I rarely give 1 star. First time in a long time I felt I wasted my money. Will not recommend at all. Food: Tasteless. Spicy chicken wings were not spicy and lacked salt. Driest coleslaw I have ever had. Service: Never been anywhere so inflexible. Staff are rude. I asked for gloved (which is common in all Korean fried chicken places) and lady pointed me at the sink to go and wash my hands instead. One male staff is so stuck up, while I was queuing to wash my hands, he just shoulder bumped me and walked away. Worst experience and worst food I have had in a long time. Wonder why they have zero tolerance signs up!

Food was delicious, very fast service. To the lady @juan Juan that complained about the hair on the chicken - just take the hair off the chicken like your dad said to you..if you didn't like the hair you could of complain nicely to the staff, no need to be rude to them. I wish you all the best!

We ordered on the phone 2 chicken and cheese fries and two melted cheese and a blue cheese as a pick up. Collected and went home, open the meal pick up a piece of chicken and a hair is on the fries pulled out a long hair. Called the store said I have a complaint about your food and the response was "excuse me" I told them and the reply to me was sorry and have a good night.

Visited here at 6.30pm Saturday. We just went in, no waiting and all orders were served really fast. Some watery sauce dripped from the chicken tray and made the table, chair and floor messy and sticky. The waitress said sorry but I had to wipe it all down. But we still enjoyed our dinner, just want to let them know so they can solve the problem.

I have ordered from here a couple of times and it seems as if they sometimes give chicken reheated from the night before that hasn’t sold or been eaten on their all you can eat menu. Today we experienced the same thing when we ordered their crispy chicken wings and the batter was mixed with other flavours and the chicken tasted OLD! The food was stale and disgusting. Someone needs to send a health/food safety inspector…

Food was great as always. Service however was terrible. I called 3 times to advise I was running late for my booking and no one answered the phone. I arrived 12 minutes late for my booking and they had packed up the exterior seating. The greeter told us we were late and had to sit inside now. I explained I had called and wanted to sit outside as inside was busy and loud, plus this is what we had already booked for. Once seated we were not given menus and did not have our order taken despite this happening for two more people who arrived after us. We ordered the buffet and the second set of wings we ordered was the last we heard from the staff. No one came outside or bothered to to speak with us after being there for only 20 minutes. We left shortly after that as it was clear we were no longer being served. I have been coming to Seol Bistro for almost 6 years and can't recommend the food enough, however the staff and service has been going downhill for the last few years.

If your looking for decent service, unlimited wings, a choice of sides and endless pours of tea for 1.5hours this is the place to be. There lots of flavours to choose from for the chicken buffet. My experience was that the chicken isn't great. It's fried chicken, a KOREAN fried chicken house. The batter was soft, at times it wasn't even there. I was disappointed tbh. It was excessively greasy. I know... it's fried but it tasted like it was soaked in oil after being fried. Very different to other Korean fried spots like Momo. It is busy, people love it. Not for me.

I just loved it! I ordered Spicy tender and Buttermilk tender and they were awesome. The spicy wasn't exactly spicy. On top of that I had Pink Lychee Lemonade. It was fresh and tasty. Getting nearby parking is a bit tricky but I was lucky. It was Sunday noon and it was not very busy. No queue for me and got my order served in 15 min. I will surely visit again!!

I love how they’re not stingy with the flavouring on the chicken, especially the soy 😋 Generously seasoned fries, toasted to perfection garlic bread and the sweet tea goes down nicely. Some of the staff smile, some don’t.. Overall, yumminess though.

Seoul Bistro is the best chicken place in Brisbane hands down. Their wide variety of flavours is good. Their buffet price is competitive and good bang for your buck! We all know their buffet is good, however what about their own menu items? My missus and I tried their kaarage chicken rice bowl and my missus got their chicken skin. My rice bowl was okay. The rice felt gluggy. Thats the only con I guess. People have different rice preference and I grew up with fluffy steamed rice at home. They had good amount of chicken for $14.90. The food came out quick too. The chicken skins are best fresh. It does get soggy quickly though. The chips are good, stock standard. The blue cheese sauce is divine, a must try! Our drinks came out 15mins later when we were nearly done. Service is a hit or miss depending on how busy they are. They do their best though!

