This little guy is a big fan of your pizza boxes, he gives them 10/10. Refuses to sit on any other brand pizza box. The pizzas themselves are also delicious and such good value for money! The staff are always very lovely, and service is quick :)

Happy I drove 30min to get that Arachidi pizza tonight. Really nice dough and tasty ingredients. Next time I ll add pineapple and Chili just to make it godlike. Thanks to the team and their kind words on the box too :D

I am confused. By chance we visited Mosaic after an office works trip. We checked reviews which were good. We tossed up between Mosaic and the Indian place next door (top tip, owned by the same people). Out of curiosity, i tried the Arachidi Pizza which has a satay sauce base. I have lived in Brisbane and Sydney and have had Pizzas from a silly number of mainstream and boutique pizza places from Dominoes to Crust and everything in between. My partner and i can honestly say, this Pizza is our favourite ever, period. We will be going back to to try one of each and then to the Indian place next door to try one of everything. Just try it. Spend $17.90 and thank me later.

Best wood fired pizza around. Worth the 20min trip just for these fabulous creations. So very fresh and tasty.

We order multiple pizzas (Sept 2023), based on the reviews we were expecting great things. Pizzas were very ordinary. Soggy bases, flavour and seasoning lacking. We tried the tandoori pizza, ham and pineapple and also the zucchini, pumpkin and mushroom vegetable pizza which was the worst of the lot. Will keep looking for something better in the area.

Tried Mosaic for the first time on the weekend - what a fantastic experience! From the service at the counter to the food we ate, everything was brilliant. Looks like we have finally found an enjoyable pizza place to satisfy our cravings!

Damn good effort. I wish this place was closer! 45 min round trip for me. But worth it to try Mosaic. The cook/manager/owner was at the helm. Credit to him and his staff.

First of all, sorry for the poor quality pictures. I forgot to take pic before digging in - was too hungry I suppose. Drove 25min to try this place out - the gentleman at store called me crazy 😀 but no regrets! Will definitely drive down again SOON! Awesome base and baked to perfection. One of the best pizzas in town - my new favourite and my wife’s too.

Amazing service, ordered when I was at Springwood and when I arrived 12 minutes later it was just coming out of the oven. Super fresh and super tasty. Thank you guys, I will be back.

This has been my go to pizza takeaway for some time now since we moved locally. They are efficient, polite and friendly. Very timely too and knowledgeable about their combinations and selections if you are unsure. Thanks to the team.

First time so decided to try the Lasagne as it was advertised house made. Hate the soft mushy texture of a processed reheated lasagne so wanted to put them to the test. This didn’t disappoint. The pasta sheets were fresh and the beef sauce was richly slow cooked and seasoned well. Each layer had a generous helping of mozzarella cheese that oozed out the sides when cut into but with a strong enough hint of parmigiana for the mozzarella to not dominate. Decent serving size and great value for the quality of the ingredients. Looking forward to trying a pizza next !

Loved the food from Mosaic Pizza. The pizzas and lasagne are great. There are some delicious ice creams too, coconut and lime is a must if you haven't tried yet.

I took my Italian friend here to order some pizzas. They Tasted great! I even got her to try the pineapple pizza reluctantly and she didn't mind it, which says a lot.🤌🏻

I ordered 2 pizzas this evening for takeaway. When we got home we had been given the wrong pizza. The staff remade our pizza and had it delivered within 15 minutes. I love ordering from Mosaic, the food is outstanding and the service even better. Have a happy and safe Xmas and new year break. Will be reordering again soon. 👍🎉

I usually go to mosaic every 2nd Friday and the pizzas and owners really nice but I got it yesterday and you could see some of the Dough was barely cooked. Making it taste really average, my mum and dad are finding it hard to make ends so $15 is a lot and I’d usually expect a pretty nice pizza but still good service and alright pizza.

Absolutely delicious! Your mushroom pasta (with added bacon) was the best mushroom pasta I've had. I ordered it because you make the fettuccine fresh. The whole dish was jam packed with flavour. The bacon bits were crispy and delicious. We also tried the Yogi Meatlovers Pizza. Loved the fresh dough & it had a great selection of meats (great pepperoni especially). There's a touch of heat to this pizza but not too much. Will definitely be back ❤️

Toppings spilled inside pizza box as I was driving, went home opened the pizza and it looked disgusting. The Italian pizza I ate tasted like somebody ate a pizza, threw it up and added tons of salt to the pizza vomit, the edges were burnt as well, this was a GF pizza dough pizza so maybe the toppings stay firm with regular pizza dough, all in all it was probably the worst pizza I’ve ever had.

One of the yummiest pizzas I’ve had!! Soft base, fresh and lots of toppings!! The owner Louis was so lovely and it is clear he loves and cares about his customers. Can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu!

We ordered 20 pizzas for my sons birthday to be delivered in Karawatha Park. They arrived great, warm, on time, and delicious. Our guests really enjoyed and were very impressed of the taste. Thank you very much!

Truly disappointing. I usually love cold pizza too but it was so sad the next day that I had to throw it out :( I'd prefer a frozen pizza from Coles. The base was alright though.

Pizza was made on time, great customer service from the manager, but i really can't justify the pricing of the Pizza's. We ordered the Gourmet Pollo and Arachidi for $17.90 ea. The base was thin, no options for thicker, toppings were a bit scant, and the crust was inedible unless you had some kind of side dip. It's always fun to try a new local pizza place but i don't think there is value for money here. I wish Mosaic Pizza the best.

The only place I buy pizza from they are easily the best on the southside. Great tasting dough and toppings. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Amazing wood fired pizzas. The staff were excellent, and although quite late, accommodated us and made us feel very welcome. The customer service was fantastic! Thanks for the free cans of coke. The dough was the perfect thickness and tasted great, while the topping was generous (maybe too much rocket). Overall great quality wood fired pizza and service with a smile. :-)

The pizza here is always delicious. My fav is def the margarita with chilli flakes. Customer service is impeccable 👌🏽I’m always greeted with polite and friendly mannerisms by all the staff. Especially the manager, he always has something nice to say on pick up. Thank you!

Just came here for the 1st time and ordered the Prosciutto. This pizza was amazing! I picked this place because of the positive reviews so my expectations were high and yet it still exceeded my expectations. I will definitely come back.
