This
restaurant
offers
a
fusion
East
meets
West
experience
with
the
bulk
majority
of
the
dishes
being
from
Chinese
cuisine.
We
ordered
the
white
chicken
and
lamb
skewers
to
start
off
with,
followed
by
the
chow
mein
noodle
with
cabbage,
roast
duck,
char
siu
pork
neck
and
some
drinks.
The
white
chicken
was
very
succulent
and
flavoursome,
cooked
to
perfection.
The
lamb
on
the
other
hand
was
a
bit
of
a
let
down
as
it
was
quite
salty
and
a
little
dry.
The
chow
mein
with
fungi
was
also
a
tad
bit
too
salty
for
my
liking
although
the
portion
sizes
were
generous.
Roast
duck
was
very
nice.
The
skin
of
the
duck
was
very
crisp
while
the
duck
meat
was
tender
and
succulent.
It
was
difficult
to
fault
the
duck.
The
cha
siu
pork
neck
was
also
a
bit
of
a
let
down
as
pork
neck
is
usually
very
soft
and
tender.
The
pork
neck
actually
tasted
like
usual
cha
siu
cooked
in
Chinese
restaurants
but
it
was
a
tad
bit
dry.
The
honey
coating
may
have
caused
the
outer
layer
of
the
cha
siu
to
be
slightly
burnt
when
cooked.
There
weren't
many
dessert
options
to
choose
from
in
the
menu.
I
decided
to
order
their
special
or
the
night,
which
was
an
expresso
soft
serve.
In
my
opinion,
the
flavour
wasn't
strong
enough
but
the
soft
serve
was
was
quite
smooth.
Service
was
awesome.
Staff
were
very
friendly
and
polite.
Atmosphere
was
also
great.
The
open
kitchen
plan
allows
for
guests
and
patrons
to
look
in
to
see
how
food
was
made.
The
restaurant
definitely
pitches
towards
the
high
end
Chinese
fusion
dining
experience.
Presentation
was
good
and
ingredients
were
fresh.
My
personal
preference
though
is
authentic
Chinese
food.
The
dishes
are
on
the
pricey
side
for
Chinese
food.
If
you
are
into
fushiok
Asian
food,
give
this
restaurant
a
try.