Fast service, fresh and really tasty. Highly recommend the wings, tenders and Katsu Curry! The charcoal burger was excellent and the chicken in it was perfect.

Very quick service, polite staff. I loved the crunchiness of the wings, but they either got my order wrong or "buffalo" and "hot n spicy" mean a completely different thing to what you expect. The Katsu was nice, but it had a certain spice that I didn't like. Still cannot place it, but was very bold. The fries were very nice and perfectly cooked.

Visited for dinner from near the sunshine coast. I feel the value for money is great for the all you can eat wings. The wings were very fresh each time, we didn't enjoy the Sour cream and chives as the Sour cream was hot. Very friendly service.

The food there is not authentic Korean cuisine but rather a Korean version of KFC. The fried chicken wings were overcooked and very hard to chew. The Karage chicken dish was awful. Shockingly, they don't even know how to cook steamed rice properly, as the texture was like thick glue. The environment feels more like a canteen than a restaurant. All in all, I would not recommend it. Don't waste your money. See the pics attached.

My son and husband liked the food. I ordered buffalo japa burger and found it very sweet instead of like buffalo flavour. We ordered a serve of tenders and 2 serves of gyoza's for my 7 year old and my husband ordered the buffet wings. He got his first serve before us and then he was waiting for his second serve way after we were all finished eating. My 2 and half year old starting eating my husband's chips as other meals had not arrived yet and the waitress was quick to get to us and complain that he can't share the buffet🙄 (I told her he is 2 and a bit and are you serious...left without a word..no apologies nothing) Our drinks arrived after we were done with our meals and that to after requesting it twice. I understanding not sharing but if every person on the table had ordered a full meal including kids it shouldn't be a problem if you tried a wing from a buffet. I didn't enjoy my burger and didn't try the wings that my husband liked as it wasn't allowed. Will I go again don't think so. Had I tried a wing and liked it may be...

I've been here a few times now and one of the things that I love about Seoul Bistro is their consistency. Their all you can eat chicken wings is always SO MUCH FOOD. It's definitely worth the money. I also really love the ice tea. The crispy chicken skins are my favourite side dish, they're very crispy but they do come in a sauce that slowly softens them. I haven't really had any of the other menu items. The service is normally alright. Not always the fastest but they are always busy so you can understand if it sometimes takes a little longer. All in all if you like chicken wings (Honey Wasabi is my favourite) and Ice Tea then you'll love Seoul Bistro.

Had the honey soy chicken burger and it was very tasty in my opinion. I will have to try a double next time :) The only thing for me that stopped me from giving a 5 star was the chips, it wasn't crispy enough or at least fresh. Friendly staff though. I'll give the place another try soon.

Food is amazing and consistently fresh even during busy hours. Tried the all-you-can-eat buffet where you choose up to three sauces each round (unlimited number of rounds within a time limit). The atmosphere is casual, good hangout area and is located near some schools so students commonly frequent the store. Service is great, can take a bit during busy hours though. Staff are always helpful, efficient and friendly.

I love the fried chicken here! One time we went and tried the boneless chickens and it wasn’t crunchy but every other time I’ve been it’s been good. There’s a good variety of flavours and we like the shoestring fries too. They do a fried chicken buffet but I’m not sure my stomach can handle that 😂

First time here, the place was absolutely packed and busy but the staff were attentive and quick with service despite this. The food was good although the bun on my burger looked a bit squashed, the fact its a thigh burger and not breast meat made it moist and tasty. The katsu was OK and tenders were slightly dry but all round, it was quite good. Will go again and try the all you can eat wings next time and will edit this review to update 🙂👍 25/2/23

We’ve visited this spot many times in the past 2 years and they have improved a lot! The staff are very friendly and attentive. I’m pretty sure there are now 11 flavours to choose from in the chicken buffet option with the latest one being BBQ & Cheese (tastes like a McDonalds cheeseburger😂)

Gotta say that i am disappointed, i was there yesterday and stood out the front waiting to be seated for a good ten minutes it wasn't even busy, once inside i then waited a further 20 minutes to be served, again not busy, not. Impressed with the level of service, seoul bistro used to be very efficient but now its gone down the toilet, i will not be returning to give the restaurant any more of my money, sincerely a former regular customer

My fiancé and I came today for lunch. The staff were all over the place, uninformative and not very friendly. This place is way too over priced with their over sauced chicken wings that all taste the same - sweet, not one flavour was spicy. Paid $21.90pp and we had leftover chicken and were informed when we were paying that we can’t take away any chicken unless we fork out a further $1 per piece of chicken. Definitely will not be coming back. If anyone wants decent chicken that’s reasonably priced and doesn’t have hidden terms go to little momo’s or even Pizza Hut.

