There are always many new discoveries every time I visit IKEA. The staff is always nice. Most of the furniture here is suitable for young people living in apartments. The price and quality are good.

I have never heard so many people say they will never come back here in a single lap in my life. It's so hot in this place. A homeware store that can't operate air con right. In this maze on top of things, it's so hot that it's already uncomfortable before you enter. Just skip coming here once it cracks 30 degrees We walked around, listed the furniture we wanted and went to pick it up downstairs. Half of it was out of stock. I asked a staff member about it, he said it was our responsibility to talk to the staff about if it's in stock or not. There's no staff anywhere upstairs This guy was the first staff member I saw other than at the cafe. We visited on a Weekday as well. I wasn't too unhappy about the missing items as it saved me around $3000 in the end. I wasn't going to waste time in this hole looking for alternatives. A lot of the display items are broken as well, I had a lamp for example and when I saw it on display it was completely broken. So of course I put it back. This stuff just looks cheap these days, and it obviously breaks easily as well, especially it's it's on display for customers to see... Since there are no staff here, I presume these things just don't get checked anymore. The food is just incredibly bad. What the hell happened here? Years ago I remember coming for meatballs and other things. The meatballs now are so dry and tasteless. It put us off buying them at the end as well. The garlic bread was so solid I could literally put it through a wall How have the standards dropped so much? Add why would anyone pay for a membership to eat this trash cheaper? It's a shadow of it's former self, it's not busy either which is a telling sign. I think IKEA has just dropped the ball here and won't be returning to the quality shop it once was.

I always enjoy my time in Ikea.. Looking at every showroom, design, furnitures and cheap items I could buy. It was my sons idea to go in again as it his first time. He enjoyed going through all the showrooms, gaming designs, love the food and he said it was a good experience.

Always my favourite spot to spend a day. You dont have to buy anything, just hang around getting some inspiration for home decoration. People have lots of sceptical about quality but honestly you get what you're paying for. I've been using Ikea stuffs for quite a long time and only a few show signs of damage. Incredibly versatile if your creativity is good enough. Some products now are quite expensive though and always out of stock. IKEA is also one of the big companies out there that doesn't hassle customers about their refund policies, extremely easy and convenient. Remember to always check out their "Clearance" room, near the end of the register line. Sometimes you might find some surprises in there.

Great day out! Sit on everything, touch everything, wear out the kids walking around looking at everything. Eat some decent food, buy a plush toy, eat icecream. Go home... Well worth the adventure 🍿😄

Plenty of parking spots during the weekend. So parking wouldn't be a big problem there. The stores offer all types of furniture and housing decorations. You just need the time to find it as it is big, very big. They have people to assist you if you want to design your house too. If you are hungry and wish to have a quick bite there is a restaurant which offers a great meal at a great price. Overall it is a good place to spend your day even if you are not looking for any furniture.

We bought a wrong product. And tries to return it. First time for us to use the express return. So we accidentally got two tickets, one normal return, one express return as we don't know we were suppose to get a ticket from express return. I point out to Kathleen who served us that we got two tickets and don't want other people to wait. KATHLEEN doesn't want to listen to me. Very impatient as I am trying to tell her we accidentally got two tickets. And she can skip the next number so other people don't have to wait. She accused me of getting two tickets on purpose and very defensive when I tried to explain to her why we accidentally get two tickets. She kept saying just leave it there. Won't listen to me. So when the next counter called my second number. I have to go tell the other counter I have the number please skip and thank you. After I came back. She saw me typing on my mobile and just pull her badge and said to me " did you get my name right?" This attitude to me is racist. She doesn't have to pull her badge and ask me if I get her name right. Bad attitude, poor customer service. We were just trying to be nice.

Love IKEA! Great product range that is so handy. My only issues are 1) it’s impossible to find a map of the store online to plan a trip. I’ve taken a picture so that fellow prepare in advance people can see what the layout of Ikea Logan Feb 2022 is! 2) Click & collect costs $5. Click and collect is free across so many other stores, it’s disappointing that you have to pay for it with IKEA, especially when the store is so large 3) You can’t use your reward vouchers & gift cards on the same transaction and signage is not clear about this Otherwise it’s a great place for food, a walk or house items!

Enormous range at reasonable prices. We bought led lights and a stand up desk as well as some minor decor. Food is really good for the price, good serving size, love their sparkling water for $2. Chocolate mousse is tasty. Staff in the restaurant are always super friendly. Staff in the furniture section can be hit and miss on friendliness. Very easy to get lost if you are not paying attention. Get the map 🤣 Make sure you take photos of things in case their is a price discrepancy at the counter.

