relaxed and fab quality. Pool and sauna an added bonus as was the Maserati access. Will be back.

We had an enjoyable stay at Emporium, the rooftop pool is great and well serviced with food/drink options, towels and free water. The rooms were clean and very spacious, comfy bed and nice shower. I informed the team that we were there for a birthday celebration and we received a lovely little treat! 🥰 The valet parking was a nice touch too and all of the staff we dealt with couldn’t do enough for you! Location is perfect too. I did find it ever so slightly on the expensive side for the room, though it may have been the time of year. Although it was an enjoyable stay I did find it a little hard to line up the cost with the value.

Enjoying an easy drive into Southbank, with simplistic directions to the emporium hotel to celebrate ten years of marriage, pulling up to the hotel, we were greeted with efficient door attendants who began to open our car door and warmly welcome us to the emporium. Whilst we were a little early for check-in, we left our luggage in the lobby and travelled up in the most eye-catching elevator all the way to level 21 to enjoy a beautiful lunch located on ‘the terrace’. We were greeted by a very attentive manager named Reece who ensured all details were perfect for our anniversary; his mannerism was exceptional, as was his great personality; Reece ensured we received the best service whilst we continued our stay over that weekend, making sure staff knew our names and that they continued that high level of service. Our lunch on ‘the terrace’ was ever so elegant with such soft and graceful sounding, whilst we sat by the window taking in such stunning overviews of the city with a chilled glass of wine and divine cuisine full of flavour, taking in the soundings and enjoying all the elements. Once our room was ready, we walked into our ‘poolside cabana suite’ 2102 instantly; we felt like VIPs gifted with ice bucked filled with a beautiful bottle of bubbly sided with a plate of fresh dipped chocolate strawberry’s along with a personalised celebration card. Our room was spacious, well lit, with soft features and pops of gold; the room also offered a large, elegant bar ready to mix cocktails all day long, exquisite double glass wardrobe doors with thick white fluffy robes hanging inside. Large Luxurious Bathroom with marble throughout, freestanding bath overlooking the pool and city, large warm and cosy bed with everything at the touch of a button by your side table. Everything about this room was luxurious. Having the pool just a few steps out the door was simply magical; being the first ones to experience that golden glisten sunrise over the large infinity pool was simply unforgettable. Our ‘poolside cabana suite’ included complimentary access to an inner-city chauffeur service in a luxurious Maserati Levante, our driver Sam drove us in style to our booked dinner reservation in the city, he ensured we had arrived safely, and when it came to the time to be picked up, Sam arrived like magic, such a gentleman. Breakfast was served in ‘the terrace’ our waiter Luca seated us at a beautiful table with big plush velvet chairs and ensured we were going to have a beautiful day, starting with juice, coffee, followed by a scrumptious breakfast. Luca introduced us to a waiter named ‘peter’ who was taking care of us for the remanding of the day. Peter guided us to the pool area where he had prepared a poolside cabana with sunscreen, fresh rolled towels and water; whilst we enjoyed a beautiful day in the sun, Peter was very attentive. Creating and most beautiful cocktails, devious snacks and ensuring we were well hydrated and enjoying our time, such a great personality and made our day very fun. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend away at the emporium hotel and cannot wait to come back again to enjoy this fantastic place. Your staff really made our weekend fabulous, highlighting how special it was; we are ever so thankful to Reece and his team for ensuring we received the very best service and that we really felt special. The only negative I have is the 11 am check out; I find this quite early compared to other resorts we usually stay at, we did try and have it extended, but as there are only three ‘poolside cabana suites’, we were unable to extend our stay.

Fantastic place to stay! The customer service is outstanding. Every person from beginning to end was extremely friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. Beds are comfortable and we slept well. The hotel itself is very modern and chic. Location is amazing, the area has lots to do and see. Public transport - train and buses are so so very close and ferry a few minute walk. The infinity pool is gorgeous and amenities such as the sauna, steam room, and cold Plunge were a lovely bonus. Highly recommend and I would absolutely stay here again! Also, huge shout out to the incredible concierge. I left a sentimental object at a restaurant across the street and only realized once I had checked out and had left the city for a couple nights. I was so heartbroken when it happened. Someone from the concierge team (Feb 28 2024) was able to go to the restaurant and get my item and they held it for me until I was back in Brisbane a couple nights later. I am so so grateful for the emporium concierge team and they truly went above and beyond to reunite me with my item. I wish I could personally thank the person who saved the day. Thank you so much!

