A great place to satisfy your desire for Asian food. Whether it is Japanese, Korean or Chinese..... it's all delicious. The only problem was there was no Okonomiyaki 😭

Food is great! Heaps of options to choose from. I like the food served in a sizzling plate. Pork belly is not very soft and you need extra effort to cut it in half using their disposable utensils. A bit too much gravy, I think they can put it in a separate small disposable cup and let the diners fill the food to their liking. Average customer service. The price is within the range of a good meal per person. Love to eat again and try their other food in the menu.

This food court within a food court specialises in Asian food. This meal was from Rice Town. So impressed. It comes out sizzling making a statement The veggies are crispy, the sweet spicy sauce hits the spot, and the tofu is sheer perfection. What can I say? I'm a fan ❤️

When you walk through the winding streets, the stunning Eastern-inspired aesthetic really pulls you in and makes you forget you're inside a shopping complex. There's a lot of 8 Streets around, but this one is packed with way more variety and eats - well worth a try if you're fiending for some Asian cuisine!

We dined twice in the area. While the food was nice (see my reviews to specific shops) I have to point out that without a false ceiling the dining area is exposed to dust accumulated in the air-conditioning ducts and pipes above. I became aware of this when I witnessed a piece of dust 'tissue' slowly landing near our table (near Lemak). I looked up and realized it was a tiny piece broken off from a patch still up there, dangling with breezes. I suggest the management to regularly clean the above spots or simply put a false ceiling there.

Great place for Asian food, Just need to look for the right item. The food here is absolutely amazing. It's often busy there, great atmosphere with people everywhere. Staff are always friendly no matter where you go. Instead of going hungry Jack's, KFC or Maccas this is place provides good portioned food for the same price

Food here is usually great. But after today probably won’t return. One meal came with the wrong sauce. Asked just for it to be remade was told to just add chilli oil and it’s the right sauce. If was not I had already added chilli oil… very disappointing.

While visiting Brisbane, We went to 8 Street Garden City. We loved the concept of all the different asian cuisines available. I settled on flat rice noodles, and they were amazing. fresh and tasty. We tried the Korean fried chicken and Japanese pancake and meetballs. Finishing with a phillippino Halohalo. Definitely recommend it to try. We did go on a Tuesday at around 11:30am so it wasn't very busy, but It is really packed on weekends. So its a good idea to plan.

For Asian food, with variety tastes from many nations... 8 Street is the way to go for fast food style meals. Today was a taste from the Philippines 🇵🇭.. halo halo was good 😁

Best food in all of Brisbane. Absolutely delicious and reasonable priced at ~$15-20/meal. I would definitely recommend the sweet and sour pork.

A wide variety of different Asian cuisines, but each restaurant's food quality varies quite a lot.

Cute little hawker style alleyway with a variety of asian stalls selling "fast food" versions of meals. Many of the stalls aren't serving "restaurant" or even cafe quality food, but I suppose it's good enough for a quick bite. Although the website states that 8 street closes at 8pm on weekdays, it's more like 6.30-7pm. I went on a Wednesday evening and most of the stalls were closed by 6.45... only 2 stayed open until after 7.30pm which was disappointing. Most stores also don't have signs to say whether or not they're open or closed either so it was a matter of going stall to stall, trying to get the attention of staff that were busy at the back to ask them whether or not they were still accepting orders. If you're wanting tasty and delicious asian food, skip 8 street and head to just about anywhere in sunnybank. If you're at Garden City, strapped for time, and just wanting a very basic, cheap "asian-ish" feed then yeah... give it a go... but don't get your hopes up.

We thought this was one restaurant, but we were transformed to Asia, 8th street! The “street” was full of Chinese, Thai, Korean, bubble tea, etc. Not much English, and lots of Asians, so you know it’s good. We LOVED the food, and he service, and atmosphere.

It's like a city within Garden City. This place carefully designed to give impression of the street of Tokyo or Hong Kong or any other Asian city. It has many shops offering various range of Asian food. The place can be more cleaned as its always loaded with people.

Some tenants here like Very Thai and the dumpling store should be kicked out for their terrible reviews on food and service. The cleaning staff are always eager to kick out everyone before the official closing times.

Bad first impression, just waited 45mins for an small ice cream and the thinnest, tasteless waffle 🧇 I have ever had. Never again 😤👎

Very authentic Asian food court experience with the different hawker stalls and traditional decor though seats could be a bit less cramped, a bit hard to walk around though I guess it adds to the authenticity. Nice selection of different Asian cuisines

Amazing range of choices in Asian cuisine, delicious dumplings and Mongolian chicken, loads of vegetarian options. Plenty of seating and a neat little bar tucked in the corner.

Plenty of great food and drink choices here. Good vibe. Walkways are a bit tight but just enough to push a pram around in.