I have been a long time member at Ikea - and have shopped exclusively at this location, but I have NEVER ever experienced such hostility and uncomfortableness until yesterday (31/01/24). Upon checking out, I went up and down the area twice looking for a register open that would accept cash, yet only the self check outs were available. The self check outs only accept card - how is this even legal when cash is the legal tender. I arrived here with cash. Lines of people waiting, yet 4-5 staff members just standing, when one them could’ve easily opened a register. To top it off, this security guard (pictured) was the worst, I was at the check out closest to him and the whole time he preceded to follow my every move, he even proceeded to come up right behind me?? This is despite him watching me scan every item in my trolley ( a total of 3 ). Disgusting behaviour made me feel like a criminal for simply doing the right thing. I then witnessed him lurch on his toes to peer into a lady’s pram with her child in it - did he think the mother stole the child as well?

Exceptional shopping experience lots of products in easily accessible locations around the store. The staff were very helpful in find products and for assistance with the flat pack boxes. The restaurant has a limited menu but the food is very nice and well priced

A lot of the displays were under construction and felt the offering of product displays and room inspirations were a little limited during my latest visit to IKEA. Still a fantastic place to shop, browse, and love that it’s entirely self serviceable and can have a peaceful shopping experience to yourself.

Went to the restaurant this evening. Purchased the chicken schnitzel. Advertised as $12, however was $14, as the sauce and cheese is charged an extra $2. Was made aware of this once I got to the checkout. Tried the schnitzel and it was basically rubber. Tasted horrible and was very old and miniature in size. Totally disappointed, and will not visit again. Would not recommend to anyone. Better go to a fast food outlet and get something more fresh than the food served here. Would give 0/5 if possible.

Miserable staff, limited choices, and closes way too early at 3pm Monday to Wednesday. There are 50 people lining up for a hotdog downstairs because people are hungry and your restaurant is closed.

You can get all your household needs at IKEA, from a bed to a octopus clothes dryer! They have a massive range of things showcased in various displays and sections but the store is purposefully set out so that you have to walk through all the sections. However, they have improved this aspect of the store and added shortcuts which is a welcomed addition. The shopping experience is really fun. You find the thing that you want and pick it up from the warehouse section if it’s a large good. The only annoying thing about the DIY aspect is that it often takes quite a while to build the furniture. As with other IKEAs, there is a restaurant and Swedish Bistro, which is perfect for a small snack after you’ve finished shopping. However, the food is a bit expensive (ie. $5 for 8 veggie balls). There is plenty of parking space but it very spread out over the bottom floor. As a result, you often find yourself having to walk a long distance with your shopping trolley back to your car. There are also toilets here, which are pretty clean and good. Overall, IKEA is a pretty fun shop that is perfect for purchasing cheap, decent quality furniture.

My first time at IKEA and I must say "I was very impressed". The designs and in particular how the showrooms are setup are very clever and the variety is second to none. I really enjoyed the browse. Availability of some of the items weren't stated clearly enough and for a first timer it was rather overwhelming to come up with some choices after many hours for some big items and know that they are only partially available. No one needs half a couch haha. I was surprised they didn't have info stands in every showroom for customers to browse and find out the availability etc or even add things to their list of that shop as a self service. It was great to see a restaurant (Swedish restaurant) midway. I enjoyed the cold salads but the hot food wasn't too shabby 😁

Had a really great time walking around, browsing and shopping. I had lunch here as well and the cafeteria staff were amazing. However, when I got to the checkout the security guard made the experience extremely hostile. He walked and stood behind my friend about 50cm from her as she was checking out. He eyed her up and down continuously, and made the experience extremely uncomfortable. He made us feel like criminals, stealing from the store. As I walked away I saw that he literally turned to stare into a woman’s pram, as she walked past… a really confronting way to end what was otherwise a great experience.

This store is really good. It offers tons of home-related accessories such as furniture, beds, mats, lamps and others. This place is so large and you need one hour at least to walk around its range. For me it was a kind of a place to a such window shopping, just like the shopping mall. You may also consider that visiting here as a jogging activity if you care about your targetted daily steps. One another thing quite impressive at this place is the cafetaria. It really serves delicious foods with affordable prices. You can drink refilled coffee or milk by paying only for a cup of coffee.

