Purchased a brown rice burrito bowl that had BARELY ANY RICE IN IT!! Also the rice was crunchy! Very disappointed considering brown rice cost extra and what I received looked like 3 tablespoons of rice had been added. I have eaten burrito bowls with normal white rice and not had this same experience. If you don’t have enough brown rice to serve a correct portion I’d suggest you let the customer know so that they don’t have to waste their money. Terrible

Bit disappointed.. I love GYG and their food, but this location wasn’t pleasant. When we first walked in it just didn’t feel super clean, mainly the floors. They didn’t have 2 of the Jarritos drink flavours which was a first. When I ordered I wasn’t given a receipt and told the cashier that I was eating in. Then I was waiting so long for my order to come and we had to go up to the front to find my order sitting up front cold and with my table number on it. 😐

We did not eat eat here but after seeing this you will want to make sure your Sour cream does not get a free dollop. Really pigeons roosting on lights directly over the outdoor eating area, this is a serious health issue.

We order the food online and the staff ask to wait for pickup. Still the fries were not hot. When we ask for exchange . They just serve us very rude. There was indian girl. She almost throw fries on our face . We wait there for more then 20 minutes. That was very rude kind of serving . You need some trained and disciplined staff..

Very poor customer service provided, staff left food on the counter to go cold, while they gave others their hot food. Lodged a complaint asked for a refund and advised they would provide a credit. We spend $58 to get cold food that was slopped together. We won't be returning to any GYG in the future.

I like your food, but you’ve caused me a great inconvenience. If I tell my girlfriend that we aren’t getting your food she gets mad. Cheers

My first time visiting a GYG today . Was the most rushed frustrating thing I’ve ever done . The girl made us feel like we had to hurry up. We were just trying to decide and read the board but felt so damn rushed . I’ve had it twice through work and thought I’d get my wife to try it . Food was great as always but given a chance we prob would’ve ordered more . What was her hurry as there were only about 3 tables . Maybe relax a bit and give people a chance to approach you when they are ready . We were talking and trying to decide but your hands were in your screen pushing us to order . I don’t think I’ll go back to that one which is a shame because it’s close by and could’ve been regular as we really enjoyed it .

The single worst beef burrito I've ever had at a Guzmans. It fell apart so quickly, due to poor wrapping, that I had to go and ask for cutlery and a plate. It was so hard to eat that I ended up soiling my clothes with food as it was impossible to avoid as it dropped en-masse from the wrap. It was also just warm which adds insult to injury. Guzman used to be so good when they first opened. Constantly disappointed.

I was annoyed as from took a lot longer to prepare than the app stated. But when the food came it more than made up for it hands down the best GYG I have ever had the years I have been eating there. Well done and thank you for you excellent standard of preparation. Phot of food half eaten as I couldn't wait it looked so good.

Shout out to GYG team at Hyperdome. The food was so good that I ended up forgetting my wallet there. Three days later when I couldn't think of where I might have left it, I received a message on FB letting me know that they have it. Everything was still intact, credit cards and all IDs. You guys are legends 🙌

upset that this GYG would be different to the rest due to opening times, opening at 9am not 6am means no breakfast barito, no bacon or charisos as extras, just standard menu which took away all the things I liked in my barito.#unhappyjan #Karen

Food is always good but this is the third time I have made a complaint about their sauce portions. 70c and you are lucky to have 5ml deep in the takeaway container. Pathetic effort from whoever packs these orders. Do better and stop being so tight arsed

I just bought a burrito meal, first time ordering here. Burrito was ok (some of the rice a bit undercooked but still digestible) but I didn’t get any chips with it which basically means I paid $6 extra for a bottle of Coke… I didn’t notice this until after I had already got back to my car and left so not worth going back and complaining about. Would have been understandable if there was a bit of a lunch rush going but it was around 2.30 when I ordered and they were not busy. I think there was maybe two other customers eating in the store and one order in the time between placing my order and receiving it, so kinda just seems like a lack of effort from the staff. Admittedly the whole experience has made me question why I’m bothering to pay $6 for a handful of chips and a Coke in the first place but yeah. If service was half decent I’d be eating here once a week after work but that definitely won’t be happening now.

Had a good dose of food poisoning the last 24hours after eating from here. Ate nothing all afternoon got nachos for dinner within 2hours of consuming vomiting/diarrhoea all night and morning. Just a warning before you ear here. Don't do it. 👎 Holmview store is much better and never had a problem.

I made the order on the app at 8:50pm expecting it to be made by 9pm. But no, the stupid app says it will be made by 9am the next day. The guy said he couldn’t make it for me so I had to buy another one. Which is absolutely poor costumer service. PLEASE FIX THAT ON YOUR APP GUZMAN. Also I have been in store a few times in the past and I believe it is the manager who never smiles and is always quite rude whenever I ask for some Smokey chipotle, sonríe mujer. Hay que ser más educada con los clientes!! Joder, never going back to this Guzman. 👎👎🤮

Regular customer here, staff are always friendly even when under the pump at busy times. Food is always delicious and never had an order wrong like you would with most fast food. Only improvement I could recommend is the expected time of food when ordering through the app, it always says 4 minutes which is always inaccurate, I can see this causing issues with people expecting their food a lot sooner and being rude to the lovely staff due to this. Cannot fault the food or staff at all, most definitely would recommend to others to try.

Service was very good ,servings looked good..food is very overpriced,I mean very overpriced. ,I found and my daughter also found that the food has no taste , and she has had it once before and said it also has no flavour or taste.Mexican food is spicy and tasty ,but there’s had no taste is it was so bland ..

Don't order brown rice, they serve it to you undercooked, raw and barely edible. Ordered through Menulog and had to chuck the $25 bowl in the bin.

It's nothing amazing but it's quick, tasty enough and has cheaper options, so I can't complain. I quite enjoy it. I wouldn't call it "good Mexican" though. But good enough to be enjoyed and more affordable than "good Mexican" so still hits the spot if that's what you're craving.

Always nice to come out here for a Friday lunch, good food and $5 Coronas. Staff always friendly. Nicely fitted out and good location being outdoors in The Piazza area. 👍🏻🍻🌯

I ordered online and went in when it said it was ready to collect. I had to wait 20 minutes. This isn't the first time this has happened either. It seems like they just click done on the system when it's not even started to be prepared. The wraps are also always a little stale when compared to gyg and the hot chips are normally cold.

This gyg used to be my absolute favourite but over the last year it has really gone downhill. Not sure what has changed but i have constantly had my orders wrong or had asked questions about their food, example asking if the food was halal for my friend and could get no answer or even a chance to ask a simple question to the manager. Anytime i try and correct my order i just get laughed at by teens or they act like they do not care. This is very disappointing considering how good they used to be and delicious the gyg food can be.
