Review UPDATE* - PA Parking is reasonably priced, you won't get cheaper elsewhere that is fully undercover in that vicinity, and there's a walkway on level two going from the parking lot, across the road to the PA Hospital which is fantastic, and convenient. Theirs security cameras around for extra safety, and you can conveniently Pay and Top-Up your staff discount card via the Pay machine on level two with your Direct Debit card, it's not just cash only. Should you have problems with the gates at any time after hours, there's a number you can call for assistance, otherwise any other time, someone is always on hand to assist when need at the office on ground level. I'v had no dramas with this place, and I feel safe going to and from my car, I do recommend.

Thursday 25th October I attended an appointment at PA Hospital, for which I parked in the adjacent car-park. When going to pay prior to exiting the car-park there was quite a queue of people waiting in front and then behind me. There are 2 machines to enable payment which were malfunctioning intermittently, which held people up unduly. In the queue there are people on crutches, very elderly people and quite unwell people. This is a very poor service that has no consideration for the situation people have to wait because of inferior equipment, as a matter of fact every time I am there there is one of the 2 machines that is not working. As i had problem with my payment, I decided to walk all the way back to the information desk at the hospital to notify them, but was told that this car-park is independently of the hospital and if I had no ticket to get out I could see an attendant which would be located on 1A level. Luckily when I walked back and got in the queue again to try another time the transaction went through on the second time.... I went to see if I could speak to an attendant on the way out on level 1A but could find no-one. I would think that especially as the exuberant cost of the parking that the least you can do is to maintain these machines well or update them. You also have absolutely no consideration that this is a hospital and people are suffering enough by having to be there without having to worry about this aspect. You are vultures benefiting from peoples misfortune.

Price you pay for parking is honestly a joke. Let's charge sick people for being sick cause we all know how cheap medical bills are let's make them pay as well. Oh and if we make the sick pay we better charge those looking after them as well 🤬.

Bloody expensive parking, especially if you need daily visits to someone you love.

I found that it has a very narrow drive up the parking structure and having cars parked on the ends where you can't see around the corner can be quite dangerous at times. But otherwise it is OK.

Still over priced, but a $16 flat rate is slightly better.

Great value for a day, but too expensive for short stays

Very handy for patients and visitors. Easy access to the hospital with a reasonable price. It's a bit narrow just drive with care.

Doing online registration is the best way to go. Drive up, it recognises your number plate and then charges your card accordingly on the way out. Only have to stop briefly at the gates. Fast, easy, and loads of spaces. Straight opposite the PA Hospital with a covered walkway across the main road. Highly recommended.

Lane space to drive is not quite viable for a two-way access as designed. Pricing advertised is not accurate. It says flat rate or per day... read the fine print, it's per entry/exit. Would have been easier to just advertise it as per entry! Location and Access is good but disappointed to be charged multiple times in a day because of a fine print.

8 floors plenty of spots and wide and high enough for my 4x4. Auto scan on exit saves getting wet in the rain and makes for a quick exit.

ATO are coming for you. Cash only is 1990's behaviour.

I realised the reason why people complained about the expensive fees and inconvenient parking conditions when I just came here

The cost of parking long-term is priced fairly and the location very convenient. Can't believe some of the comments concerning the ticket seller. I found him easy to talk to and very helpful in explaining the best options for parking. Should have given five stars but like everyone I want everything for nothing.

Very convenient carpark for a hospital that has absolutely no where to park and Woolworths carpark only allows max a couple hours or so, it's not the cheapest Ive seen but it's not ridiculously expensive either
