A lovely place to enjoy your traditional Geek food. We enjoyed the Apolo Banquet at 90 Aud each it was hard to finish the meal. Andreas our waiter was warm, friendly and efficient. You really should join and enjoy a little bit of Greece.

Excellent service, professional staff, delicious food and a great spot for a corporate event. Absolutely loved everything about our experience at the terrace front, atmosphere, choices of wine and other drinks, food was hot, tasty and fresh and staff were such a pleasure to interact with. Magnificent experience and big shout to: Brandon, Essi, Vincent, Niko and Peter. Can't wait to go there again.

Ambient and well suited for events, weddings and functions. Food was surprisingly good and great selection of wine. Dance floor is fabulous and a lovely view of Brisbane.

Second time at The Greek Club. The food is just amazing, The Mez dish of lamb and pork meatballs is a must. Staff on the day were exceptional in service and advice. Really made the day enjoyable. Will be a place we will keep going back too.

We ordered a Seafood risoni and a slow cooked half leg of lamb with lemon potatoes and roasted vegetables. Verdict, everything tasted amazing however the lamb and potatoes were lukewarm.

Loved our lunch at The Greek Club. You know its going to be good when you see greek people eating at a greek restaurant!! It also took us a good half hour to decide what to order as it all sounded so good. Was the cheapest meal we had while staying in brisbane, definitely worth the slightly longer walk to get great food at a good price. Not sure why people struggled to find the venue, was very easy to spot.

Hadn't been to the Greek Club in many years - there has been a refurbishment since I was last there. Very nice decor and great traditional music. The food was good but generally overpriced. (Last time I went it was incredible food for a reasonable price).

What a beautiful place to dine in. The food was wow. We arrived early but the staff were very friendly and helpful to accommodate us. Then we asked to change tables and they were very nice about it and helpful. The food was so yum and authentic. Even the fries were super yum. Cannot wait to go back to that lamb shoulder. Came here to try the new menu, and was blown away! Love the signature flavors and variety of dishes. Simple Greek flavors, done well. The new eating area is a nice improvement and looks really great to dine in. Also the beads are beautiful, apparently over 20,000 and I'd believe it! Lovely service as well, can't wait to come back for dinner again!

Always delicious food, and they cater extremely well for dietary requirements. Mine being gluten and dairy free. I have been to a few events in the function room, they cater really well. Gorgeous venue too.

A long standing institution and I'm never disappointed.

I think the food here is some of the best Greek food that you can find in Brisbane. There hasn't been a single dish in the multiple times I've eaten here that I haven't enjoyed. Fresh, great produce, cooked perfectly and served by friendly staff. It has a wonderful deck overlooking the park, which adds to the experience. Often live music and a buzzing atmosphere in the evening. Just go, you'll love it!

A lovely afternoon spent with the Greek Community supporting charity for the annual high tea. A lovely venue.

Outstanding reception venue; attended a wedding there and food, service and atmosphere were outstanding. As an interstate guest from another cosmopolitan capital of Australia, Melbourne, can safely say that you did as good or better job than I have ever seen anywhere else. Congratulations.

Went here with a group of friends and ordered a banquet. The service was great and the food and drinks were excellent. I especially loved the Lamb and the watermelon salad! The only dish I didn't particularly enjoy was the Calamari. Venue has a warm homey feel and I'll definitely be going back, I loved it here. The only 1 issue myself and a few guests had was, the floor in the main dining space is INCREDIBLY slippery. If you're wearing heels, beware! Nothing big, just something to look out for. Can't wait to go back! Sorry there's no photos, food was too yummy and we tucked right in

Good food fantastic service and a wonderful experience.

Went to the nostimo restaurant for a family birthday. Food (in our case the veg options) was delicious and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The honey puffs for desert were a great finish! The only criticism was too much dip for not enough pita bread, but we may not have been using enough:-)

Used their facilities for a conference Mar2021 and it was an expectational facility and outstanding service from booking to using the venue. I appreciated the service provided from The Greek Club.

