If you want good customer service, do not and I mean do not go to Sound Garage. Phoned on Saturday the 30/07/2022. Spoke to the owner and after a few questions was invited into the store. Rang again Monday and spoke to someone different who I found extremely helpful. I checked for the best time to come in etc. arrived at store just after 2 pm one other person in the store sitting down and the owner. The 2nd staff member was on lunch. Sat down to discuss my needs and wants in a system pricing from $5,000 up to $10,000. About 5 minutes into my sit down a young couple came in and walked over to the sample board. The owner excused himself and started serving and talking to them while I was left in a chair looking at a computer screen. After 5 mins I got up and said I was going next door to ARB as I only had 20 more minutes. After 10 minutes I walked past and no change to when I walked out. Before posting I rang store with my view on their customer service , and informed them that I would be doing the review. May I suggest not walking away from customers you are dealing with. Here is a suggestion, you should have informed your next walk in that you are with me and I will get to you as soon as I can.

After a very Bad experience with another Alpine dealer I rang Alpine directly and was given a recommendation to go see Brian from Sound Garage. At First i was a little hesitant due to a sour taste i had from the last dealer, However after meeting the team at Sound Garage, I was relived and grateful for meeting the team, not only was i made to fell welcomed i wasn’t judged for my financial worth (or lack of it) i was welcomed and listened to what i was looking for and my budget. after this we put a plain and a list of things i wanted to accomplish with my sound system. I have now been back several times over the last few years and have had the privilege to meet Brain's Beautiful Family and am happy to call them my friend's. The team at Sound Garage display many years of knowledge among them and have always been happy to advise and answer question's. I have recommend them to anyone the service is hands down 5 Star and i personally believe they are the best Alpine dealership in the country ! Thank's to everyone at Sound Garage as per usual ill be back :) EDIT: I've Been back and purchased a few this now and have enjoyed my time up at Sound Garage with plethora of Information and helpful tricks and hints, I was having simple vibrations around the front door window switches and Brian (Owner) helped out and I put in and around the handle some Focal Sound deadening and wow it has made a huge difference no more vibration :) I definitely want to now us the same sound deadening on all four doors. Alpine R Series Speakers and the Stinger Baffle Kit front and rear. Theses guy's definitely have the know how and knowledge thanks once again :)

Extremely happy with the service from the team at sound garage, they have extensive knowledge on all products they stock and the fitting crew go above and beyond in meeting customers wants and needs. The hole team are friendly and treat you like family. No jobs are to big or to small and very good prices. Its no wonder why sound garage are one of the top sellers in car audio. We were recommended to go the Sound Garage and are so pleased that we did. Brian and Peta and their staff were phenomenal with their professionalism and workmanship. Nothing was a problem for them. Brian and the team give off a very relaxing and reassuring vibe. Taken in to fit a central locking and a car alarm. Been there 2 more times, ever since. Great customer service and sticks by their word. Would recommend anyone needing electrical or sound issues. Worth the travel.

A few weeks ago I brought my wife a replacement media unit for her Mazda 3, she now has Bluetooth, updated maps and a reverse camera. She loves it so much I get multiple voice texts and calls while she's driving as the unit is so easy to use. The finished job looks absolutely great, the instal job looks like factory. Brian helped make the decision making very easy. Definitely recommend their products and services.

I had a very happy experience dealing with Sound Garage in North Lakes. I needed some parts for my car and they were ordered from Melbourne overnight. Service was very helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend them. Excellent customer service again. I really appreciate all the help I have received on several occasions.

These guys are absolutely amazing and know there stuff especially Peta. They were knowledgeable with such a new product and extremely helpful. Purchased replacement reverse camera and rear camera. Expensive, $199 each plus $350 install. Was disappointed with install, P clip put on with small rivet which gave way on same day. Further, no cable support along inside of tool box, only resting on brackets.

Absolutely a waste of time driving from Bundaberg to Brisbane to see you guys was buying a headunit through you guys and the experience was all good until I said I was getting installed back in Bundaberg as I don't have time to take a day off work for them to do it. Brian then pulled out last second and said we don't have any in stock. I then left the store and rung them back as a different person and they said they do have it store for installation only. Trevor was brilliant but Brain and Peter are nothing but liars. Rung up today and said I will come back down and get you guys to do it Peter said sorry we aren't touching your car and that was the end of the conversation. Refuse to sell me stock from alpine and they have been contacted and are looking into it further. Highly recommend to go somewhere else. Your lucky to get one star but that star goes to Trevor

I have been dealing with Peta, Brian and Josh to have a halo 9" installed in my 2016 Nissan Pathfinder that DIDN'T have Bluetooth audio 😳🙄. From the minute I spoke with Peta to the final touches after it being installed I was nothing but happy with the service I have received. I would 100% recommend them anyday

Terrible communications, scheduled an appointment, no one available to assist, emailed requests, no response, if I hadn't rung today today to confirm my job I would still be waiting for a call. Cancelled my install with these guys as they don't come across as the professionals the rest of the reviews claim.
