    The Quality of the food is very low. The Service is extreme Slow (40+ min). The Food was nearly cold served. Place is nice and Family friendly. For a visit and Drink ok.

    it is a bad service restaurant, the waiter girl let the Bosnian people set at our table we were like standing at the table asking her to set but then came a Bosnian people and she let them set in our table right in front of us what a bad service we were arab and we were treated badly we talked to the manager he do nothing for us, and solve nothing. if there a zero star I would mark it. In addition the manager don't even listen to our questions and yelled at us telling us to wait.

    For me It’s an amazing place to visit and see the Una river 🏞 inside National Una Park 🏞 There is a good restaurant there that serve the food there you can enjoy your food there with the view of the river, or you can have a great experience to enjoy the food 🍱 on boat 🛶 inside the river 🌊 The place was more historical and show the way of there living types there There is also hotel if you decide the stay there Leave you with the photos

    The place is really fantastic but They don’t know how to deal with customers. It’s like you came to their place asking for free food. Some waiters are really rude especially with Arab people ? I don’t know why? I don’t recommend going there.

    You need to learn how to cope with work overload. Listening to the director fighting with guests who are waiting to be served for 1 hour is disgusting. We didnt want to eat in order not to have a conflict. In the end, we just ordered a coffee and got it without any sugar or water. What a shame! Beautiful nature, the worst service!

    Beautiful surroundings and pretty good food. However what we ordered was not what was delivered. Our waitress was quickly irritated and stormed away while muttering “kurwa”. The manager however was very attentive and despite language barrier solved the situation.

    من افضل فعاليات ومنتجعات بيهاتش في نظري لان كلها متصله ببعض بدايةً الدبابات الرباعية تأخذ شوط ممتع وطويل بمحاذاة النهر ومناظر شلالات الصغيرة وفيه كوفي ومطعم وتجربة القارب مع المشاوي كانت تجربة لذيذة جداً وكذلك ألعاب اطفال، المنتجع نظيف وفيه اهتمام كبير وتفاصيل حلوة وجمالية الموقع اهم من ذلك كله

    Incredible location and views, the service was fine, but the food was not up to standards. We ordered late and were probably the last customers, but it was particularly bad. Plus the outdoor seating area we were in had a major spider infestation: there were literally hundreds, so many spiderwebs, and an insane amount of flies (both dead and alive). Overall it was p etty unhygienic.

    Haven't tried any food here, just went for a walk and coffee. The area is lovely with beautiful views at the Una river.

    I have NEVER seen people as RUDE as the waiters there. The food was ok and the view is stunning but the poor service makes the whole experience way worse

    Very natural and beautiful , the staff i great and the food is even better , best place where you can see a lot of nature, eat good food , take a walk to digest the food and then sleep it off till the next meal :D

    I went to this place , the waiter was so rude. I asked my order to be take out , he takes a long time then when I ask again he shouted at me . Another one takes the order and threw it away. He fooled me and put empty bread as take out order.

    Has good location beside the river to enjoy while you enjoy your meal. Great food but below average service. Few tables beside us had to wait for long time for their meals while others left without having anything to eat despite that their order was early.

    Very nice place. Great location. Only food was a little disappointing - we ate Begova čorba. It wasn't sour and without bamija.

    Good location and thats it. Prices to high. Food that should be served warm was served almost cold (I had felling someone's uneaten food was served again). Wc stinks. Once before I suggested people that they should visit here, now i suggest not to.

    Leider kann man nicht null Sterne geben! Personal ist sowas von unfreundlich und unprofessionell, da fehlen mir wirklich die Worte!! Wenn man denkt das man Cevapcici nicht verhauen kann, wurde ich dort dem besseren belehrt. Das Brot ( lepinja ) war mindestens 2 Tage alt und sowas von trocken, dass es wirklich nicht möglich war diese zu essen..Ambiente ist ok, aber rest ist eine Frechheit.. Werde dieses Lokal, weil Restaurant kann man es nicht nennen, nie wieder besuchen..

    Veoma loše سيء جداً مافي شي جميل في هذا المكان غير الاطلاله أولا فيه مكانين واحد للقهوه والاخر للاكل جلسنا ف مكان الاكل لاننا ماندري ويجي النادل ينافخ ويطلع مشكله من العدم!! المشكله إنهم مو موضحيين هذا الموضوع ابدا وأيضا تعاملهم هذا فقط مع العرب عنصرييين لأبعد حد
