Incredible service here! I stopped in to enquire about ring cleaning services to get my engagement ring professionally cleaned for my upcoming wedding. My ring was purchased from a jeweller in Melbourne, but they were so accommodating, inspected my ring immediately and cleaned it complimentary. Took about 10 minutes total and my ring came back shinier than ever! Very very happy and will definitely be back in the future!

Customer service was amazing. I found a ring I loved but wanted to change a few things, they understood what I wanted and definitely delivered. They had my ring ready before it’s due date and I even received a bottle of bubbly on pick up. Staff had a vast knowledge of fine jewellery and offered great advice on diamond selection. We were ring shopping and had traveled pretty much to every jeweler in Brisbane (well, it felt like that). Unfortunately, we couldn't find what we were after, and were utterly exhausted. We stumbled into Anthony's not expecting to buy anything, and met James, who took the time to help out two exhausted and inexperienced jewellery shoppers. James quickly took the time to work out what we wanted, and worked with us to design a ring that was perfect for us. The end result was better than we ever could have expected, as a result of the incredibly craftspersonship, and James' judicious suggestions. As we walked out of Anthony's with our custom rings (we ended up getting all three made there) we both commented to one another that this is going to be the only place we buy jewellery. I needed to have made a bespoke pendent for my partner and with the help of very professional and friendly staff at Indooroopilly it was done. It was hand made in plenty of time for Christmas and the quality of workmanship was excellent. Could not be more satisfied with both service and pendent.

We FINALLY decided to re-do our rings and get an eternity ring made up. Trudy from Anthonys Indooroopilly went over and above. Sourcing the best quality diamonds for what we wanted. My husbands wedding band is so good, I would wear it. Could not recommend more.

I have to say I was truly upset and felt like my confidence was kicked today. I felt like the woman who I spoke to today was very passive aggressive, and while I’m not the most confident of people. I felt like I was wasting this woman’s time I was more than willing to spent today. But her manner and tone was truly awful. It’s sad because the jewellery is lovely, but I will be spending my money elsewhere .

I love the store, and Trudy's staff are so professional and friendly. l ordered a custom made art deco ring which fitted so well and is an extraordinary peice to wear. Everybody comments on this ring everytime l wear it. There is such a beautiful display of jewellery in the store, or you can order something individual and custom made which l highly recommend. The staff are very knowledgeable and welcoming, and give expert advice regarding their products. This is a really special jewellery store, not your run of the mill jewellery chain shop. Anthony's staff have also taught me how to care for any peices that l have bought and how they can value over time becoming a future investment.
