I have gone couple times and I always get my orders wrong, it’s good on the receipt but they give me missing items or wrong items every time. Food is really good can’t complain but why do I have to get my orders wrong. I called spoke David he said next time you come back we will replace your bowl and took my information. 5 days later I go and I was told I wasn’t on the list. Michelle told me she couldn’t do much because I didn’t have the receipt in the moment and I only had 24 hours to go back which I wasn’t told. Came back called gave her all the information and I was told I would get refunded, today is 7 days later and nothing. I even had them check the order in the window to make sure it wasn’t missed and it happen. I get it, we do human errors but every time?

The food was great, and I had special order and it came the way I asked for it. Got chicken and veggies only. I ordered some shrimp and they were missed but it was corrected immediately when I came back through. Food was hot and fresh and very good definitely grub...

I don't recommend this Waba Grill Drive the extra mile to another Waba. Pricing on drive thru is off.. no Forks or spoons or napkins are given..

The last three times I been here they forgot to add my Avocado. I got charged twice, i blame myself for not checking. If you guys don't have Avocado don't charge me please. Its a shame really, I like waba grill but not sure if ill come back! Sorry 😞 -3 avocados -3 stars

Well I ordered the meat chicken veggies and white rice today I start eating the meat and it's practically all fat I'm shewing and it fat thick pieces of fat I'm sad 😥I was really looking forward to eating the meat but there was barely any meat that didn't have thick not eatable fat on it 😒☹I am not coming here again.would be better if there was more portions of meat and chicken less rice

This was near our hotel (subway: Vermont/Santa Monica) and we found it to be a great place for a quick lunch or dinner. We had chicken rice and chicken salad plates and both were very tasty and refreshing. Highly recommended! After a long day we wanted something filling but tasty to eat. The WNBA grill was near out hotel so we decided to try it and we weren’t disappointed. Tasty fresh food and very filling. The rib fillet was delicious with the rice and salad. My friend is a very picky eater and he loved it so that is a great compliment. Great value for money too.

The women working there definitely need to work on their people skills, they are always rude when we order from the drive thru. No hello, no thank you, nothing but attitude. I was ordering my food and one of the ladies was talking over me and didn't hear my order and then proceeded to tell me how I should order. Food is delicious but definitely not worth it. I'd rather go to the other location in the Renaissance center.

The Drive-Thru only has phone and or online orders. I was not able to order off the menu. I was told to drive up to the window. Then she kept asking for the name on the order, I didn't have an order.
