    I attended the Morayfield clinic and was assisted by the lovely Maxine. She was extremely helpful and helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses. I asked her to assist in finding a frame to suit my face and within seconds she had picked up a frame that suited my face perfectly. Maxine made me feel confident and comfortable. She was kind, caring and courteous and made my experience a 5 star rating.

    I've been going to Specsavers for roughly 15 years now. There's no focus on slowing down the degradation of your eyesight or education on caring for your eyes - the focus is to get you to buy glasses or contact lenses. Then once you hit a prescription above 5.0, their service drastically drops. They only have one type of lens with different indexes which don't work for those with higher prescriptions. Expect your appointments with them to discuss issues with your glasses to be mysteriously cancelled or not entered into their system properly. Expect them to keep pushing you back saying that your eyes and brain with adjust to vision irregularities caused by the lens so come back later. They'll even make a new pair of glasses with slight changes but still use their single lens type. Then continue with the same tricks until their 6 months guarantee is over so they can't refund you. It becomes very obvious they don't have your best interest when you're at a prescription over 5.0, so I recommend considering laser eye surgery around that prescription if you can. Our eyesight is too precious to be messed around with for a money making scheme.

    Great service from beginning to end. The optometrist explained exactly what I needed. Amy was amazing. She was patient and helped me choose the right frames. She explained everything to me from the fitting of the frames to the lenses I chose. I was back the next day because I just need the frames adjusted slightly and Amy again was right onto it. She was patient and made sure I was 100% satisfied. Thank you.

    Today after my eyes test I was handed over to Kaine to help select new glasses for me. Kaine was patient, honest and helpful. His personal flare helped me feel at ease for my choices in glasses.

    There is no duty of care at this store, I have since been diagnosed with a bleed in my eye with fluid leaking into my macular which was not picked up when I visited. When I complained that this had been missed, the response was from the manager basically it was my fault for not providing enough information about a problem which I had no idea about as this I believe to be their job to investigate further, as I only said to them it feels like there is something in my eye and it’s blurry they only checked for any foreign bodies and didn’t do any further checks which surely if they couldn’t see anything in my eye they would look further and sent me on my way, luckily I went elsewhere and they did a full examination and identified the serious problem I have.

    Glasses are very good. Process to get them poor. Received a quote but when I went into pay, it seems that you are intent on fleecing me by trying to get me to get all sorts of add ons I didn't want that blew the price to more than double the quoted price. Only when I decided to not go ahead did they find they could meet my quote. I might be a Geriatric but was not willing to pay more than quoted. I am very happy with what got. Garrie Bennett

    One word-WOW! Always friendly and professional, going about and beyond to help. I had broken my specs and the 2 ladies (Amy and Kate) went out of there way to make sure i left with my glasses fixed...and even better, didnt cost me a cent. A lifetime customer to specsavers for this very reason. Anywhere else would have told me they were beyond repair and just try to get more $$$ out of my back pocket. Well done Morayfield Team!

    Kaine was very thoughtful, helpful and patient at your store in Morayfeild. He offered useful advice that suited us at price that we were pleased with. We both ended up with frames we liked. He fixed an issue with transferring our eye charts from another brand store. They were being very obstructive and Kaine phoned on our behalf and did the paperwork which is not his responsibility nor SpecSavers. We thank him for that. He also has a sense of humour which when dealing with us is essential. Please pass on our thanks to him. John Carey and Yvonne Williams

    Requested to just have a prescription test and not the other tests due to seeing an eye specialist twice this year. I want glasses I can actually use. Got a very condescending No, wasted a few hundred dollars last time here for glasses that don’t suit. They’re after money and that’s all

    We have always gone to spec savers but last visit for my husbands glasses was less than disappointing. They normally give us time to look and try on she was very much this one or that one thats it! Very rushed and uncaring so dissatisfied !

    Staff very helpful and friendly .all gave me an easy experience to replace and upgrade my glasses. Hearing test was a bonus and no pressure to purchase hearing aids. Enjoyed experience very much. Thank you for your service.

    Visited the Morayfield store today to purchase some new glasses. Customer service was outstanding. The Optometrist was a lady who i thought went above and beyond getting my vision just right. Caring and very professional. Tahnee was delightful. She had such a helpful attitude. I felt relaxed and fully informed by both the Optometrist and Tahnee. Well done. You both are a credit to your store. Very satisfied customer.

