Based
on
previous
reviews,
I
went
into
this
without
high
expectations
for
the
food.
Our
group
of
4
had
no
issue
whatsoever
with
the
food.
As
a
VIP
ticket
purchaser,
you
are
given
a
mini
bottle
of
Brown
Brothers
non
vintage
Prosecco
&
finger
food,
which
is
little
pizza
breads.
Entree
was
a
roasted
pumpkin,
caramelised
onion
and
sticky
fig
tart,
drizzled
with
a
balsamic
glaze.
For
main
course
you
are
given
3
options
-
Thai
style
chicken
served
with
jasmine
rice,
a
finger
eggplant
and
coconut
cream
broth.
Or
a
balsamic
glazed
lamb
shank,
served
on
potato
and
cauliflower
purée,
with
broccolini.
Or
a
vegetable
dish-
Portobello
mushroom,
zucchini,
red
pepper
and
pumpkin,
broccolini,
baby
carrots
on
cauliflower
purée
drizzled
with
red
pepper
oil.
We
had
both
the
lamb
&
chicken.
Lamb
was
delicious,
the
chicken
was
fine
-
you
may
need
to
cut
up
your
chicken
&
mix
it
into
the
rice
for
more
flavour.
Dessert
is
Dracula's
signature
dark
chocolate
coffin
filled
with
a
mousse.
At
the
beginning
you
are
ushered
into
a
room
which
simulates
a
grave.
If
you’re
concerned
about
CoVid,
then
have
a
mask
handy
as
there
is
no
social
distancing
in
there.
You
then
board
a
2
person
Ghost
Train
which
takes
you
to
the
area
where
you’ll
be
seated.
This
is
a
cute
idea
&
fun
as
you
then
get
to
see
yourself
&
your
reaction
on
the
big
screen
as
a
lead
up
to
the
show.
Do
not
get
offended
if
any
of
the
staff
shout/yell/speak
rudely
….
obviously
it’s
all
part
of
their
act.
Enjoy!