On our second visit to the Emporium Brisbane we were greeted with warmth and recognition of our previous visit 6 months earlier. The whole team were super helpful both during and before our stay with Bobby helping me plan our stay weeks before our arrival. Nelson was just as attentive with our needs and requests whilst we stayed there. Dan the manager of the Terrace bar was always on hand to make us experimental cocktails and Harvey was the most generous team member in his service, the time and consideration of our orders. An absolute asset to the team at the Terrace bar. Chris was a wonderful bar tender at the re-imagined Reserve wine bar as was Hans. The in-house Signature Restaurant with it's fine dining experience completely met our expectations and the food was divine. The chef even came out at the request of my father-in-law to come and chat with us. The cleanliness and room service was amazing and flawless. I have nothing but praise and heartfelt warmth for the whole team of our experience staying here.

My adult daughter & I are both rather particular about where we stay and we were both very impressed with the Emporium. It's modern, clean, comfortable, offers great room service at reasonable prices and is very central. I give 5/5 stars for the Hotel, the room service and the staff. I would not hesitate to stay there again however I would not recommend the Day Spa. My daughter & I both booked a 90min massage and facial which was underwhelming for a 5 star venue and I was cold the entire time. Obviously the Day Spa is contracted out to contrast so dramatically to the Hotel experience but still, its not a good reflection on the Hotel which lost them a star in my review because of this terrible and costly experience.

After my first night sleep I can say I will enjoy this hotel. Immediately upon arriving I was greeted by professional kind staff. They were very welcoming and helpful as I had arrived a bit frazzled and upset because of my disability and taxi drop off a block away. I got a layout of the city and reccomendations to my interests by their guest relations manager. He was also kind and listened to my difficulties traveling through the airports and was sympathetic. The room view is exactly what I had been looking forward to!! The bed was very comfortable and the room is very delightful. I look forward to a bath in the jacuzzi tub. Well done. I cannot express enough what a fabulous crew they have here. I have been so happy with this being my Brisbane home base

From the moment I arrived I was welcomed by Reception and Concierge. The Guest Relations Manager; Bobby, was an absolute gentleman. He organised my dinner reservations, had extraordinary local knowledge and nothing was ever too much of a trouble. The rooms are absolutely amazing, with luxurious pillows and bedding and the River Room view I had was stunning. The facilities are extravagant with a rooftop pool that has incredible views over the South Bank and a uniquely lavish restaurant on the 21st floor. But this restaurant is outshone by the magnificence of the Signature Restaurant on the 1st floor. The Signature Restaurant is deserving of its own review in whole. My waitress and sommelier for the evening was Andrea who was absolutely marvelous. Her knowledge of the matched wines was very good and her service and professionalism was second to none. And to add to the extraordinary experience I was humbled to meet the Restaurants Head Chef, Luca, who spoke to me about the dishes he’d prepared and his passion for cooking. The Emporium gave me traditional 5-star service with extraordinary staff and modern finishes. I truly enjoyed my stay and won’t be staying anywhere else when I’m in Brisbane next.

My husband and I often have business trips to Brisbane, and we ALWAYS choose to stay at the Emporium on South Bank; it's the best hotel in Australia. The rooftop bar is absolutely stunning, with a fabulous cocktail list and fantastic service from the lovely staff. I love the comfort of the rooms, and the beds are ridiculously cosy with great pillows. The facilities in the room are all high quality, with a TV that comes alive through a mirror and has many feature movies if you want to chill out. You can also swim in the pool with the view, enjoy the visuals in the lift, and feast on delicious food all day. You will never want to leave! I highly recommend staying here for an epic experience. Well done to all the Emporium team!

Great location being near plenty of cafes and restaurants to walk out to, which is highly recommended! The rooftop restaurant and bar are very popular, but the drinks are seriously over-priced, and the seats in the restaurant are ridiculous - so big and heavy that they are almost impossible to move. Management take note, these seriously need to be changed. Breakfast at a flat $40 with no option to take a simple continental option is also over-priced.

