Took my daughter and granddaughter there the weekend. The staff were very nice and helpful. However the under 5 area needs to be monitored!! Parents need to keep there big kids out. Next time I will tell the kids myself Too many big kids in there running havoc having no consideration for the babies. The ball pit needs more balls!!!!! They had a few staff on but so many birthdays happening so that had to be first priority!!! Meaning tables could not be cleared and rubbish bins left full for hours. There was a incident with the ride on car!! The back wheels come of which caused an accident with a little girl. No good. Althou my babies enjoyed there time hopefully things can change before we go there again

Great place for kids to play and for adults to relax a bit. Safe clean and well maintained, staff are friendly and happy. I have read other reviews saying food is expensive, but I didn't find too bad. Food was very tasty and came out fast. Kids had a blast!

Toddler area needs a serious update and clean. Lots of broken toys, patchy safety netting and hazards that are definitely not safe for little ones. Although my little one had a great time, we won't be returning until they've had a refresh.

What a place! Definitely one venue the kids love. It's great for burning their energy levels. Wide range or food, snacks and drinks available. They do parties and private function. Pricing is ok, could be better and entice more customers, at the end of the day, the less I spend on entry the more I'm spending on snacks and drinks.

Beautiful indoor playground and nice activities ,and so kids can have fun.My children love the Pirate Ship. Great staffs whenever we have visited. Nice food and nice environments,definitely recommend it to everyone ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Advertised on the website and on shop window and walls to be opened until 5pm. We get there at 3.30 pm to be told we can't play after 4.30pm. The kitchen cafe also closed at 4 pm. The playground is okay but not great. Staff also did not have the best service they were moody and not very attentive.

Team were all super helpful to this dad flying solo trying to organise and run a birthday party for 20+ kids - I don't envy them having to clean up after all this!

Fun play centre in underwood, great value if you buy the 10 entry, works out to be $7.90 per entry weekend or not. Only con not much monitoring of kids (by parents).

We visited on a saturday between 10.30am & 2.30pm and our experience was excellent. Our 3 year old loved how there were so many areas suitable for her to play in. The little flying fox and cars were her favourites. We ordered coffee's and were told there would be adleast a 10 min wait which wasn't a problem with us and I was impressed that the staff let us k ow about the delay at time of placing the order. The coffee was delicious. The service we experiences from all staff was excellent, ways friendly and helpful. The playground is well lit up unlike others we have been to in the area. It was very busy with multiple parties going on the whole time we were there. So it was noisy to be expected and not a complaint. The tables were mostly occupied when we arrived at 10.30am. We highly recommend you visit this place it has a toddler area for under 5's which could accommodate pre walkers however 3-5 years olds use this space too so it does get quite hectic from time to time. We were also impressed with the menu, plenty of kid friendly options and the BLT was so good. My toddler loved her honey sandwich and hubby enjoyed his potato wedges!

This place is a shambles. Parents of older children need to monitor them, my child was knocked over more times then I can count .No workers even around to ask for help and no cap on numbers . Not even one table left and they are still letting families in. I spent the whole time carrying my items around as nowhere to even sit! Older children should not be allowed in the toddler area ! Who monitors this ? Disgusting is an understatement .

It was a really great day and my son had an amazing time. We did the classic party package and most of it was good but my main complaint would be that the party room lacked organisation from the staff and there was supposed to be a party host. I was hoping that the party host would engage with the kids and take initiative. I just had 2 young girls who kept asking me when to bring food out, when to bring cake out etc and it was starting to stress me out as I had paid a lot of money expecting that they would organise all this. When the cake came out the kids were all really excited but then they took the cake away and didn't come back for over 10 mins. All the kids got really bored, impatient, lost interest and left the party room. When the cake finally came back out we were asked to leave the party room shortly after. I think for the prices you're asking you should have more fun and engaging hosts who will take charge and hold the childrens attention and actually interact with the kids. They also need to make better use of the 1 hour and make sure there's enough time for cake etc before kicking people out.

Great all weather playground for kids. Toddlers area separate from older children to early teens (depending on child's size).Socks must be worn in play area (available for sale for small children or bring your own) Nice coffee for supervising adults to help drown out the noise lol 😆 😉 Limited cake/slice to go with choice of drink. Cold drinks & hot food for sale as a meal or order separate (Child Menu was under $10 which included drink & dessert). Free use of water 💧 bubbler to fill up those drink bottles keeps excited children hydrated too. Toilets on site. Listen out for 'ringing bell' that means they are starting up the Pirate Ship ride ☠️ 🏴‍☠️

Very happy today for my boy’s birthday party. Ice coffee, juice and chicken nugget are awesome. Staff are very friendly and even helped us to reach the floating balloon with big ladders. My boy and his friends spend a wonderful afternoon here.

Not very clean , my girl got sick after that . No age limit in any areas, older kids ran all over the playground, super unfriendly for toddlers and infants. We wouldn’t go back , and wouldn’t recommend it !

It's pretty good for the kids. It needs a really really good clean in the tunnels and throughout the playground but staff are kind, and $5 on Friday during school hours. Great value

The $15 entry came with a $5 meal voucher. The play area we're large and the kids had a great time. Good value and good play areas

Extremely rude staff member on todays visit. My 2 kids were the only 2 kids in the centre and she seemed adamant to make sure they were having anything but fun! Wouldn’t waste my time or money on this place! Lots of great new centres around. Will never visit again.

This place is pretty ok, quite a few different areas to play in for children... like the mini ball pit, the inflatable slide, jungle gym type levels and they have a pirate ship that runs almost hourly... My almost 6 year old has gone here a few times over the years and I find he is occupied for a good few hours...

Fantastic play area. Hours of fun for all. Cafe really great. My 4 year old wants to come every day. Highly recommend it

Friendly staff and great little centre. Love the $5 after school option, especially on a rainy day! Cafe closes too early on weekdays though. Don’t expect coffee, snacks or hot food after 3:45pm.

Amazing! My child had her 2nd birthday party here and honestly best experience. No stress and they even reserved a table for us in the main area after the official party had concluded so kids could keep playing. There is a toddler play area and the main play area for the bigger kids. Would 100% recommend

We had our daughter’s 3rd birthday here and Lily was our host. Lily was excellent, always around when we needed something and very proactive in offering any assistance. Price is reasonable and kids had a blast. Highly recommend.

We love Lollipop's Playland and are regulars! Great playground for both toddlers and older kids, there is plenty of seating and well priced & tasty food/drinks in their cafe

If I could give no stars I would. Do not recommend the food. Over an hour wait for a couple of kids meals. Kids had fun, but the wait when you have hungry kids wasn't fun.

My son and I like coming to Lollipops every now and then. I would like to fervently apologise to the staff. Today a very minor and unfavorable interaction occurred and I while I was overwhelmed with sadness I mindlessly wrote a bad review of which I had completely regretted and truly had intended to delete once I left the centre with the hope that no one would have a chance to read it. I am so very sorry you had to read such an unpleasant review, it was a poor reflection of your character from a simple miscommunication from my part. Your customer service was very friendly, professional and polite today and I hope with all my being that you can forgive me for being a bully and a fool. Please disregard every single word from the previous review.
