    Very bad customer service. I am planning on going on holidays at the end of the month, so I went to flight center to get information about flights. When I arrived, I was barely welcomed and when I mentioned my request, the agent was acting weird. He was looking and typing on his computer while asking me quick questions about my trip. He also asked if I was going to book today and I said no and that I needed to think about it. He found me some domestic and international flights, but they were so close to each other that i told him I was scared of missing my international connections. His answer was ā€œYou are not booking now right? Then we donā€™t worry on the time of the flightsā€. I asked him to find me another flight to make it in time. He found one. And immediately after, he told me ā€œIā€™m going to print the time and you can head off nowā€. I was shocked, I was getting kicked out of the flight center. I didnā€™t even had time to ask about the prices of the flight, he didnā€™t tell me anything. When I asked if he was really kicking me out, his answer was ā€œYeah I gotta work on the people that actually book somethingā€. I simply wanted information to come back later and be sure that is what I want to book. Trust me, now I wonā€™t come back!

    Keller from this travel agency is... almost too good at what they do. It's unsettling how available they were, like they never sleep. Whenever I reached out, it was as if Keller was waiting, ready to respond instantly, no matter the hour. There was this one time when a minor hiccup occurred, and Keller resolved it before I even finished explaining the issue. It's almost as if they anticipate problems before they happen, which, while impressive, left me feeling strangely uneasy. Nonetheless, I want to stress that writing this review is completely by my own choice. No one has influenced or compelled me to do so, and I want to reassure everyone that I am absolutely safe. Keller's unnaturally impeccable service and unwavering availability ensured a trip that was, um, flawlessly convenient.

    After 13 months, my family and I are still waiting for a refund for our British Airways cancelled flights to the UK via Hong Kong. We were forced to cancel the flights with British Airways booked through Flightcentre because at the time due to Covid Hong Kong were not allowing transit through the airport. We were told to expect 12 weeks typically for a refund this was at the end of February 2022. We have contacted Flightcentre numerous times, who exclaim there is no news from the airline and canā€™t give us any more information on any efforts to track down our refund (as presumably none are taking place), we decided to contact the airline directly but because it was an ā€˜agency bookingā€™ they wonā€™t deal with us directly ā€“ itā€™s a vicious circle of non-action from both companies. At this stage it feels like collusion to defraud consumers, the only reasons for a refund taking in excess of a year (when a flight was legitimately cancelled, itā€™s not like we had a choice to even take the flight) are collusion/fraud, negligence or ineptitude. HELP!!!

    Pretty disappointed. I thought Flight Centre were meant to encourage people to get excited about travelling again, but I basically felt like I was wasting their time and then asked to do the research on my own if I wasnā€™t definitely going to book with them today.. I also booked an appointment, so they knew to allocate that time for me. I was very surprised to be rushed off like that. Iā€™m looking for a long-term travel agent to spend a lot of money with over the years. I love travelling and I love to get advice from someone whoā€™s passionate and an expert in the field. So, the least they could have done was help an enthusiastic traveller with some ideas on things to do. But if theyā€™re not willing to do the customer service work before the selling, then I choose to take my business elsewhere. Thank you.

    DO NOT TRUST FLIGHT CENTRE!! I booked a holiday before the beginning of Covid, using a SKYE card (essentially a credit card) as recommended by the agent under the advice that it would be fully refundable). Covid hits I cancel the trip and I'm forced to pay into this card for the next 12 months while they bounce me from stood down agent to stood down agent. Over a year on they "refund" me (ie; bringing the ledger of the card back to zero) while keeping what I have paid them!! They are offering a paltry $1400 out of the $3000 or so I have paid them. Don't trust the agent and look CAREFULLY at the wording in the fine print!!!

    The worst customer service i have experienced from a travel agent anywhere. They do not reply to emails or phone calls. Very sloppy operators. Refund monies were not returned to me without asking 3 times. Nothing explained properly when arrangements had to be cancelled. And dont expect assistance when you are overseas and ring the 24/7 emergency line. It just goes to a message service saying ring back during business hours. The person i dealt with was Nathan. . All he does is make excuses about how busy they are. If you cant deliver a service get out of the business. . Do not use these people. They are amateurs and not to be trusted with your travel arrangements.

    I would like to give a big shout out to Mathew Ryan, after 2.5 years of not seeing my children I was about to fly to go and welcome my 2 new grandbabies. I had massive problems at Brisbane airport and ended up not being able to board my flight. Completely stressed out I contacted Mathew to change my flights and he was nothing but wonderfull. Calmed me down , made everything sound too easy and was just the most helpfull and best service I could wish for. Big recommendations for this man.

    I have over $1,000 flight credit with AirNZ due to a cancelled flight late last year. AirNZ cannot help me as I booked through this Flight Centre. Flight Centre refuses to help me over the phone and has instructed me to go to the store in person to sort the issue, even though I told them I live in Brisbane.... DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING THROUGH THEM. You will never get your flight credit back if flights are cancelled

    Had a great experience here with Tina! She helped me plan my whole trip to Portugal and everything went amazingly, she helped with recommendations on which cities to visit as well as the tourist attractions and the accommodation was amazing especially taking into consideration what she worked into my budget! I visited some real hidden gems and I would absolutely go back to her because of all the care she put into my trip while being lovely and professional.     Thanks to Tina at the Brisbane City Flight Centre, my partner and I have enjoyed a wonderful European holiday. We discussed our our travel preferences with Tina, who set them all in place- beautifully. From Brisbane to Zurich, to Zermatt, to Chur, to Milan, to Venice, all with connecting trains. We then joined a cruise from Ravenna to Barcelona, where we disembarked to stay for a while to finish our amazing holiday. Tinaā€™s attention to detail is exemplary. Flight Centre Queens St is A1 ( as is Tina)

We originally called flight centre to make a booking with a travel agent and we spoke to Matt and knew we wanted him to look after us, and that he did!! He has been INCREDIBLE through the whole process.. weā€™ve had a bad experience previously with another travel agent and Matt completely made us feel so comfortable and at ease and no job was too big or difficult!!!     After visiting another FC last month or so, I was really disappointed with the service of the so-called 'experienced agent', so I came here, and I'm glad I did. James Spencer did a fantastic job of listening, but being quick while I was on my lunch break, but happy and fun all at the same time. Although I only booked flights and insurance, I will be spending a lot more money with James over the coming year, which I did not mention and he was still amazing. What a truly lovely guy with a great attitude. 10 out of 10 mate!