Great weekend spent here, with Great views and amazing breakfast on the rooftop. The team were very friendly and accommodating the whole time even with a complementary late check out at 12.30 pm - which was very helpful. A++ would stay again

Went here for a late night cocktail and the view was awesome of the River & Brisbane skyline. Drinks were expensive, but that was what we expected from the overall feel and service of the place. Awesome bar with a big range of spirits, liqueurs and other drinks. We loved sitting outside too

Amazing….recently celebrated my 50th birthday in the piano bar. Ruby the events coordinator did a wonderful job of helping me plan and made sure that everything was perfect on the night. The bar staff were amazing, as was the food, nothing was too much trouble. My husband surprised me and booked a room for the night. Champagne and a cupcake on arrival. Happy staff who always greet you with a smile and are happy to assist you with whatever you need. Will definitely be returning. Loved it.

Fantastic experience as always highly recommend the in house massage spa. Really enjoyed both the piano bar downstairs for some drinks aswell as the roof top terrace for breakfast. The pool is stunning and has amazing views of Brisbane city.

It’s a beautiful and classy place however, the food was not good quality for the price you pay. I ordered the steak and it was very chewy. I could hardly eat it and it wasn’t cheap. I can get a better steak for $30 at the pub. If your going to charge over $60 it needs to be edible.

The Emporium Hotel was AMAZING. The Hotel itself is of the highest quality. But even better than this is the AWESOME staff who make your stay a memorable and personable one. Every single staff member is courteous, professional and incredibly friendly. My wife and I had the greatest of times. Highly recommended for all. I wish I could mention all the wonderful staff by name, however, I would like to point out Bobby, Jimmy and a young man who took care of our valet parking. I can't remember his name however will forever remember his kindness and assistance. Thanking you eternally for making our 25th wedding anniversary a wonderful experience. Bill and Marcela

Absolutely faultless. The hotel is stunning, the rooms are immaculate and the service from every single staff member we dealt with was exceptional. We travel a lot and will definitely be back. The hi tech of this hotel is amazing, the lifts especially. Everything we child have possibly wanted and more. Room service food was better than the majority of restaurants in the surrounding areas, I loved this place

What a great hotel. Every staff member was amazing. Valet parking, the two restaurants we visited, concierge, FOH, and two managers we met with were super friendly and obliging. Everyone was interested and happy to chat. Loved our room and the location was fabulous.

Very ooolala very clean, rooms are absolutely stunning. Staff are down to earth and professional at the same time. Only down fall is the valet parking situation. Not stag, just the design. It’s not designed to cater for mass checkouts. Recommend calling the reception first before checking out to have your car bought up.

Such a nice experience every time we stay. The staff are all so wonderful. The pool is lovely. We've only ever stayed in the most basic suite but still it feels so luxurious. We are yet to try the restaurants and bars but they look great too.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Emporium. Your room was exceptional and the service was excellent. I was fortunate that my office was the next block over so the location was perfect. The location of the overall hotel was exceptional. Across from the botanical gardens and many shops and restaurants. I definitely look forward to staying there again.

Most amazing hotel I have ever been to in my life!! Most amazing rooms, staff, facilities, service, food, drinks and overall experience ever!! If you’re in Brisbane and you aren’t staying here, you are truly wasting your time!! Big shout out to, Nathan, Jimmy and the entire concierge team, who helped me set up and plan the most beautiful in room proposal to my lovely fiancé! Huge shout out to the all the amazing ladies at the service desk, especially Chloe who was more than accommodating to all our needs and wants! And last but not least a huge thank you and appreciation to our Bartender/cocktail expert Mathew who not only ran our cocktail making class, but continued to provide us with beautiful drinks and awesome service for the entirety of our beautiful stay! Can truly not say enough about all the staff and the amazing hotel itself, truly is something you have to experience for yourself!! Definitely cannot wait to come back!! ❤️❤️

We booked for 14 people at 14:30 for lunch to celebrate my daughter’s wedding, we unfortunately arrived 30 minutes late, but this was no problem we were seated and served immediately, we ordered the set lunch special for 15 and the service, presentation & quality of the food for such a large group was exceptional, also excellent value for money. Food was amazing in the set lunch, we never visit the Terrace Bar without having truffle fries !!! Drinks included in the lunch we well matched to the food and all served at once to all guests which was great service

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel: beautiful room with a stunning view of the river and city, spectacular pool with spectacular views on the 21st floor, friendly , professional staff and all in a perfect location. We loved every minute of our stay and can’t wait to find an excuse to go back.