    I always love my visits to Specsavers. This time I ordered my glasses in Queensland and as always the staff at Morayfield Specsavers were helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Because we were travelling south not long after the appointment it was wonderful that I could pick my glasses up in Mt. Gambier in South Australia. Tara who looked after me was equally helpful, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and even cleaned my old glasses and repaired them. there is always a happy and cheerful feel in Specsavers and I always enjoy my visits.

    Bad service Good afternoon, I apologise that I have to give negative feedback but I am feeling a little upset with my experience and wanted to let you know how your staff made me feel this way. To paint a picture I came in on 19.05.23 to have an eye exam & purchase some new glasses after my toddler broke my last pair. I need them for driving. I was very heavily pregnant at the time and after spending what felt like an hour picking out glasses (two for $299) I asked if I could sleep on my decision & come back in the morning. I wasn’t feeling the best that day either. I actually went home and later that day went into labour, giving birth to my son a couple days later (on 22.05.23). I obviously still needed to get my glasses sorted as I need to drive my toddler to her childcare so I asked my partner to go in today (26.05.23) and order the glasses I had picked out earlier and pay etc. He was advised I needed to come in so they could do the testing. He drove home and picked me and my 5 day old son up. When we walked in - we were not greeted. It was extremely busy. If felt like chaos. Staff were all just staring at us behind the tiny counter. We waited patiently and was told “can you come back when it’s less busy”. I asked if I could wait as I had my newborn and really wanted to pay for my glasses and get out of there. I was told that I wouldn’t want to wait in the waiting room with my pram. Which did not make me feel very welcomed. Anyway I chose to wait and send my newborn with his dad to push around the mall and when it was my turn the lady serving me made me feel really uncomfortable, I told her I had just given birth a few days ago and the story above etc. She said “oh no offence but how do you leave your newborn” well, I needed glasses and your staff did not make my newborn feel welcome, so here I am. She said, in terms of price our 2 for $299 promo ended a few days ago so the new price will be $399. I just wanted to cry at this point. I had budgeted $299 and had already picked the glasses out. At this point I said, look if I can’t have these two pairs for $299 then I won’t waste anymore of your time, she had no solutions for me so I said thank you and walked out just feeling so grossly unheard and stressed out by the whole thing.

    The care and explanation given by the optometrist was very good. Kaine then gave me so much help and honest feedback with the important selection of frames. His communication skills are exemplary. Thank you for the all-round high standard of service.

    Went in for a standard consult on Monday was having a pretty bad day was a nervous and anxious wreck, when I was done my consult I needed to pick out frames as per usual after a standard consult, I was left in the hands of kaine, he was such a delight made me feel so much better after my pretty bad day , his warm and welcoming customer service managed to cheer my day up , helping me to pick frames that suited my face and overall made me feel welcomed, if you ever go to specsavers morayfield kaine is a huge go to! Such a gem happy with what morayfield spec savers has to offer !

    I recently bought 2 pairs on new glasses both the optometrist and sales consultant Kaine Stoneham were beyond amazing. I'm a very indecisive person but Kaine went above and beyond to find me the best fit and look. I love them and will recommend Kaine's customer service to anyone willing to listen

    Absolutely disgusted with Morayfield store over my recent purchase after a hour in the store of wanting my glasses sorted out I got a refund and purchased glasses elsewhere they certainly need a new manager in the store when I asked to deal with the manager she told the staff member to tell.me she was busy which I was watching her and she wasnt anyway I will never return to any specsavers store in the future

    Came in with my Elderly parents. Loved the service from both the Optometrists and suprisingly, the younger staff. Very caring attitude, thorough with their explanations. Appreciated your service. When it was time to choose their glasses however, felt very rushed with the couldn't give a F attitude shown by Andrea (I think her name was). Disappointed in her attitude. As she was middle aged, I thought perhaps she would have known how to better treat Elderly people. Although she did lift her game when processing payment etc. Otherwise, an overall good experience.

    The first pair of multi focal glasses I got from spec savers were great nice auto darkening etc The second pair were a shocker I could see a lot more with out them in the distance They only were good for close up specsavers re did the lenses now I can see good for close up 20 too 30 CM and they are OK in the distance but any thing betweýen 30 CM and 1.2 meters is a blure to use my computer I am still use my old glasses very disappointing

    The biggest disappointment about this store is being told that I had only two options to pay for my new glasses being pay in full at time of order or select to access after pay! When I questioned this with the young lady who served me, she said said that Spec Savers had bought an after pay and these were the only options. Is this even legal? This is a huge barrier for most people buying glasses, and talking people into using after pay is double dipping. Shame on you Spec Savers Morayfield.
