    Have been eating here for a very long time now. Very quality for both eat in and takeaway. Staff service is always very good and they know the menu very well. Chicken always cooked well and is always fantastic.

    Manager is rude and doesn’t know proper procedures Tried to use gift cards to pay for our dinner. Was told it was expired which was weird and lucky we had a second one. Apparently also expired.. the small red headed manger was then condescending and pointing at a random date saying that was the expiry despite it clearly being 6 months BEFORE the date of issue. Turns out the manger was trying to scan it incorrectly (kept trying to scan it like a drink rather than like an eftpos card) but he still wouldn’t try it that way. All a misunderstanding, it happens but was no need for the manager to be condescending about it. It’s just nandos mate, don’t know why you’re on a power trip. Also checked both cards, both still valid and had the full amounts on them. Probably won’t use them there now though 😂 Food was fine, nothing special anyway.

    First time eating Nando's and my last time eating Nando's. The food was bland, boring and very average quality. Restaurant prices for sub par quality food. Can cook much better at home for a quarter of the price.

    Hopeless. For the last 4 months it’s the same old story - staffing issues re: COVID, lack of chicken re: suppliers. Today they were unable to even supply cherry tomatoes in a salad. Embarrassing. Especially odd considering their competitor Grill’D literally across the road doesn’t seem to have these issues and is always packed. Goodbye Nandos Newmarket - I’m done with your incompetence

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️OH MY GOD ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I'm so grateful! I arrived at Nando's Newstead absolutely famished, like a newborn baby, and let me tell you about my experience: Claire, Logan, Katie, Kim, and Rajib were all beyond amazing and truly brightened my evening. After a hectic day filled with back-to-back meetings and a mix-up with my Uber Eats order, I arrived with a heavy heart and sad eyes 💔 due to extreme hunger. But within a matter of minutes, I was enjoying the most delicious food ♥️. I can't thank you all enough! As a former cafe owner, I can confidently say that anyone who has a team like yours experiences a taste of heaven. Your organization, politeness, constant smiles, and impeccable timing are qualities that are truly hard to find elsewhere. Cheers guys Pam

    We had a fantastic experience at Nando's. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our dog feel welcome, even bringing him water and chicken. The hospitality was excellent. When it comes to the food, the whole chickens were a standout dish. They were bigger than I've had at other places and were juicy, tasty, and incredibly tender. If you're a fan of chips, I highly recommend the seriously large peri peri chips. They're a great option for sharing and are incredibly fresh. Overall, I had a wonderful time at Nando's and would definitely recommend it to others. The friendly staff, great hospitality, and delicious food make for a great dining experience.

    Nice portion size for money and very tasty. Chips were delicious, burger was great, however the chicken on the burger was cold. Waiting time for 2 burgers and chips was about 20minutes. Chip seasoning is really nice.

    The best nandos in Brisbane. My partner and I have been to many Nando's across Brisbane.The Newmarket store is not the closes to our place but we choose to come here because they are simply the best. The food and portions are consistently good. The tables are clean. The staff and the manager are nice and welcoming. The service is quick even on the busy days. Thank you Team! Keep being awesome!

    The overall meal was good chips and chicken top notch but get a load of this large side of broccoli they served me. Meant to be a large but essentially a snack size. Broccoli is about 2 dollars a kilo at the moment, what is the point of serving 20 cents worth of broccoli except for to upset people. It's not acceptable and not worth the upset people when another 30 cents worth of produce would keep customers happy.

    Delicious and fresh food! I always love this Nando’s. They were extremely busy tonight, but they were doing really well. There were some very rude customers talking down to the staff, but they were doing the best they could and still made yum food.

    This is the second time we have tried the Newmarket store. Family of 5 After paying $143.35 And waiting a hour for our food to arrive at the table Half our meals sat on the counter while they attended to menu log meals that came in after ours Our chicken was cold, the broccoli side was cold, they forgot mine and my daughters fries, and the extra side sauces we had ordered, and my wife who can not have chili ordered bbq and revived medium heat Peri Peri, when we mentioned the food was cold and the order was Incorrect at time of delivery the staff member seamed more annoyed then concerned I had to ask 3 times for the cold items to be replaced he said ( I will have them heated up) we then had to ask and show proof of our missing items despite them having a copy of the order. This was my sons first time to nandos once my favourite eating establishment, he said it was ok but not worth the hassle and said he will pass next time. As I said this was the second time in a month we have not received our items and food arrived cold. As a food compliance officer I am concerned for the safety of the customers if this is how the staff attended their duties $143.45 wasted I won’t be returning to this store. Shame on you Newmarket and shame on you “Faisal “ for failing to attend to your customers

    Pretty average, I make sure to order while I’m still at home because I know of the long wait times but lately they’ve been even longer. I order at non peak hours and I’m still waiting 30 minutes for just ribs and some Chips. Also sitting in is very unpleasant as I have to listen to the works personal conversations as they stand around in the kitchen. Quiet chatting and focus on the job. And don’t tell me the ribs will take 10-15 minuets when I ordered 15 minutes ago, how hard is it to heat up some ribs.