My parents stayed at the Emporium a couple weeks ago and really loved it. They said service was incredible and so was the room. Special thanks to a Belgian girl (she didn’t have a name tag) who helped them throughout their stay. All the staff members were amazing. And a + for the view from the rooftop as well.

Fantastic! The best hotel I have ever stayed in. There really is a luxurious touch. Every single member of staff was so nice. They all go above and beyond. The room was heaven. I have never slept in sheets so soft! The pool is fab. I will miss this hotel!

My wife and I booked the Poolside Cabana Suite for two days over new years eve. Room was fabulous and clean with amazing views over the pool to the city. Had the pool to myself for the first hour. We were annoyed by people constantly blocking our room access with their belongings or sitting on the stairs though. Enjoyed the Maserati service at our convenience. New years party on The Terrace was disappointing but the view was unbeatable. Booked again for next new year after the first day.

I stayed here just for a one night staycation birthday treat. Everything was amazing. The suite was perfect, generously over-sized. with good views. Next time (and there will be one) I'll choose to stay in a suite on a higher floor. I stayed on the 8th floor. I dined for lunch in the Terrace Bar and had the honey, miso marinated salmon, with mango salsa, herb oil, a side of steamed greens and the Terrace Trifle for dessert. Again, faultless in every way. I also enjoyed for breakfast and the food was equally wonderful . The only very minor suggestion to note is they bring your main course out very quickly after they have served the continental food. It would have been nice to have a few minutes more of a delay between course. But, so minor in the big scheme of things and get that it's a busy place The wait staff was fabulous. Shout out to Lucille who served me both for dinner and breakfast. But, all the staff from reception to the Terrace and House keeping were lovely.

Couldn't be happier with our stay ⭐💎 Emporium in South Bank is a great example of a hotel well run. The service is simply put, outstanding. From the moment we hopped out of the car, staff with big smiles and they don't have "no" in their vocabulary. Every single interaction was a delight and every single person went above and beyond in serving us. The hotel itself is very modern. The lighting, the layouts, the details done to perfection. Check my photos and videos. Rooftop infinity pool on 21 is done extremely well and it neighbours a sauna (steam, dry and cold pool) and a gym. Also a rooftop balcony for the bar and the restaurant. Everything is abundant. Water bottles by the hotel concierge at the entry, in the rooms, chilled by the pool, at the gym. If I were sure that the hotel takes particular care in recycling the bottle I would give this feature a 5 out of 5 on its own. Location was great. We wanted to stay on the Southbank side for a change and we're so happy that we did. Starting point for many running and walking loops by Brisbane River and so many restaurants by the water and main streets that you couldn't even count. Markets were also running over the weekend day and night. I must say, my best five star hotel experience so far among many heavy hitters that I've been to. So thank you Emporium 🙏😊 📸 The photos of the room are from a Riverside room on 14 with a spa and a bar to make your drinks. Then views are from the balcony except the rooftop pool pictures on 21.

Exquisite! Everything was perfect right down to the zebra I took home as a memory. Piano bar was our perfect relaxation place after our honeymoon dinner. The Emporium is a dazzling vibrant hotel with excellent customer service and friendly professional staff. Our room was beautiful and extremely clean, large and welcoming. As we entered our room the blinds on the other side of the room automatically opened to reveal an incredible view of Brisbane and the river and bridges below. Breakfast was great with choices to suit everyone. Beautiful swimming pool, saunas and gym available. Every staff member from check in, concierge, poolside staff and breakfast were so professional and easy to chat with. It was a fantastic short break of three nights and we can’t wait to come back again.

Emporium was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in Australia. It’s beautiful. It’s extremely clean and it has the most amazing amenities. The spa area is stunning! With an ice pool, wet and dry sauna. Beautiful views everywhere. I just LOVE IT and it really is value for money.

