Location is great! In the old city, however is small, and the bathroom was mouldy & stank, toilet was right next to the wall on one side so was difficult to go to the toilet. If staying multiple nights there is no option to not have housekeeping & when I returned to my room, a towel had been taken & not replaced. Pillows don't have pillow protectors & doona didn't have a cover, also a screwed up bedspread was on the top shelf on my cupboard. Ok for a couple of nights, enjoy the local wineries & night life, but beware English is rare.

["Don't stay here.\n\nThey are doing the dusty construction making us walk through the plastering work site and did not disclose it's poor condition. Stay somewhere else until this renovation is complete. Now I see from Google map reviews that some other guests alerted this poor situation for months. But when we booked thru 3rd party, we did not see this alert.\n\nSee how the owner responded and lied about the current renovation condition.\nIs it acceptable for any of the guests unless it is mentioned in the booking?\n\nThere was no indication of their renovation in their hotel description during our booking. But he is just trying to get off of the legit criticism. We feel the genuine choice and trust is betrayed by the owner's unprofessional reaction. That shows dishonesty is played in his operation. That is offensive.\n\nWhat good is the elevator when there was no indication outside what floor the hotel was on? See no indication on the buzzer, and, the facade.\n\nSee the pictures. Seeing is believing. This hostal is not doing all the disclosure for fairness of the guests who chose their hostal.",null,[0,98]]

["I stayed here while traveling Camino. Clean bed, limited noise. Great location and so helpful front desk mgr when my phone stopped working. He found me a phone store, gave me directions, let me use his computer and offered to assist me finding accommodations if I needed to stay in town (they were fully booked). He took the stress out of a very worrisome situation!!! Thank you so much!!!",null,[0,238]]

Was absolutely amazing we are some very slow pilgrims on our way to Santiago and we were running late and they stayed open late to let us check in and were so nice about it and amazing service the whole time great laundry service and beautiful room with balcony overlooking the city great location. 5 star all the way.

Stayed here twice during my camino, before and after I went to Bilbao. Awesome location near the major sites and Calle del Laurel (known for its tapas bars). Loved the vibe at the reception area, and the receptionist was very nice and helpful; she even printed my Correos envelope for free. My first room was the perfect size for one person and was nice, bright, and clean; the bathroom was also spotless. The only problem was that the wifi could not be detected from the room. My second stay was better, wifi signal was strong and I was placed in a bigger room. However, it was a weekend so the noise from Calle del Laurel could be heard through the closed windows.

Initially we were given a terrible old-fashioned tiny room which we complained about and got a nice room facing the main street. The room was clean and had everything we needed (great shower!). Location is right at the city center and it is a pet friendly hotel which was perfect as we stayed with our little dog.

Lovely hotel in central Logroño, located near all the best bars and restaurants but on a quiet street, as to allow you a great nights sleep. Upon arrival we were given a room that did not live up to the standards of the pictures online, but that was solved very promptly and we loved the room we were given. Dog friendly.

Great Hostal right in the center of old Logrono, staff were very friendly and so helpful, Ivan helped me with some printing I needed for customs and no charge.

I stayed here for two nights to rest during my Camino. It was so lovely, and all the employees were so kind. ¡Muchas gracias!