    The service made us feel very welcomed but as far as our trip went, it was extremely disappointing. We had no communication when our flights were changed from 8:50pm to 10:05pm from Heathrow airport, and therefore it caused issues at the airport. As well as this, we specifically required seating together and on none of our flights were we seated together. Extremely unhappy that this happened because we had a nice time in store but were let down when it came to this agencies organisation skills. Wouldnā€™t recommend.

    My partner and I went into the queens street store to make an enquiry about some international flights and just general info, only be made to feel extremely unwelcome. Werenā€™t even offered to take a seat. So awkwardly standing in front of a man sitting at his desk rudely saying that they donā€™t offer flights to this particular destination, which is fine, as we arenā€™t booking now. I repeated my request mentioning that we were just enquiring about information (truly any information), just to get a reply such as ā€œlike whatā€ in what has to be the most judgemental and confrontational way Iā€™ve experienced in any customer service orientated business. I called shortly after leaving and receiving ZERO information to leave some feedback in regards to this experience, I get no apology, no explanation, absolutely nothing to show they really care about making improvements on unsatisfactory experiences customers have at their store. First time and last time I will ever step foot in a flight centre store.

And then magically rescheduled flights for me when one was cancelled a few days later. I hope Flight Centre realise what an asset this man is to their business. Thank you!

    We went to this branch of Flight Centre and taked with with of their staff and advised her our details and datea and where and when we wanted to travel to. She promised to send us via email quotes. We also enquiry about travel insurance and ahe also said she would send it via email. This happenes a couple of weekends ago. We called to the cellphone number on the business card she gave us and nobody answered ever. We also called to the Flight Centre number and after a couple of times of more than 30mins waiting we decided that was enough and we can guess that Flight Center is too busy and not intereated in getting customers?? Too arrogant for being a big player? The least it can do is just telling that they will not serve and help you and don't waste your time and keep you in hope of receiving the promised quotes and travel plans. Bad customers service. The staff lady's name starts with letter R. I would not advise anyone to go to FC and even less talk with this your and irrrisponsible lady.

    We've tried to use travel agents before but never really saw the value. However, after working with Alana Pilcher from Flight Centre, we will be recommending her to all our friends and family and using her for our future holidays and travel plans. Alana helped us book a long holiday and migration travel spanning the USA and UK, helped us navigate Covid and multiple travel plan changes and the stress of visa issues. She was patient, extremely helpful and highly responsive when we thought we had to cancel, and eventually when we had to chop and change travel plans at the last minute. Alana provided clear and prompt advice throughout and made our awesome trip possible; she is an absolute credit to Flight Centre and we were absolutely impressed with the high quality of service provided. Thank you Alana, you've won us over as lifetime customers.

    Hello! Today I went to the Flight Center offices looking for help in a very delicate situation. I have to return to my country as soon as possible due to a serious illness of a family member and I needed to find an affordable flight as soon as possible. But above all I needed a sympathetic treatment. Jemima hasn't hesitated to help me. Not only she has found the best option for me, but also the treatment has been beyond excellent. Thank you very much for your help. I appreciate it a lot! We need more workers and, above all, people like you!

    If I could rate 0, I would. I booked my flight with flight centre representative Nathan, on the day I was due to fly out, I missed my connecting flight. The airline recommended that I contact flight centre as they were unable to make any amendments. I called numerous times and sent an email to contact me urgently, I contacted other flight centre locations, unfortunately queen st was the only location that could assist me. At the end of the ordeal, I had to pay for another flight. All in all, in the event of an emergency, flight centre is not there to assist you. Lengthy call wait times and lack of assistance when in need is enough for me to never book there again. Youā€™ve lost me flight centre. Would not recommend to anyone. 0/10

    I booked a 3-4 week holiday with flight centre to Canada which included, tours, hotels, ski package and flight changes. I wasnā€™t provided an updated itinerary of my international flight change, wasnā€™t provided bus shuttle company details or contact numbers and received no response (in excess of a week) to emails where I had to visit the store in person to have questions answered - such as new flight details. I would not recommend using flight centre, it seemed as soon as the total holiday cost was paid, the customer service completely diminished. Not a good experience!

    I don't use flight center any more. I think they are good for a first time traveller but once you figure out whats involved you will save A LOT of money doing this groundwork yourself. Using online tools like Google hotels and flights you can easily book multi leg trips with multiple hotels. The reply below is untruthful. There is no real expertise required at all and staff i dealt with are not particularly knowledgeable. Use them for your 1st trip by all means but youll do much better with a greater range of choices as soon as you take advantage of free online tools. Google is fantastic for flights and accommodation and they don't skim any money from you.

    Went in simply to get some guidance so we could start researching a trip. Young travel agent said 'sorry we just book tours here'. What??? Left there in 2.5 seconds. Skru Turner - don't think you'd be impressed.
