Zambreros is a great place for a variety of healthy choices. Wether you want something vegetarian or with meat they have you sorted. The place is kept really clean and the staff are friendly. There is plenty of parking around with easy access. Highly recommended and worth checking out.

Ordered 4 meals for dinner recently (Sunday) through a delivery partner just after 8pm. Order was confirmed by restaurant and was advised driver was at restaurant awaiting pick up. At 9:11 was advised order had been cancelled with no reason given. So no dinner for us. Emailed store through official website the following day and haven’t even received a message back. Unacceptable. Would this have happened to a person who walked in? Taken their order and their money and then told them an hour later - sorry, we don’t want to make your food as we couldnt be bothered, forgot about you and/or are closed now even though you ordered and paid and we confirmed an hour ago…..please leave. We used to eat here regularly and now won’t be eating here again. You have just lost 4 customers.

Once again a shame to order at the springwood Zambrano. they cant get orders right , ordered via uberears and spent near $40 on 2 narcho bowls and there is little to no product. Firgot sour cream and extra sour cream...got another sauce instead as the extra (which i didnt ask for) I go to ring them and it keeps hanging up say busy or the just dont answer there phone. Next time i will be choosing elsewhere to eat.

Love the burritos here! They also have gluten free options which is nice. See you soon!

This is the first Zambrero where I've noticed the service is consistently great. The staff here are friendly. It can get very busy, but the service is always great.

Recently all online ordering options have been turned off even though they are still open for walkins. You can't even order through the zambrero website. It's a decent drive so I used to order for pickup by the time I got there, not worth the drive otherwise. Not sure who made that decision to remove online presence

Great burritos! I called up for a big group order of 12 burritos and requested they be ready at a certain time. The order was being finalised as I arrived so it was perfect timing. All of our burritos were hot, fresh and very yummy! The staff were super friendly and happy. Definitely recommend this Zambrero's.

Alright food, staff do not know how to make a buritto, you just check everything to the max with no flavours being spreadout. You have to take a bite here and there and mix the flavour which isn't a great experience. Staff is also giving a 'meh' vibe

Food is delicious, and they pack tonnes into every dish. However the staff are incredible! Got there 15 min before closing on a Saturday night (9.45pm), and was served by the most incredible young woman. She was young- enthusiastic, friendly, and made the food like someone who’d been there 20 years training others to make it delicious. She took great pride in everything she did, and should be commended.

Teach your staff some customer service. They have some sort of attitude in which they don't even bother to say Hello and throw away food to you without any cutlery(guy at 2.17pm 16/01)

I've left quite a negative review of this place a while back, I personally haven't been back since. The boys in the shop have ordered from Springwood Zambrero again and out of the 3 orders only one was pretty messed up. I don't know, I'd recommend to walk in and not to uber it, they do a better job when customer is standing there. Not all staff but some, some staff in there are extremely good. As far as food goes, its Zambrero so when its made properly, its great.

Haven't had a problem with this establishment until today. I went in for lunch ordering 2 Burritos and a Bowl, first of all the service was slow and on top of that all the toppings were short changed compared to what they typically are. I have a Zambrero loyalty card and with my purchase I should've had 3 punctured holes but was given only 1. On top of all this the 1 chicken burrito was labelled incorrectly thus confusing our orders and having us mistakenly eat the wrong order... Not impressed

A bit dissapointed after ordering vegetarian nachos last night. I requested double beans (and was happy to pay for the extra portion) but to my surprise the nachos had almost to no beans compared to the cheese, guacamole, sour cream and salads added afterwards. Maybe this a new move to preserve fillings as someone else mentioned in their review that their filling was one third down. Personally, I don't think I'll be back.

Best Zambrero by far. They’re super consistent with how they prepare the meals and the meals are always a generous serving. We call in every time we head to the Gold Coast because of this. Oh, and the staff are always friendly!

Very worried about the smell here today. Smelt like off food. Did a fridge break? I hope they pay there staff overtime to come in a do a deep clean

Just picked up two Burritos.. taste great however the guy who wrapped them today ripped us off and tarnished your reputation. Filling was one third down on my usual Burritos from your store...wrapped poorly as well...disappointed. Won't return to the Springwood store.

First time trying the famous Zambrero’s, what can I say.. Ill definitely be back! The young girl who made our nacho’s did a perfect job for my picky self and I’m super Impressed to see these girls working so well with their spare time cleaning glass and what not.. tells me they keep their stuff out back nice and clean too! Awesome job Ashley and Laura keep it up!