The food here was really good. We were Offered a tasting of the wine before committing to it which was another point for them. The staff and service here is also amazing. I will definitely be back and recommending to friends and family

Was here for a big family banquet, while the food was lovely, sadly this is one of the least wheel chair assessable places I've been. No wheelchair parking in the club carpark. No ramp at entrance. My husband, left me outside went inside and asked how we were able to get my wheelchair in. We were directed up the church driveway next to it, to a side door with a ramp down into the restaurant all the door are push or pull with chunky grates.

On Sunday we had our grandsons christening st the Greek club I would like to thank Alex who was the most helpful person he helped make our day so enjoyable nothing was to much trouble for him he made us all feel so relaxed he’s a absolute gentleman thanks once again.

I expected more of this place 15 minutes waiting between two cocktails that we ordered together Nothing on top of the cocktails to make it pretty Food very average( we got the chicken which I forgot to take a photo) The halloumi cheese was nice

Attended a function here with finger food, & it was very tasty. I don't know what pricing was like as food & drinks were provided, so rating is based purely on the food. (The pork belly baklava was excellent).

We had family lunch for my daughters 18th yesterday and must say exceptional. Food ,service and vibe second to none. Being a Brisbane boy and growing up at the Greek Club, it was special having my daughters 18th lunch there. Will be back soon 🍽️🥂🍾

Very nice venue been there for the last 3 years with end of year function. Food, menu very good and tasty. Staff on top of things and very helpful.

Came here the other day and some old guy came up and started calling us every name under the sun all because we weren't Orthodox and the second he saw our cameras he got really violent then he pulled out his phone and shoved into our faces and he said that he'll put our faces all over social media as Pedofiles and the manager did completely nothing about it but when our friend called the police the old guy took off really quick ...... Will never be back again as it's over priced......

I came here with a large group and ordered food to share, including salt & pepper calamari, lamb slouvaki, grilled pita, trio of dips, tzatziki, kotopoulo kalamaki (grilled chicken thigh), politiki, pantzarosalata, saganaki (grilled cheese). I must say everything was superb! Most impressive was the dips, grilled cheese, the grilled chicken thighs and I particularly liked the politiki salad. The restaurant was clean. Staff were friendly. Service was good, although sometimes it's a bit hard to flag down a waiter. Plentiful parking on the streets.

Service was terrible but the food was good. The waiter was rude and tried to insist on us to order the $90 banquet. He cited that it would take a long time. We insisted that everyone will order individually. Then when I ordered, they came back to say they ran out of it. The friend with allergies could only order one mains and they were out of that one too! Incidentally, the food came out fairly quickly. So, was the waiter lying or lazy? The portions were very small.

Nikos was a great waiter and even in a big group I felt like my dietary requirements were looked after. As a vegan I was worried that there wouldn’t be anything substantial but I was pleasantly surprised to be taken care of. Thank you to Nikos and the rest of the team.

Great food and great service. Multi-purpose venue, big groups, small groups, company functions but also intimate dates. All in all the Greek Club is an awesome all rounder.

I read in the description, “impeccable service”. What a joke. This doesn’t approximate good service, nor fine dining and the service was in fact appalling. It’s a casual club atmosphere for occasional diners. I had to ask to be served, anything, after 30 minutes. After a change of table where we could actually share food, which we’d been encouraged to do, we didn’t get our ordered starters, after an hour. Pouring our own wine and waiting. I then asked if they really served food, as well. An enquiry was made and everything, starters and mains, all arrived at the same time, luke warm. The flavours of the dishes were excellent and value for money. When a waiter asked about how we were enjoying the evening, I gave him a frank account of the incompetence, but there was no subsequent explanation, never mind an apology. This place was a major disappointment and did not approximate the hyped descriptions. If you want a casual meal, with dreadful service, and you have hours to spare, you should try it as the food served ‘en bloc’ is good, even though the wine ran out after one bottle. If you want decent Greek food, there are other more efficient and ambient places in Brisbane, and leave this place to the locals for a casual drink and food that may or may not be served hot in reasonable time.