Hotel is lovely. Staff not overly friendly. No pool towels we had to run down to the room and use our bath towels. We valet parked and my vehicle came back with a sizeable ding in the passenger door for which not surprisingly the hotel denied any wrong doing. FYI the vehicles are a public area. Very disappointing considering the cost of the valet parking

  • 1/5 ashley C. 2 years ago on Google
It was originally a very happy and relaxing trip. It was perfect for the swimming pool on the top floor of the hotel, the front desk, the valet parking people, and even the room service staff. For dinner, we also ate on the 21st floor with food, waiters and even security. They were very friendly. Until this morning’s breakfast, it was a very bad experience. I don’t know if we were taken to a corner of the restaurant because we were Asians. Even other Asian guests who came in later were all arranged to the same side. In the corner of, but on the other side there is a vacant seat, and there is no sign for appointment,We waited for a while and then had coffee, but after 20 minutes, we gave 2 main meals, until we ran out of the main meal, the first meal was not served, even I need to tell the waiter again, the main meal spit The secretary was burnt, but I still took it out for the guests. The yogurt at the first meal seemed to have been eaten by others. The portion was bad, and it was really a bad experience.

Our room was great. Little disappointed in some stains on lounge & some damage on large mirror & bar. The tap in spa & one nob was loose & the air con turns off when doors to balcony are opened. Standing light didn't work. Minor imperfections but service was great. In house dining was fantastic. Concierge was great. Emporium is central to everything. Electric scooters everywhere outdoors for quicker access to places you don't want to walk to. They don't tell you about $45 per day for valet parking. Shades have to be closed to see television as too much glare.

Disgusting customer service! I booked two nights for $1000, after deducting money from my account was told sorry no rooms available unless you upgrade to king room, then they took an additional $1400 amount from my account. I was then told sorry king room is now booked out and we'll give you a free upgrade... 24 hours later again was told that room has now been booked out and I'll need to be an additional $2000 if I still want to book. What a joke of a hotel, can't even get their booking system in place.... I was offered no consolation just told sorry and I'll have to wait up to 30 days to get my $2400 refunded!

We stayed at the hotel last month. I apologised to the hotel regarding the state the room was left in and was happy to pay for the damages made by our stay in a fair sense. I feel prudent to write this review to demonstrate the magnitude of this matter—the way we were treated by one of the manager. I rushed back to the hotel immediately upon receiving the phone call demanding for $500 as additional cleaning fee. During the time I have not once expressed unwillingness nor hesitation towards the payment, however, I was greeted rudely by the manager on duty when I asked for further clarification and claimed that they cannot provide me with anything until the payment is processed. Although, the phone call explicitly stated the fee that will occur is $500. I attempted to chase for a justification of the procedures nonetheless, the manager claims he can only email me an invoice when it’s time for me to pay. I simply would like to know the services I might be paying for. Moreover, he threatens that I will be responsible for the next group of guests’ fee whenever I ask for clarification. In addition, when we to take photos of the situation the manager claims that part of the room has already been cleaned and that they will email me the images. The tone and the phrasing of the manager made my friends and I extremely uncomfortable. This was demonstrated through verbal assault we experienced, evident in the use of language such as “shit”. His inappropriate use of language is truly disturbing. After all as a customer who have paid the full price of a exquisite suite I expected much better attitude from not just an employee hut the manager. Furthermore, the manager’s avoidance leaves me worrying the lack of transparency in the resolution and processing of the matter due to any personal opinions he may or may not have towards us. Additionally, I would also like to point out the receptionists were incredibly polite and was willing to help up until the manager rudely interrupted the conversation and dragged us aside. I would like to see improvements made regarding this situation and sincerely hope that it will not happen to anyone in the future.

Came here for a wedding. Nice, modern event room. Good atmosphere. Friendly team. Food was a bit bland (based on feedback from room full of Vietnamese guests who live for salty everything), but well presented. The mocktail was delicious!

My personal favourite roof top bar in Brisbane. With sweeping views of the river and city you can't beat coming here for cocktails and dinner whilst watching the sunset over the hills. Ultra classy hotel reminiscent of what you'd expect to see in Dubai. The hotel is wonderful to stay in overnight for a romantic retreat or weekend getaway. The restaurants are spectacular and the cocktails are amazing. The entire hotel screams luxury and the service is top notch. Definitely a must stay if you live in Brisbane but make sure to ask for a river view room and the other side has an underwhelming view. All in all would definitely recommend.