    Make sure you see it as you drive in, otherwise good luck finding it lol. Only has 1 large sign facing the road, if you miss it, the place is out of view from anywhere in the parking lot. We arrived soon after opening, place was still being cleaned, seemed very lethargic service, staff only did the absolute minimum that they had to do… Food was good though.

    I am extremely disappointed with the service. I have been waiting for over an hour now and no one has come up and apologised or let me know about the wait. The food was cold. we wouldn’t even have our drinks by now. If my partner did not go up and get them. I am not surprised as this has happened on many occasions the staff are just chatting and I’m getting quite annoyed with this service. Will not be coming back here EVER again

    Very Disappointed by the service and the staff’s food hygiene standards. Today 01/10/23 at 3:30pm my partner and I were served by a woman with dark brown long hair tied up in a ponytail, wearing black glasses. This staff member was not wearing gloves while handling the food. When we went up to the counter to order, she was very rude, cutting us off. While waiting over 30 minutes for our food, I saw the lady walk past the kitchen and ate our chips (without wearing gloves). She seemed to be doing dishes in the back - which is more appalling to me. She made eye contact with me while eating the chips and ran off into the back. I am not happy at all with this service by this woman. This girl shouldn’t be paid to serve customers like this. It’s appalling.

    IF you get what you order it’s ok. BUT they NEVER have a full menu. ALWAYS run out of something. SOME service is good when they have a good manager on, otherwise there will always be a wheelie bin full of garbage being wheeled through the restaurant at least once, usually twice while you eat your meal

    I wish there was a negative option. Please make sure you go somewhere else. My partner ordered the nourish bowl with chicken in a large meal and it cost $26. When we got it after waiting 40 minutes it was so small and so unappealing that I decided to take it back my burger the cheese and bacon one was on the wrong roll and cold. I took it back and explained that the salad I had gotten should be bigger for the price of $20. He then got out the menu saying that it shouldn’t have cost that much. I then calculated it on my phone and showed him that I paid $20 for the salad and the $6 for a large fries and a can of drink. He offered to make a new one and I asked if it would be the same size and he said yes so I said there isn’t much point to that. He then made me a new burger and gave me some additional fries as the sweet potato fries were only half full. I walked back home had a bite and threw it in the trash. Biggest waste of money. I’ll be calling the customer care line because their phone number is disconnected.

    Food was great once it arrived, but we were given the wrong order at first. Ordered mild sauce and got given hot which could have been a big issue for the wrong person. Watched about 5 Uber eats orders get stuffed up in the time we were there. Staff were arguing loudly in view of everyone. No one seemed to really care about taking orders correctly or getting them out to customers, food sat on the pass for a long time and people were ignored at the register.

    We happened to visit this restaurant today Tuesday at 12:30 for a meal and tried placing an order for a whole chicken with 2 sides via the app, and it did not allow us to proceed to checkout. I asked the staff for assistance and a female staff member was not too happy to assist saying that they had ran out of chicken and that is the reason we cannot checkout to payment. We were surprised that there wasn’t any chicken at a chicken restaurant at lunchtime. The staff member said we could wait at least half an hour if we wanted to order chicken. I was wondering what I could order at Nando’s apart from side dishes and desserts, given that having chicken was out of question. The staff member did not offer or suggest any alternatives while we could wait for our order. We had to leave and get our meal at the Mexican burrito restaurant across the plaza. Never taking my guests to this restaurant ever.

    The store opens 12, understandably, but we got yesterdays chickens reheated dry no basting rice that's either had the box shrink or was small and for the first time since 1999 thereabouts the chicken was so dry and the corn had not even preggo basting

    Love that this place remains open till at least 10pm, unlike so many other places around at present. Staff are extremely friendly even when under the pump with orders. They also take orders over the counter, unlike some other franchises of the same name around Brisbane. Thanks for a great All In Burger and cheesy mini pitas. We'll definitely be back soon.

    In general staff could be a little better well trained. My partner went in there and waited for an extra 10 minutes. Because they weren't very good pronouncing her name. Then, they didn't ask her if she was waiting. Food is usually top-quality, and I recommend eating here.

    Dining in, ordered our food and drinks they didn’t bring the drinks out until the food had come out which was a 30 minute wait. Dirty tables everywhere. The staff seem to be moving in slow motion. No sense of urgency at all. Food amazing as always. Seriously need to remember you are providing a service of hospitality.

    Absolute garbage food for what they charge. Ordered tenders, chips and a burger. All came cold. the burger was dead cold. I think they should shut down their stores and only continue to sell the sauce. The worst customer service. Saw the staff at the counter standing next to my food chit chatting for 15 minutes before serving. No way it could have come hot.

    We really like this brand. Good Service, comfy place and amazing taste. You need to try the Pero Peri chicken a whole one for two is enough. And make sure to ask for the two large sides.

    Friendly staff, good food and clean facility. Price like usual, overpriced. Nandos is glorified fast food with good seasoning. Lower your prices lads or start offering deals. Last time getting a Nandos cannot justify paying $15 dollars for a medium tasting chicken burger, dry bun with half seasoned fries.

    The chicken was hard and chewy and the avocado felt wasn't ripe in the slightest. To say that it was a bad meal is an understatement.
