Absolutely disgusting food. Worst Chinese food I have ever tasted, in fact, it would be an insult to even label this Chinese food. Beef and chicken were tough and dry. Noodles had a slimy texture. Fried rice was hard and flavourless. Deep fried food was over cooked. Food overall was yuck. The interior of the restaurant was outdated, plates and utensils were dirty, mould on the ceiling. Drinks were cheap home brand varieties. Dessert bar was unappealing. They barely get a star because there was icecream, but the cones were stale. Should’ve known we were in for a bad trip when there weren’t any Asians dining here. We paid $24 per person for the worst buffet dinner ever. Don’t waste your money here unless you want to experience the worst buffet in all of Brisbane. We didn’t even stay for longer than 30 minutes and ended up getting Maccas on the way home.

I went here last night with my father in law, we thought we'd give it another go after having a bad experience with them one other year. Really hoping they had changed, gotten better, because they are very local to us. But sadly no. We were just very disappointed with the overall taste. I'm not a good cook, but it wouldn't take much effort for me to make something much better at home. We thought giving it a 2nd after 5 or so years and it might have been better. We won't be back now until someone hopefully takes over this business. It's in a nice prime spot, so it feels like such a disservice to the community. Please do better, we felt very ripped off.

I came in with pretty low expectations, but still was disappointed. The staff are absolutely lovely. However the food is verging on inedible. The salt content is ridiculously high. Nothing has an Asian flavour to it at all. Plus a third of the options available are deep fried American style foods. The best part of the meal was the ice cream at the end, which is bulla branded and in vast supply, and the watermelon was absolutely incredible. So fresh and crispy - best I've had in years! We absolutely will not be returning.

What an amazing time my family had here for my birthday. All you can eat, food constantly being topped up at buffet with fresh food and the kids enjoying the ice cream buffet also. Birthdays you eat free and also was given a rose 🌹 as a gift. The staff where supper helpful and friendly. And toilet located at back of building, ask for key πŸ”‘

Lovely lady greeted us for a buffet all you can eat. People were there early so food was missing in many dishes. It was replenished. Plenty of dishes to choose from. I think there would have been about 20 different dishes in the 'bay marine." There was also ice cream for dessert in the price and tea and coffee. Water needed to be cool not room temperature. Senior discount applies. Found the music was too loud. Very plain surroundings. Would visit again as value for money was definitely evident.

This buffet restaurant was one of the best places around. So sad to see it completely burnt down! I really hope the owners can rebuild from this and become bigger and better.

It burnt down in an arson attack on a neighbouring shop. I hope the owners are able to rebuild.

Tried it because it's local. Probably the worst Chinese food I have ever eaten. We selected a few dishes from the buffet for takeaway. There was barely any meat in the some of dishes. The pork was incredibly dry. Nearly like eating cardboard. The only positive thing I have to say is the lady at the counter was very friendly.

Looks a bit run down from the outside and isn't the nicest in terms of looks inside but don't let that fool you. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and the food is great. A good selection with something that suited the kids and the adults. Even deserts and tea or coffee! Plus, eat free on your birthday. Don't judge from the outside, it's definitely worth the visit.

Let me start by saying the service is great. Every time my family has gone here, they have said that the servers were very outwardly friendly and attentive. There is also great value for money. The food -however- is nothing to write about. Bland fried rice, soggy sweet-and-sour pork, and many of the other dishes are just okay.

Affordable, Delicious, Approachable Staff. Excellence. These are the first words that come to mind after my experience in this fine establishment. I cannot recommend this place anymore highly to friends & family. This is definitely worth the visit and enjoy the DELIGHTFUL FOOD.

Great food Great service and lovely owner putting in work for their business. She had helped an elderly woman with a coffee and did her best to provide what was needed

The price has almost doubled in the packs and the quality of food that you use to get is gone. Some of the key ingredients I'm sure have been substituted and are lacking in taste.