Stunning in every way. Superb hotel, with rooms that are sumptuous, views to die for snd location that is perfect. Bus, train stations right next door. Ferries a short walk away and footbridge allows for a pleasant stroll into the city itself. Dozens of restaurants and cafes nearby and all the amenities of the South Bank Parklands.

Just dined at level 31. Well, booked for an after meal view and some drinks. Tried the lychee & ginger soda (mocktail), was delicious. Staff were really nice. Will be back for some foods and to try another drink. Great place to take photos of the view or even with friends in a selfie.

The room was very spacious and hotel was up-to-date. I thought the price was quite expensive but it was very worth for short stays for me. The staff was also very friendly and the service was awesome.

We have just arrived and already relaxed. Bobby dazzled us and made us feel very much at home, as did Alex in reception. We needed to relax and that's what wea are doing. Just a night out, just what we needed. Had a great lunch at the Terrace. Level 21. Anyone can go and have a drink or a meal. Two thumbs up.

Whoever said Disneyland is the happiest place on earth has never been to the Emporium in Southbank, I’m proud to say I’m a part of the Emporium family now becoming a member after my first stay. The room amazing and beautiful rooftop views, happy staff in particular a standout member in the valet parking team Bobby going out of his way to elevate our stay from great to perfection. Over all unforgettable!

Incredibly positive experience with this hotel. Husband and I stayed in a few times just for a romantic getaway and it was beautiful. Rooms were ready earlier, so we could check in and enjoyed our stay. Swimming pool was clean and beautiful. Stunning views and location. Absolutely fantastic friendly staff. Everyone shined with happiness and positive attitude. We will come back.

We cannot thank the Emporium enough for everything they did making our stay memorable. As a guest there prior to our wedding, they were very attentive and made our day extra special. On the day our wedding, they allowed us to take wedding photos on The Terrace, the poolside and the stairway. They even gifted us a bottle of champagne for our bridal party to enjoy. And to top things off, they provided a complimentary Maserati chauffeur to take us to our wedding in style. Booking a stay at the Emporium was one of the best decisions we made planning our wedding!

We stayed for 4 nights. The cleaner didn’t do a good job. They didn’t replace the tea cups and wine glasses. We had to call and ask every day. Someday the cleaner didn’t even come to clean but would knock on the door at 7 pm and open the door straight away to ask if we want them to make the bed 😤 They didn’t replace the new dressing gowns or the face towels when they took them away from the first night. The warm brownie from room service was terrible. It was burnt and hard to chew. We couldn’t eat it. The curtain has a big gap so that the sun in the morning would be bright though and wake us up every morning. We would go back to this hotel again. We were so disappointed!!

Thank you for such a wonderful time at the Emporium. From the time of arrival I was greeted by friendly and professional staff who were very obliging. Given my time constraints, dinner reservations were taken care of on my behalf at a near by restaurant of recommendation by Nathan at concierge. Bobby and his staff at reception made sure my stay was comfortable and nothing was a bother. I highly recommend the Emporium South Bank Brisbane for your next stay. Guest service was superior.

Stayed at the Emporium for New Year. This was a 1st Class experience! From the moment we pulled up, and were greeted by the Concierge Team. The friendly staff throughout, and beautifully appointed room with stunning River Views were excellent.. Even the Elevator is an amazing experience with the film rooms - my favourite was the Barrier Reef Fish. Enjoyed Cocktails in the Penthouse Bar, swam in the infinity pool, was Chauffeur Driven in the Hotel Maserati, it was impossible not to feel spoilt.A special mention to our Concierge, Nathan, who went above and beyond for us - you have to have the Chocolate Strawberries as a treat! There can't be a better place to view the New Years Eve fireworks. I highly recommend this Hotel.

The room was beautiful, clean and modern. The staff were happy to cater to our needs and room service staff were absolutely lovely. The sauna and stream room were so relaxing and the Infiniti pool has such a beautiful view over Brisbane. The restaurant was beautiful with great food and impeccable service!! Andrea was the loveliest waitress I’ve ever met and gave the most outstanding and unforgettable customer service. We would definitely come back just for her service alone! Thank you for an amazing stay and we will definitely be back in the future.

