I went in this morning at 6am to buy a paint and the person who was there to serve me his name was Gavin started yelling at me and swearing why I don’t have a mask on then I said I have an exemption and he said where Is it then I said I don’t have it with me and by law I don’t have to carry it with me or have proof of it anywhere I go but started abusing me again and embarrassing me in front of everyone, I was still nice to him and I said man please don’t do this to yourself and ruin yours and my morning this early then he yelled at me again saying I don’t wanna die get out of here and I said please I need a paint for my house and it is urgent then he said why do you want and he gave me what I needed but I felt terrible all day from that experience at Dulux centre. I emailed the headquarter and explained everything but I haven’t heard anything from them yet, I hope they give him the right guidance and training toward customer service. Because anyone else would have taken this further.

Great service. Just way to expensive. Roof membrane was double the price of a competitor with over 20 years manufacturing it. Dulux needs to meet the market at around 200 ish a tin not 380

We only use Dulux for all our projects, as a local buisiness on the Redcliffe peninsula, the staff at lawnton have always been great to me and always gone out of there way to make sure we always have what we need ,when we need it. I used this store about 3 years ago, and returned yesterday, because I desired quality materials and expert advice, which is of less probability at Bunnings. Not a good experience this time: the paint was very expensive ($520 for 2 x 15-litre buckets), the accessories (2 x: rollers, brackets, pole-handles, buckets) were frightfully expensive, at about $200. The paint sold to me was not what I selected, but after I commenced it was obviously too late to change. The paint was also very slow-evaporating: still not dry after 24 hours. I chose lilac, but it ended up being more of a whitewashing result.

Good service, friendly staff, big selection

Having only just begun my journey as a Brand Ambassador with Dulux, I am fairly new to the products and had a couple of queries so thought it best to speak with the experts in-store. As I have had great customer service from Lawnton store in the past I decided to call in this morning. I had the pleasure of dealing with Dale who was more than happy to answer my queries and even said to call in again if I had any further questions. He was fantastic to deal with and full of great tips and product information and I left feeling more confident to pass on this advice! Thank you Dale 😊
