    Some staff are disrespectful and terrible customer service, particularly from staff in the kitchen. Waiter and waitress were lovely but are bossed around rudely by kitchen staff. Food was average, overpriced for the quality. One kitchen staff member was passive and raised his voice at an Uber customer. Franchise owner needs to reevaluate the staff team, quality control, and improve customer service.

    This has got to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a Nando’s. walked in to find all the tables in the front section covered in dirty dishes, walk to the back to find 3 out of the 4 booths covered in dirty dishes with the 4th have a bottle of sanitizer and dirty rag and seat covered in food scraps. Not once whilst we were there did anyone come and clear away the dishes from any table, only when our food came oh after 20minutes of waiting did the person bringing out of food remove the sanitizer bottle and smelly rag. They seemed to be more concerned with having a good time in the kitchen with the music blaring which caused a massive mishmash of the Nando’s music and club music than the cleanliness of the restaurant. I wish I could say this is an isolated issue at this store however it is not, however this was the worst and reached tipping point.

    Asked to order at the counter, was told we had to use the QR code at the tables instead. We got our meal, but no napkins or cutlery. Asked for some and we're told we had to get it ourselves. What's the point of having dine in service, if there is none...?

    Service was poor to be generous. Our order took forever and when we asked how long it would be, none of the staff could be bothered chasing it up. Order consisted on 2x Seriously large fries, Peri Tenders, bucket of Corona’s and 2 Lipton Iced Tea. Wait was 1hr and drinks arrived with the food. No apologies were given when the food finally arrived.

    This is not a fast food restaurant! If you're after junk, go to McDonald's! The best chicken in town. I eat here daily. With no complaints. Lovely staff. FYI - this restaurant has a new grill. It blows the standard grill out of this town. Well done guys. 👏

    Great food. Lovely people. It is unfortunate that the lack of people willing to work these days has an effect on these places ability to cater for busy rush hours. Just thankful that they were nice about the delay. To the people that can’t wait 45mins to 1hour for food, maybe to home and learn to make your own food and stop being rude to these hard working underpaid young adults.

    This place used to be nice, what happened? Customer service is non existent I had to ask for every drink I ordered right after paying and the atmosphere... Every single table had rubbish (empty plates and bowls) no one's cleaning up despite 5-6 staff members standing around. First and last time I'll be dinning there, discussing..

    Thought I'd treat myself to Nando's for lunch at the Hyperdome. The chips were good but I can't remember ordering a sparrow's leg. When I questioned a staff member she said that it looked like a standard Nando's portion to her. What the? Not much for sixteen bucks!

    The restaurant was very dirty, I put my hand on the back rest of my chair and my hand became covered in oil. The table was surprisingly clean but the plates had a funny smell. We ordered one chicken with two sides and it took 30 minutes for it to come. The hand washing place was filthy, the floor was filthy, the chairs were filthy and the music was way too loud. There were two songs playing at once. The staff who brought out our food was kind but the dirtiness of the place ruined the experience.

    Not once but multiple times, seems like they are always delayed in serving!! On top of that they have a foul mouth especially their female staff! I ordered my meal at 5pm to pick this order up at 6.30pm and when I arrive the staff couldn’t fist find the order in her system and then says another 15 mins. When I said pickup time is 6.30pm she says well that’s not my problem I don’t control what time it shows for pickup! Talk about customer service ! First they are late and the attitude!

    Absolutely appalling customer service and housekeeping. Waited over an hour for a simple meal as did all other customers. In that time, not one single table was cleaned with multiple customers turning away as staff would not clean up. My typical experience with Nandos is quite good however I would not recommend the Hyperdome as this isn't the first time experiencing absurd wait times on food. Managed and staffed by absolute potatoes at this rate

    Went to order, was told that we had to order via QR code. I stated I wanted to pay cash, was told by the not so friendly staff member they don't accept cash. I told her I will have to go elsewhere then, no apologies, just said ok. My friend then went to order and was told it would be a 25 minute wait as they had ran out of chicken. Again no apology for the inconvenience from the staff member. We left and bought elsewhere. I won't be back, not all consumers have smart phones to order online and I appreciate friendly customer service face to face ordering with a smile and the option to use cash which is legal tender.

