I had an excellent experience at this place. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the service was top-notch. The hotel room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for great food and a comfortable stay.

There is ritual in India like “guests are like gods” may be the resort owner not know. Very bad experience the resort has good rooms but their service was ridiculous, hotel staff is rude instead of supportive their behaviour was not good to us, some of are good. In addition we found bee in food twice at that time their response is so bad like they even not say sorry for their mistakes. I recommend not to go in sun and water resort. My overall experience is not good and it’s not compensate by anything.

This resort is just perfect. Unique location, marvelous view , cool vibe , mouthwatering food , commendable service , spacious and beautiful rooms , high maintenance of hygiene . The only resort with a swimming pool in the district. A perfect place to spend time with your family and friends.

Pathetic service Dosent have basic amenities. Pool facilities should be complimentary with stay but charged 300 per person..a small bonfire in eve is charged.. No slippers in rooms..arrogant owner..no dressing mirror in the room..rooms overpriced ...location does not give a good view ..not worth staying .. only savior was the food ..

I have stayed twice during my trip to Adi koilash. We were a family of five . We liked the place very much while going towards Dharchula. Extended our stay from one to two days due to fantastic location , ambience, excellent staff service and quality ,tasty food. The owner herself stays in the property throughout the day and looks after every need of the boarder . I want to rank the 5 out of 5 considering all aspects a tourist wants.

Serene and calm location with a kickass pool for parties and various events. Loved the service from the kitchen and the diverse menu they have. Absolutely would recommend the magic of chef. Humbleness of ganesh is remarkable. The way he treats and provides. Would love to visit again and enjoy the peace over there.

It seems like nobody here is experienced or being teach how to behave with guest, specifically the owner of the resort. She is very rude and aggressive if you are owner you should be polite enough and it seems like she also does not have any experienced how customer service being done. It's super expensive and there is nothing much to do, it just a swimming pool which is also crowded it's not really big, it's small it's all about making money there is nothing about safety and satisfaction of guests. I am so disappointed and never gonna be back here again. And none of us will be back here we were party of 8. But all decided not to come back again.

Even the hotel was good and clean , the staff at reception was very rude. He started shouting at us in the morning. Till 10am no staff, no breakfast, no tea will be available.Keep this in mind during booking. The location of hotel is 30 mins in village from pithoragarh. If a customer comes to this hotel, he will obviously have food in hotel as there is no shop outside hotel. The hotel should keep this in mind will serving customers. Did not expect this kind of rude behaviour from the hotel.