Great customer service at reception, concierge and the bell boys. Rooms were very modern and give you that 'lux' vibe. I only took 1 star off the service because a housekeeper might have provided an unwanted opinion about a family member. I'm sure no harm was meant....

I have been here only twice to attend work functions in the rooftop bar a year and a half apart. The first was a Christmas event and the second most recent was just a mid-year event. The venue alone impresses with its interior designs right through to the elevators as well as stunning picturesque views. Though the service and cocktails during our first event left much to be desired, we had an absolutely positive experience more recently. It probably helped that someone in our party knew a member of management. Our biggest commendation goes to Nasara for her 5 star service and considerable level of patience. The food was delicious but some were disappointed that the dishes that should have been hot were cold

My second time stay here in two years and it did not disappoint me at all! Special thanks to receptionist Aaron who helped us with the check in, he made our stay even more special for our girls night trip! The room was specious and clean with updated technology, breakfast is very quality as well. Bar staff are friendly and the view from the rooftop is just beautiful. Only one thing I find that can improve is the pool temperature is cold which didn't bother us much, though it'll be nice if it's adjusted to 26 degrees. Pool staff are very friendly and professional as well. Thanks for making our stay nice, I'll always come back to this hotel when I'm in brisbane. Highly recommended !

The best hotel in Brisbane without a doubt. My husband and I came here before we were married several times and had the most relaxing, luxurious experience with the most amazing staff. So much so that we decided to have our wedding here! We got married in May and Katie and the Event team made the planning so seamless and covered everything we hadn't thought of on the day. The Frangipani room looked amazing and the staff were so helpful, and professional. Food was delicious and the service on point. Bobby on concierge made us and our guest feel so welcome! We will be back many more times to come and can't wait for our next stay. Thank you to all the team at Emporium for helping to make our Wedding day so magical. - Sarah and Sean.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The room was beautiful and well equipped, with a great view, wonderful bathroom with spa bath and a selection of pillows. The restaurant on floor 21 had a great view and the food was awesome. Valet parking was very efficient. We only stayed one night, would have liked to stay longer, but would definitely recommend staying here and will recommend to family and friends.

Had an absolutely amazing time at the hotel, staff was lovely, service was great. Awesome facilities and rooms. I was very impressed with one of the staff that greeted me.... I believe his name was Nathan. I felt he went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and offered an endless list of great restaurants to try in many surrounding suburbs. Thank you Emporium!

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Five stars. It was beautiful, clean and new. Most importantly, the friendly, helpful staff with a very can-do attitude that you do not often see anymore. I can also recommend the signature restaurant again; the service and the outstanding delicacies were impeccable, and it was a tasting experience. The closeness to many other good restaurants and good coffee also added to the whole experience. I cannot say enough good things about this place, and thank you to all the staff for making a difference in our stay. I look forward to staying there again soon.

Perfect. Friendly and helpful staff. Great room! Fanatic service and delicious food. In a great location and the best pool view. We had so much fun and relaxed too.

It's a five star hotel, so the expectations are high. Our stay was overall good, however a few things were not to the standard that one might expect. For example, in the bedroom, the fittings were loose on some of the bedroom furniture, like the drawers, so that they came off when opening them. This was a little disappointing. That said, the valet was very efficient, and friendly and the room clean was to a good standard. The rooftop bar is excellent with an overwhelming selection of drinks. It most boast one of the best views in Brisbane.

First time staying and I honestly didn't know what to expect, except wow! The staff were all amazing and friendly, the atmosphere was peaceful and charming, the room was good and the bed so soft. The service is top tier and the food beautiful. I didn't want to leave! Families with kids aren't common here and I'm so glad, it was such an amazing time just with adults and small groups, no screaming kids running around, everyone even guests were respectful and friendly to be around. Definitely will return.

I was lucky to be able to stay here while dealing with chronic pain, and it was life changing. The calm, caring energies cultivated here helped remove my tension as much as the nourishing meals and beautiful spa. To be able to wake up to a spacious bath where I can comfortably stretch and soak my aching joints, and take a perfect breakfast on the balcony with the fresh air coming off southbank was absolutely curative. I'm very grateful for the experience.