Really good experience! I had some gift cards to use and couldn't quite get them to work online, so went for a shop and I feel I have nailed the quick Ikea experience! First step, write down the aisle and shelf number before you go. Step two, go in the exit so you don't get swayed by all the pretty things in the show room. Step three, grab your items from the warehouse (adjacent to the exit). Step four, pay and you're on your way! We were in and out in 10 minutes which was amazing!!! A few notes on the staff, which were all positive!!! We were getting a dresser with 3 boxes and when we went to grab them, some warehouse staff offered to load them on our trolley (star #1)! Then at check-out, we had a few little issues (user errors on our part), but the self-checkout cashier was super helpful with assisting us in finding a sneaky barcode, helping us load our Ikea family membership and then splitting our purchase over two gift cards (star, star & star)!!! Will definitely return for a wander when I have more time!

Plenty of seating available. Enough spacing between tables so it isn't cramped. The little kids playground is clean and easy to watch your child. Menu options are limited but good value for money. Definitely not high class dining but convenient place to stop while shopping. Used the restaurant many times over the years and always had a good experience.

Kitted out our place with IKEA and looks great. Not sure where the Allen key life went as most things needed a Phillips head but have a couple handy so not an issue. Easy to put together all things.

We went for Sunday breakfast as we had heard about it being good on a budget. It is if you don't add on simple things. No eggs at the moment due to a shortage. Had cool stuff to buy as always. Staff are nice, poor ladies at the breakfast counter were copping it due to lack of eggs and having to repeat themselves. Loved the tray drop off area after your meal. Lots more seating upstairs at the breakfast place, than I thought there would be.

Great store, however I couldn't lift any of the Flatpack furniture and was unsure of my options regarding this. I ended up getting overwhelmed and leaving with just some small items. I think it would be good to have little signs everywhere explaining options

You start your trip with a visit to the restaurant where you can find a nice selection of meals, drinks and snacks for all the family at a budget price. You'll need to eat at some point, as you can easily spend half a day exploring the store. They have everything for your home decor and great display rooms. Very reasonable prices as the products are durable and larger furniture items come with 10 year guarantees. There is a great play centre for the children for 2 hours if the adults need time to do serious shopping. Overall, a well thought out store, but it can be dangerous unless you go in with a budget.

This is a review of the food, not the store. The store is good, like every other Ikea. The special events food is not recommended. I am giving it three stars based on one star for the food, one star for friendly service, and one star for novelty.

Mix N Match experience today, food was great but customer service was slightly disappointing. The little cafeteria outside the checkouts was busy and only 1 till open, the price scanners wasn't working and the checkouts was super busy. I payed with card but mum wanted cash and apart from self serve which is card only, 1 cash and card register was open. There was another one that opened a short time after and just as were about to load up one staff said that this register was closed when there wasn't a close sign up and forced us to wait with the other trolleys on the other register. I don't know what is going on but hire more register trained staff.

Couldn't get in, the old days the place would be 65% full, now its packed and forming a massive queue that goes outside the restaurant PLUS you must queue to register to eat there, you cant just go to a table and find a seat (covid safety etc) Food looks acceptable although dont expect a huge meal for a cheal its mainly something you do before you leave If you want a bargain you can go eat at the 2nd food stall that sells $1.00 hot dogs and what seems to be steamed chicken balls (they looked fried on the sign but they're not) covid rules dont allow you to sit, use cutlery, theres no condiments anymore you will be asked when you buy the food otherwise no sauce available yet ironically you can still use the self serve drink machine...how is that covid safe is beyond me but everything else is strict p.s their cider are additive i want to buy a box but never could allow myself to slurge as they are pricey (cheaper in boxes) otherwise its $3 a can 8/10 its an ok restaurant portion sizes are ok dont expect alot though

It was a disappointing experience. Very little selection. The plant based *meat balls* come with non-plant based mashed potatoes and sauce 🙄 The coffee is like servo coffee, with not non dairy option. And it comes in a weird shaped paper cup: like a gelato cup. But the plates and crockery are not disposable??? Staff did not look happy to be there. What the hell happened??? The cafeteria used to be a real drawcard!

I mean, if you're eating here, chances are it's because you're shopping at ikea... so you're obviously not going to get fine dining or any special service. It's pretty much what you come to expect from Ikea. Simplicity, value for money and quick, convenient service. The process is akin to an American school cafeteria line-up-with-a-tray process. Simple and effective. The food is also quite tasty for how cheap it is. If you don't come here with a plethora of dietary requirement expectations needing to be met, or high expectations of attentive service, then you'll be quite satisfied.