Food was amazing, service wasn't great. We weren't offered drinks, we had to prompt staff to take our order. It was not a busy time but everything took a long time to come out, then when they cleared the entree plates, I asked for another beer. I was waiting until after the main was finished to the waitress coming back and saying did you still want your beer? I said not to worry about it as we had finished our meal, she didn't even apologise, felt it was really rude. Overall, food amazing! Service, below standard.

Entrees is what they seem to do decently. Mains (octopus, was tough; lamb shoulder, dry even though fatty) have definitely had better. Service was incredibly poor, left before final drinks and waiting to be given the desert menu as we waited 15/20min. Staff seem quick to want to clear your table but not quick to wait and take orders/ top up water/ offer more drinks etc etc $250 would of been more enjoyed at Opa.

The Greek club restaurant was great caught up with my cousins. The food was awesome. Very authentic Greek flavours. We had Greek wines and beers. They have chefs from Greece. Generous servings beautifully presented. We ordered calamari, fish , lamb (baked for 16 hours), Greek salads and fried haloumi served with pomegranate all delicious. Great service too!

Great dining experience as always however, busier & much noisier than usual today!!! We usually like a table on the verandah, however, had to move to a table indoors due to noise from other diners. Perhaps another day through the week will be less noisy. We will be back again though. Thank you.

Enjoyed a corporate function for State of Origin. Food and service was exceptional and staff very attentive.

Great location with free rooftop parking. Super friendly service, beautiful river view. One of our party was vegan and they were very helpful.

Just amazing! Definitely recommend the platter of starters. Delicious Dolmades, warm olives and a drip of dips alongside halloumi and pita bread. The best part was by far the lamb which is a must paired with a beetroot and spinach salad + crispy chat potatoes.

Wonderful venue for events with excellent food options!

Great venues for wedding reception or any other function and downstairs is a great place to have a $30pp express banquet for lunch & a $60 banquet for dinner & Sunday lunch + full a la carte menu of banquet is not your thing. All the dishes is designed as a share plate. Food will be serve as it come. Great cocktails menu too.

Avoid the banquet at all cost Really not worth it, trust me when you see this, I wish someone had warned me before this. But order single dishes would be so much better and cheaper. Service was shocking. We got to restaurant at 6:25pm, ordered banquet for 4 and drinks, 3 courses comes out so fast that literally 1 min apart, we thought it was going to be quick meal .at 8:20 we still waiting for our mains. We were drinking but still 1hr20mins to wait in between meals is shocking..during these we had ask waiter/Waitresses 4 time where our meals was. Everytime we got the answer is coming. Eventually meal came, its all pre cooked meal didnt understand why it took so long. Also they tried to charge us extra for some peta bread and dips..I can not believe it, the serve they give us was so small!!!!! for the price you charge, its really not worth it..been too so many greek places and this is the worst one I have been to.

Last night was our second experience at Restaurant Nostimo and can say that our experience on both occasions has been nothing short of excellent. From the booking, to the welcome, the service, and the food (Oh so delicious!). Thank you team for your wonderful service and beautiful food. We will be returning and highly recommend to anyone.

Lunch today was the lunch banquet for 2 ($30 per person) at the Greek Club restaurant and it was absolutely sensational and more than enough food for us. I can’t remember or pronounce some of the 5 or 6 share dishes we had , but I know one thing I’ll be back to try everything on the menu. The staff are great , very attentive but not intrusive and the coffee and desert (Greek custard slice) was delicious. My new favourite place to eat.

Fabulous food and great service! We had saganaki with honey peppered figs and walnuts, moussaka and lamb skaras. Well worth visiting and the waitress Frantabulous just added to the experience.
