afternoon,
I
apologise
that
I
have
to
give
negative
feedback
but
I
am
feeling
a
little
upset
with
my
experience
and
wanted
to
let
you
know
how
your
staff
made
me
feel
this
way.
To
paint
a
picture
I
came
in
on
19.05.23
to
have
an
eye
exam
&
purchase
some
new
glasses
after
my
toddler
broke
my
last
pair.
I
need
them
for
driving.
I
was
very
heavily
pregnant
at
the
time
and
after
spending
what
felt
like
an
hour
picking
out
glasses
(two
for
$299)
I
asked
if
I
could
sleep
on
my
decision
&
come
back
in
the
morning.
I
wasn’t
feeling
the
best
that
day
either.
I
actually
went
home
and
later
that
day
went
into
labour,
giving
birth
to
my
son
a
couple
days
later
(on
22.05.23).
I
obviously
still
needed
to
get
my
glasses
sorted
as
I
need
to
drive
my
toddler
to
her
childcare
so
I
asked
my
partner
to
go
in
today
(26.05.23)
and
order
the
glasses
I
had
picked
out
earlier
and
pay
etc.
He
was
advised
I
needed
to
come
in
so
they
could
do
the
testing.
He
drove
home
and
picked
me
and
my
5
day
old
son
up.
When
we
walked
in
-
we
were
not
greeted.
It
was
extremely
busy.
If
felt
like
chaos.
Staff
were
all
just
staring
at
us
behind
the
tiny
counter.
We
waited
patiently
and
was
told
“can
you
come
back
when
it’s
less
busy”.
I
asked
if
I
could
wait
as
I
had
my
newborn
and
really
wanted
to
pay
for
my
glasses
and
get
out
of
there.
I
was
told
that
I
wouldn’t
want
to
wait
in
the
waiting
room
with
my
pram.
Which
did
not
make
me
feel
very
welcomed.
Anyway
I
chose
to
wait
and
send
my
newborn
with
his
dad
to
push
around
the
mall
and
when
it
was
my
turn
the
lady
serving
me
made
me
feel
really
uncomfortable,
I
told
her
I
had
just
given
birth
a
few
days
ago
and
the
story
above
etc.
She
said
“oh
no
offence
but
how
do
you
leave
your
newborn”
well,
I
needed
glasses
and
your
staff
did
not
make
my
newborn
feel
welcome,
so
here
I
am.
She
said,
in
terms
of
price
our
2
for
$299
promo
ended
a
few
days
ago
so
the
new
price
will
be
$399.
I
just
wanted
to
cry
at
this
point.
I
had
budgeted
$299
and
had
already
picked
the
glasses
out.
At
this
point
I
said,
look
if
I
can’t
have
these
two
pairs
for
$299
then
I
won’t
waste
anymore
of
your
time,
she
had
no
solutions
for
me
so
I
said
thank
you
and
walked
out
just
feeling
so
grossly
unheard
and
stressed
out
by
the
whole
thing.