Wow! The price is amazing. Tasty chicken wings. Great cheap price. $21.90 for 4 different flavoured 3x wings. Unlimited chips, drink, with garlic bread. Quick and friendly service. Highly recommend.

Been here a few times and noticed prices have gone up a bit but this place definitely has one of the best flavourings for their fried chicken. Service is a bit slow and the chips were stale and cold which was disappointing. The garlic bread is enjoyable tho Update: kaarage bowl was average, chicken and rice was a bit ok the dry side.

this is Alycia here, I am a huge Asian food fans, i like the foods drinks dessert, any food that can put in my mouth. i would give it a try. we were having a birthday dinner there. Actual chicken is super juicy, with good choices of sides. Honey soy one of my favourite fried and chicken buffet a pretty new and stylishly idea, Great wings, great burgers, great lemon ice tea, excellent staff even if you only go once it is well worth the $21.90 great value of money. Highly suggest reservations as this place gets full easily during peak times. Perfect place for a big group of ppls, What an amazing restaurant.

Great value, $22 all you can eat chicken wings, fries and ice tea. The original is fantastic. Very light and crispy batter, perfectly fried. Normal individual foods available as well, like karage chicken. Highly recommended. 5/5

We traveled from the North side after hearing great things about Seoul Bistro, in particular the wings. Firstly, the food is great. Full of flavour and well cooked. The chicken was moist with crispy skin. The service was a bit slow, even with a reservation and arriving on time we had to wait out the front about 10 minutes. The main reason for dropping a couple of stars was the overall service - not bad, just not very good either. My teenage son hasn't stopped joking about the waitress who growled at him when he asked if he could share the iced tea as well (he didn't order the buffet wings). Oh and the garlic bread should just be dropped off the menu completely - it's embarrassing.

  • 2/5 N K. 3 years ago on Google
We ordered fried chicken wings and chips for two people for dinner. We expected wings would be succulent and chips would be crunchy but instead they were tough and soggy which was indication of not a freshly prepared meal. We have had similar style of Korean chicken at other places for many times but none of them was like this quality.

So delicious, plenty of sauce options for flavours, highly recommend the buffalo sauce! The JAPA burger was also flavoursome and cooked to perfection. Chicken was moist, mouth-watering crunchy coating accompanied by fresh lettuce, tomato and mayo. Buns were soft and lightly toasted. Looking forward to trying the other burgers and rice dishes on the menu. Excellent customer service, staff are accommodating and cater to all your needs. I would highly recommend Seoul Bistro for your fried chicken cravings. Better than the K Fried Chicken American corporation we are all so familiar with. 5/5 stars.

This is my all time fave Korean Fried Chicken place. The chicken is amazing and good value for money. I highly recommend the Buffet for only $21.90 and you get unlimited chicken (9 different flavours to choose from), fries, garlic bread and lemon ice tea! This time we ordered their chicken skin with honey soy sauce (SO GOOD!) and the boneless chicken in honey soy & Thai sweet chilli flavour. 10/10 flavour and staff are awesome!

I've been here about 5 times. Most of the times have been great, inside is very loud and packed so I suggest sitting outside. My latest visit entailed me sitting under an iPad the waiters used for customer orders and the opposite person to me was seated directly next to the door into the kitchen. The seating was uncomfortable and I felt like I was annoying everyone by sitting there. Table should not have been there, I would of preferred to of waited longer than the 15 minutes I already waited for a table. Food was also clearly rushed and subpar to their usual. Staff seem to get flustered with the amount of people. I think the quality is definitely suffering at the expense of packing as many people in as humanly possible. Haven't been back since as I'm not too keen on travelling half an hour to deal with the above anymore.

