I absolutely could NOT stop smiling! This place makes a zoo look boring. We had an incredible time! They gave us food to feed the animals & I bought some extra food because I'm a kid at heart, however, the amount they gave us would have been plenty. The animals are all so friendly & come right up to you. This is one of the best days of our road trip, by far! Absolutely go if you get the chance! You will not regret your decision!

Such an awesome animal drive through!! Absolutely loved all the amazing wildlife that we got to see and feed. I love that they are able to freely roam in such beautiful nature. Pretty scenery and awesome picture opportunities. The staff was very kind as well and we were even able to have a picnic at one of the many picnic tables they have at the front. This is the perfect experience for animal lovers. You learn a lot and are contributing to a great thing for wildlife.

Lots of unique animals to see and interact with. Really enjoyed getting close and feeding the animals. The Bison are huge as are the water buffalo. Although I am not really a big fan of captive animals this is probably the only chance I will have to see these kinds of animals in a relatively natural setting. The animals all look very healthy and have plenty of room to roam. Buy extra bags of food.

Such a unique experience. Over 100 acres of land to explore. You have an opportunity to see close up animals of all kinds. While still wild, they seem to be healthy and well taken care of. Would absolutely recommend to anyone in the area.

This was a fun trip. There were hundreds of animals to see. Most of them ran to the car and crowded around to be fed the food pellets provided. (More was available for purchase). Many of the animals were bold enough to stick their heads right into the car. Great close-up opportunities for photos. One donkey thought it was a great idea to chew the paint off of my door handles to get more food. :-( They had a chart available for purchase to identify the various animals but I didn’t discover this until afterwards.

Red dirt alert- you will need a car wash when done, but oh, what a small price to pay for such family fun! We LOVED the experience- the zebras, bison, llamas, camels, kangaroos, alligators, water buffalo, gazelles- and so many more beautiful animals… some eating right out of our hands. An unforgettable good time; so many laughs and excitement! Thank you, Cherokee Trace for bringing Africa to East Texas. ❤️ God Bless

Such a fun place to visit! I’ve been several times and love it more with every trip there! It’s very well sized and gives you the opportunity to see everything without feeling rushed. The animals are both friendly and funny! They’re very personable and love coming up to your vehicle for pets and food! There’s also a nice little picnic area if you want to make a full day trip out of your visit!

We absolutely loved it. We had so much fun. Just watch out for the camels. They were trying to eat our car. Kinda freaked us out.

This place is awesome and I'd suggest if you want to feed all the animals to buy 3 or more bags than they give you but all the animals were friendly and some I've never seen in person before, my favorites were the camel's and the zebras and the yacks, and I will be coming back and the animals are very well taken care of

So many animals! This was way fun, and definitely worth the trip. My son had a blast feeding the animals, and he is 12. I recommend coming at an off time, so you can do the drive through at your own pace.

Absolutely one of the best drive from animal parks we have been to in the country. Admission price includes two bags of food, we recommend having one bag for each person in the car because you will go through it. Took us about an hour and 20 minutes to go through the park at a very casual pace. Lots of fun, highly recommended.
