The food was quite nice however, after both visits I have been to this joint, my wife and I have left feeling like I’m burdening the worker just for ordering food. There is more to the job than simply serving food if you are working in hospitality, it’s not hard to treat people with decency and common manners. Hopefully this behaviour can be rectified as it will definitely steer people to other places to eat.

The food is alright but the amount of meat that goes into the burritos is laughable. They load the burritos with rice and other carbs but the meat is more of a light spread. $10+ for that is far too much for being considered a chain restaurant. I'll still go there from time to time because there's nothing Mexican in my area but I feel ripped off every time I go. Put a little more meat and you'll see me more frequently. I don't want to pay for the extra meat because that's too expensive as well and two light spread or meat is nothing so I just go with the flavor of the small one.

Regularly visit here to takeaway dinner as the food is quite nice. Have good service from the chap in the black hat but tonight was otherwise... Customer service from the blonde girl was awful 4/5/22 at 1800. Slamming and throwing things when I requested to toast my burritos stating “it’s already toasted”. Made me feel like a burden although it’s a job she’s voluntary applied for and is paid to do. Customer service obviously needs to be looked at as this has been mentioned before.

A man called will gave me free food in secret, This place let me steal food also! NOt only that but the man also gave me all the money in the cash register

Absolutely love Zambrero, and 99% of the staff here are wonderful and helpful. However 1 woman, who i presume is a manager or leader, has been rude to us on multiple occasions. Makes us feel like we are a burden when we ask for any amendments of the “standard” order. She is rude to other staff also, which really brings down the atmosphere.

As costumer and uber driver I can say is one of the worst costumers services on the Gold coast unprofessional staff and rude they didn't even say hi to me and make me wait in the long line when they have the food ready is just one step away if you want a good atmosphere and better costumer service please don't go inside this restaurant this was on the 6/12/2022 I hope they improve

Bro I just wanted to get some zambrero after actually finishing my hospo job early and was keen not to be limited to maccas. But I get here before 830, even though it says it shuts at 9- only for the staff to be standing at the counter with the doors shut, closed early.

The staff was very friendly and the quantity of food per price is good compared to other franchisees. The food is good also 😋.

Today I had the best burrito I've ever had and probably ever will .. delivery by menu log like speedy Gonzales. The flavours and sauce was never ending until the last bite.. omg I'm ordering another for breakfast!

For some reason the serving size at this location is ridiculously small for a regular sized burrito bowl? I was shocked when the fella who charged me proceeded to fill only the corner of my burrito bowl…. When I asked why the entire container wasn’t being filled he said it was the standard filling size? What?

Got served by girl named Abbie absolutely disgusting never coming back here. Food was an absolute mess when I unwrapped it, when watching her wrap it she looked like she had no blue how to wrap a burrito. BARELY ANY MEAT OR RICE OR BEAN FULL OF JUST BLOODY LETTUCE. Use to love this place and their service now they just look disappointed as soon as you walk through the door. rip off lol didn’t even wanna finish my food it was that much of MESS!

I’ve gotta do a massive shout out to Kaitlyn absolute angel she is! She was completely understanding when I brought a bowl back in after my son with autism wanted me to order his food by himself while I waited in the car for him bless him he got anxious and mixed up his order I brought it back in and asked if they were able to scrape the toppings etc off and bless Kaitlyn and her cotton socks she offered to make the bowl again for my son ♥️ thank you so much Kaitlyn you are honestly an absolute sweetheart ♥️

Worse experience here the tall lady was so snobby, put a tea spoon of meat and rice on then loaded it with 3 hand fulls of lettuce I maswell of bought a lettuce and ate it straight. Another 3 times I got my barito and it wasn't even wrapped up my hole thing fell apart before I could even put it in my mouth. Tesch your worker's!

Brought my parents here for their first Zambreros experience and it did not disappoint. Courtney was very helpful in explaining all the different ingredients and options, and did an incredible job managing us and the uber orders she had coming in. A big thank you to Courtney for creating a friendly and warm environment. We will definitely be back.

Went in to get a burrito bowl, asked for no rice then the lady asked if I would like some extra chicken as I am not getting rice, I said yeah sure! Thinking that she was being nice, then proceeds to charge me and extra $4 for the tiny extra bit of chicken, not even a full scoop. Scam 😡

Nice food but severely overpriced for what you receive. Especially if you don’t feel like having much salad it does feel like you get ripped off. One of the more expensive fast food for sure. Would be great if they did deal dinner packages to make it more affordable for family feeding.

Have been coming here regularly for more than a year. Food is always consistently great, staff are super friendly (some even remember my order). I love that they pack on the ingredients in vegan burritos. Always clean and quick!