SB vs Kai Kai. I still prefer SB! Love love love the honey wasabi flavour KFC. All the others are really good too. The chicken is a nice mid-size, crispy enough on the outside (though coated with sauce) and juicy on the inside. The lunch specials are great value!

Kingsfood Chinese Restaurant is the ABSOLUTE BEST place in Brisbane to go to for the ABSOLUTE BEST Chinese food- their meals are consistently 10 out of 10 .... I will happily; and HAVE done so; drive the 75/80 mins round trip drive from my home, to pick up a takeaway order, to take home for dinner if we've decided not to go out for dinner but want great Chinese takeaway- THAT'S HOW GOOD THEIR FOOD IS!!! Kingsfood has ruined all other local Chinese Restaurants for us .... 😄😊☺ .... seriously the best Chinese food to be bought in Brisbane ....

We have eaten in this restaurant a thousand times. The service and food have always been amazing but last night I had the worst meal I've ever had from here and it looked nothing like the photo. The photo had lots of seafood and meat but the one I had only had two bits of each. When I confronted the person at the till I was told to come back to speak with the manager. I've recommended this restaurant so manytimes too and it's such a shame to pay 15.50 and get slob not food.

In my experience of Taiwanese food, there exists a spectrum of how salty Taiwanese people like their food, from no added salt (more 清單) to quite salty with stronger flavours (愛吃鹹/味道重的). Kingsfood's dishes definitely lie on the saltier end of the spectrum, which is definitely how I grew up and like eating Taiwanese food. Just a heads up though for you who don't eat like this. I have been to Kingsfood multiple times over the past decade (or two) and their food always reminds of me of what I can expect of homestyle restaurant cooking in Taiwan. The flavours are strong and delicious, and the portion sizes are very generous for the prices. Some of my personal favourite dishes involve their stewed pork, and I can never go past their fried tofu dish. As an added plus, you can also purchase some bubble tea or wintermelon tea (among other options) to increase the Taiwanese authenticity of your meal. The restaurant is quite busy, and sometimes you may need to wait awhile to be seated. Overall, definitely a place to try! P.S. I understand some people may not be so appreciative of the restaurant setout and feel the restaurant may be slightly less clean than it should be, but honestly for me this is what makes the experience mimic what you would get in many places in Taiwan 🤣. I have however only rated 4/5 stars to try remain objective regarding this in providing a review.

Nothing beats the Seschwan Chicken from Kingsfood. We’ve been coming to this joint for the past 5 years and make sure to visit every time we’re in Sunnybank.

This Taiwanese-style restaurant is quite good. Has an very diverse range of food options and the menu has a photo of basically every item of food. We ordered the OX style seafood fried rice and was one of the best restaurant-ordered fried rices I've had in a long time. As well, the portion sizes were generous and the taro bubble tea was quite good. What's holding me back from giving 5 stars? The cleanliness of the tables and overall ambience of the restaurant, as it felt a bit dirty and outdated. Despite that, I would highly recommend visiting Kingsfood Sunnybank based on the quality of the food. We will try the Kingsfood CBD to see how it compares with this location.

Would recommend for a casual catch up dinner! Chicken wings are always very yummy, Tash and fresh here. Service is also great but if only the seating is comfortable to sit and enjoy a meal. Also very glad that the chips were changed. The thin cut ones were not it.

First time here, and for new years day birthday celebration. Staff were very welcoming, and friendly. Helped us understand the buffet menu. It's a table order service, so they come take your order. All the staff are super attentive, and checked in once they could see we were nearly done with certain items, and would take our order again. The buffet menu has garlic bread, chicken with many flavours, ice tea and fries. The chicken was delicious we had crispy fried, honey soy and Smokey bbq. The family really enjoyed the food. The restaurant itself has plenty of seating, very well ventilated with air con, tvs playing K pop music videos, it was clean, tidy. They also have outdoor seating too. It's a great place. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back here again, for more family celebrations.

😠 Food & Cocktails were absolutely amazing, however, the lack of service forgetting a soft drink for one of the children at our table, and then forgetting a burger for one of the adults, is unforgivable. When the wait staff told the chef that a burger was missing, he shrugged his shoulders and contin...