    Walked in yesterday with my friend to enjoy an early dinner together but was not treated to the best experience. Used to find that this was one of the best Nandos in QLD but was very disappointed. The service was horrendous we had interactions with 2 people and they were both quite rude and did not acknowledge us whatsoever. They were not friendly or welcoming they looked like they were forced to serve us. And the food was just cold and had no flavour when they weren’t busy we were pretty much the only ones in the restaurant so could’ve showed some attention. Would be great to see some action taken place on the food and service.

    I came here to grab some dinner the other night, the guy at the counter was a a little slow and I had to repeat my order multiple times. I asked how long it would be, to which the sever told me "less than 5 minutes". I waited 30 minutes for my food. I only ordered 1 burger and fries. Kept being told 5 mins every time I asked. Really wasn't impressed and even after a half an hour wait, it wasn't even really that nice.

    The other reviews paint a picture to my exact experience. Terrible customer service, terrible cleanliness (dirty cutlery, unkept tables, waiter walking around emptying scraps into a paper bag and leaving dirty dishes on the tables) wait time for over an hour for meals. Save your time and money. Go elsewhere!

    Waited at the front counter for a good 10 minutes before even getting an acknowledgment. Ended up waiting 45 minutes for food. Tried another time to order through Uber eats and had my order cancelled 35 minutes after ordering. Just appalling reading the reviews of other instances of the same thing. What a way to disgrace the franchise, they need to change the management here cause they’re tarnishing my favourite restaurants name

    Sunday experience was disappointing,chicken was dry, overcooked chips were too salty and cold,. service was terrible,music was blaring in the background was impossible to have a conversation with friends . Ordered whole chicken lemon and herb ,chicken looked smaller than the previous time that we had gone there, chips,definitely smaller, had to order another bowl, when delivered to the table were cold and too salty, horrible. I will definitely not go there again,so sad

    Worst experience ever!!! Worst food ever!!! Ordered 2 wraps with extra hot sauce for away. They took 25-30 minutes to bring the order out. The wrap didn’t even have extra hot sauce in it. It tasted bland. I am so disappointed in Nando’s. It used to be my favourite place to eat. There was once I went to Nando’s and they ran out of chicken lol Never going back there again.

    Chicken was raw and bloody and the "spicey rice" had no flavour seasoning and smelled funny. Ended up throwing it away. Service was ok but food was terrible. The chicken apeared it was pre boiled and rubbery and not cooked well. Id rather wait the extra 10 minutes like the old days and get a proper grilled chicken. Asked for extra peri peri sauce and the chicken came out pale. Wont be going back

    Food is healthy but the staff are selective at their customer service and can treat customers with prejudice causing stress for them They don't even give payment receipts when requested which is a right and do so only when you ensist. If you place a large order they treat you like royalty

    By far the best nandos in Queensland the best service iv ever had at a nandos. The food is always good the staff are amazing they know me as a regular and cook everything exactly the way I like it bring my drinks out as soon as I walk in 100% recommend this nandos

    We have tried more than enough times here. The food that eventually arrived is good. But taking anywhere from 30-90 mins to serve the very basic items on their menu is ridiculous. We watched one of our items (didn’t know it at the time) sit on the counter for 20 minutes, while food delivery drivers leant over it accidentally touched it. We asked for it to be replaced and it was done without any drama. It doesn’t seem to matter whether it looks visibly busy or not, the wait time is never less than 30 minutes. A bit of advice for the franchise owner…… streamline your food production and get the food delivery drivers away from peoples plates, waiting on the bench.

    Amazing! We hadn't been to Nandos in awhile and was looking forward to it again. The service was fantastic. Not even a terribly long wait but obviously normal then they are use to and we were offered free drinks. Can not fault them on their service and food did not disappoint.

    The meal was delicious however the lettuce they served as an alternative with my salad dish was very obviously brown at the base of each leaf and when I brought this to her attention, the waitress replied , “It is fresh as we got it yesterday” and then proceeded to ask me if I wanted it cut off. Sadly, I would imagine you would consider that before it is served to your customer. Would not eat here again.

