A very good pizza buffet in a good location with 8 different type of thin crust pizza & other brunch items (check my pics) for only $11 per person +1.99 & up for drinks. (*Serve alcohol too). Good pizza place for both vegan & meat lovers. Loved their potato fry & chicken fry. They also have a very good salad bar. The food are fresh and tasty. But, the buffet is open till 2pm only. After that it's all by order. They have to go & dine in both. Have plenty of sitting & also nice place to have small party (I think 30 to 40 ppl) at a separate side of the restaurant. The best part of this place is their family game center/room. Have different arcade & other exciting electronic games for kids just like chuck-e-chs.. Very impressed on our first family visit. Our 10 year old daughter loved it. Staffs are well mannered & keeps the place clean & tidy according pandemic regulations! Even the restrooms are very well kept & clean. You need to visit this restaurant. Worth it!

As a kid from WI we grew up at shakeys unfortunately when o became a teenager they closed and left WI. I thought I'd never see them again until coming to Redlands recently! Good lord they are still better than ever and service was just as perfect as the food! Our experience was perfect and a great reminder or our childhood!

Shakey’s is one of the best chain pizza restaurants there is but I like this location especially because it has that original vibe I remember as a child in the 70’s and 80’s, plus the pizza is amazing and the bunch of lunch ,11am thru 2pm is an awesome buffet, been coming for years and I definitely will continue to do so

Pizza good took awhile to get it was on Labor Day weekend understandable. Table was not as clean as one would expect the table busier was trying to do his best with a full house and reserved party room.

Lunch buffet was delicious. Crispy seasoned chicken and potatoes. Enjoyable salad bar. This location hasn't disappointed me in the 20 years of sporadic visits. Great job Management and team🎉

We had a good time here. The manager when we checked in was attentive and friendly. The game options were good too. Given how busy this place is I'm surprised it's not better taken care of. Also the general staff is cool but not the most friendly. And although the game selection was great, gotta make sure the games work and are stocked with tickets. Especially on weekends!

Due to the extreme professionalism of the management on keeping food fresh and service on point. Makes this place a great place for lunch and dinner. The down turn. Family and best lunch in town makes this place very popular. Get in early...or suffer the consequences.

The pizza was not good at all. There wasn't nearly enough sauce or cheese on it. It's like they were on a budget, except they charged full price. Smh... I won't go back there. Store bought pizza was even better than this. 😑

We went to Shakey's earlier today around 1pm for the buffet. The food was great they had a variety of different pizzas and a well stocked salad bar and to my surprise they also had enchiladas and cinnamon rolls. The young lady who greeted us and took our order was both polite and knowledgeable. We ended up ordering a few drinks at the bar (unfortunately they were out of Modelo) the young lady working the bar did her best to accommodate us. She was very friendly and went out of her way to offer suggestions and provide us with alcohol percentages, since we were unsure of what to order. She even allowed us to taste one of the beers in order to decide which one we wanted. The arcade was a good size not too small like a lot of other establishments. I had fully planned on giving this establishment a 5-star rating however the middle aged male employee that was cleaning tables in the dining area was rude. He appeared to be bothered by the fact that I asked for a replacement cup for my son since his had been cleared away. I informed the employee that I believed he may have tossed it while cleaning the table. His sarcastic response and obvious slamming of plates are why I chose to give 4 stars instead of 5.

Been a loyal customer for many years and every time we visited the food was excellent had many reservations for parties here or just came out to enjoy their lunch buffet ,but to my surprise, came to a visit and found a sign on the door close sorry for the inconvenience being a loyal customer as I imagine a lot of you people are ,I didn’t see this coming so before you make the trip and find it CLOSED, hmmm or maybe I didn’t get the Memo did you ????? I’ve always give them five stars but for this, they get a one star for notification

Went to Shakey's earlier today. We we're planning on getting a PCM but decided to go with the bunch of lunch instead. The food was amazing the salad bar was phenomenal, without a doubt one of the cleanest and best-kept salad bars I've come across. Definitely would recommend this location.

The day we went it was a celebration! Celebrating 4 family members birthday's and the people working could not be more accommodating! It was such a wonderful day! My whole family had nothing but good things to say about the food the workers or even the other people who were there playing games and having fun. It was just an excellent experience, it had been years since we visited this place. But it won't be years before we come back. Thank you to everyone that works there!!!

We were traveling through and happy to see your restaurant from the highway. We no longer have these back home and remember it from our childhood. So glad we stopped and we were not disappointed. Pizza is still so good and the friendliest staff!

My overall experience with Shakey's was it was okay the facility in Redlands is just way too small the place was so crowded you could barely move and then they didn't have enough tables no waiting area you would have to stand in the doorway until people left and then you had several people rushing to an empty table to claim it. They need to add on to the building and make it a lot more roomy or find another larger facility. The food was good especially the chucken tenders, the Mojo potatoes were good. The atmosphere was pleasant just way way too noisy in there you couldn't communicate with whomever you were there with because of the background noise from all the other people the arcade has plenty of room. The kids enjoyed themselves, the service was good, they came around often to clear clear your table of empty dishes. They don't have table service you order at the counter and then they deliver it to your table, so my overall impression of Shakey's after many many years it's okay has a good time. The food was good, the staff was great, the building is just way too small and with the amount of people that now go out to eat compared to years ago. I will go again, because my grandson loves the place and if it makes him happy I'm all for it.

I asked one of the workers to fix the machine and they took 20 minutes to get to it despite not doing anything the whole time. One of the guy workers was playing on the arcade machines instead of doing his job that he is getting paid to do. Would recommend going to the bowling alley on the side of the arcade where they have better stuff. The management at shakeys is terrible

I came in for my birthday with family and we had the pleasure of being serviced by Francisco aka “Paco” who kept a smile on his face, great personality, attentive and all around pleasant. A man who truly loves his job! He made this experience enjoyable and thankful for his service. He’s the bomb!!!

I was surprised to find an all-you-can-eat bar. Which was stocked well for being super busy. Also a game room, with plenty of ways to win tickets for prizes. My kids had a blast.

Had the brunch with pee wee football team. The kids really enjoyed themselves, however, the adults were not too excited about the cold mojo potatoes, mashed potatoes, cold veggies. But the fried chicken and pizza was very good.

Outstanding pizza and a great place to bring the whole family. The food is on point, the staff are very friendly and courteous, and the kids loved the arcade. It's so great to have a place that the entire family can enjoy.

Our grandkids love this place. Food is always good. Just would like to see them put some money back into the place. Just looks old. Other than that great Place to eat drink and watch sports games.

Good food. Nice selection. Went for the lunch buffet. Such a great deal. Only complaint was they ran out of unsweetened iced tea after 1 cup. I dont drink soda... so that was a waste of money for Me. But besides that... everything else was amazing.

Been too long since been back here. Had lunch during their “all you can eat lunch buffet”. They have a great selection of pizzas & lunch items. Servers were all very friendly and courteous. Grand kids enjoyed the food and of course the arcade game room. Happy grand kiddos means happy grandpop 😎