    Thursday night dinner …. Bad choice … the service was soooo slow we waited an hour for our food …. Which was slightly faster than the estimated 1.5 hours told to us by a staff member delivering food to the table next to us… the family next to us waited an hour… unfortunately they’ve removed the ability to talk to staff when you order by directing everyone yo order via the QR code on Ayoutable…. Maybe this is why this store is one of the only left in the area …. But if the service stays this way they may not exist much longer .. and when we enquired about a refund we were told that would take a couple of days … staff could care less about the situation… we had to go next door to GYG to get food while waiting for our food !!!!!!

    Tried to order in advance at home for pickup app would not let us. Arrived in store, had to scan app to order. Even though there were 4 staff members standing around the grill. One talking on phone, one playing with her hair. The one actually turning the chicken kept putting her fingers IN HER MOUTH biting her nails and wiping her nose. The outdoor area was filthy. Went to counter 3 times to get assistance. Was not acknowledged. Another family sitting down eating Nandos food asked for straws for their kids and they didn’t have any. 4 staff members Didn’t think to offer glasses to the children. Our order finally ready staff member squashed all burgers and wraps with boxes of paella on top !!! If this wasn’t my sons bday dinner and his choice I would never ever come here

    Was greeted kindly by staff upon entry. The food was great and it came out in a timely manner. They could do with a few more staff to help clear tables but the whole world is short staffed in this current climate so understand they can not control this.

    This Nandos would be the worst I’ve been to. It was very dirty, with worn out seats and the windows covered in gunk. Staff were rude and were not trained to operate the cash register, so to order there is a complicated form to complete which gathers considerable personal information. Definitely the worst Nandos experience ever.

    Service from 1pm to 140 was dreadful. We were given 3 wrong orders but the main issue was how it was handled by our server at the time. He was short with us and had handed back the same order even though he had put his fingers in the Paella. The only reason I give this 2 stars and not just one was the recovery by the kitchen staff that had come out to assist as well as the food being amazing.

    Extremely fraudulent business under the Nandos banner. Lists as open on the app and takes online payments when the restuarant is closed since 3pm. If you try to obtain a refund they will make you jump through hoops with emails to the head franchise to get your money back. Still haven't received a refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, even if you call up the restuarant they do not pick up the phone when they are open which is rarely. PS. Don't fall for the fake reviews they are posting to balance out the ratings. It's just a weak attempt at damage control.

    Everytime I come here I order online, wait a half hour as instructed, and then head to the restaurant. They always make me wait another 30-45 minutes because they haven't started it. Longest I've waited is an hour for wraps and chips. It's always dirty. I get so sick of this place that I'd consider driving all the way to another Nando's.

    I used to love this restaurant.. I would come here weekly. But now.. I'll probably never be back. Walked through the door wanting to order my meals and got refused service and told to order at my table.. I said.. so what there is no customer service anymore and he said no. I went back to my table and proceeded to order my meal. When finished went inside and got some napkins and low and behold he is taking another customers order at the counter. How ridiculous.. refuse me service but more then happy to put other ppl through. Will not be back

    Ordered takeaway today and was so disappointed yet again. I’m not one to write a bad review ever as I know what it’s like to work in hospitality, but this is just another level. Got a seriously large chips, wasn’t even filled up, dead cold and rubbery. I ordered a halloumi burger with a veggie patty and it didn’t even have halloumi on it. Halloumi was the only reason I ordered it in the first place. Lettuce was brown and old. Overall so disappointing, I have tried to give them a chance a few times now and it’s always bad. I didn’t take it back as I only have so much time on my break but seriously this store has unfortunately gone so downhill. Save your money! :(

    Food and customer service was a solid 100/10. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and welcomed into the restaurant by one of the staff (dark skinned girl with the braids) who had great customer service skills ! the food didn’t take too long to get delivered to the table and if I’m being honest, it was probably the best nandos I have had in a while. Keep up the great work :)
