Look no further, Michael is your guy. I gave him a challenging repair on a not-so-gently worn 18 k band with diamonds and emeralds. The results were better than I hoped. The ring is secure and looks new again. My grandparents gave me a beautiful ring for Christmas. It’s a jade stone set in a gold band. It was a bit too big, so we brought the ring in to get it sized down. Michael was no-nonsense and clearly showed his expertise. The band is smooth, and he polished the whole ring. Definitely will comeback for any jewelry repairs/needs!

We first met Michael 3 years ago when the frame of my husband's glasses broke. We walked into the office of an optometrist to see if he could fix them. As he was unable to assist, he suggested we go see Michael. Michael was happy to help and was able to repair the frames that day. Recently I brought my engagement ring, my mother's wedding band and another ring to Michael. My platinum engagement ring had really lost its luster, it was dull and had many scratches, in addition it needed two bridges to be built up around two small diamonds. My mother's white gold ring had also become dull looking and the third ring was missing two small diamonds that had fallen out over the years and needed to be replaced. Micheal specializes in platinum so I was confident he'd do a great job on my engagement ring. When I picked up the rings, I could not believe how beautiful they looked. They looked brand new! This man is very talented and meticulous with his jewelry. He revived my wedding ring after nearly 14 years of abuse and made it sparkle like new! My stones are now held safely in place by newly reinforced prongs and my white gold is white again (not dingy yellowish white). Bring your ring here for a fresh start. You’ll be very happy.

This was our first time here and we had a great experience. Michael was kind, polite, and very attentive. We just needed a new wedding ring resized and soldered together. He was very thorough and pointed out any potential problems we might have with loose stones. He had us come back in a few hours to double check the fit and an hour after that, it was all done. I highly recommend him and I will be back if and when we need anything else.

By educating us about the items we were able to make informed decisions relative to moving forward with repairs and changes. My husband and I purchased a wedding ring from another jewelry store. It turned out to be defective and I kept losing diamonds. I was not able to wear it for a year and I was super bummed. My wedding ring was in dire need of repair. The prongs were almost non-existent. I put off having my wedding ring repaired for a year because I wouldn't leave it with a jeweller who sends out all repairs. A friend told me of this "really good jewelry repair shop" and it was 5 minutes from my work, so I took my ring there one day. So glad I did! Michael is very knowledgeable and talented! I dropped it off during lunch break. He said it was going to be about 2 days. Later that afternoon he called me and said my ring would be ready for pickup the next day! My wedding ring is not only repaired but is very beautiful! He built the prongs up and even added an extra prong. I would recommend this shop for all of your jewelry repairs. Michael Dickey is honest and in my opinion he is the best in the field!

Very friendly and professional service. The work and turnaround time is unmatched! My wife's ring was resized and re-tined overnight, but I suspect it only took that long because we dropped off at the end of the day. When I got it back, the 60 year old ring looked brand new! Will bring more business back after the new year.

Excellent, fast service. Another jewelry store in town wanted $3k to fix my ring and he did the work for $300 plus he didn’t have to ship it out like the other place was going to do. It was ready and looked brand new in less than 24 hours. Highly recommend!!

mikey is insanely talented and attentive to detail. he has great knowledge and experience and i firmly believe there is no job too big for him. i cut hair at the neighboring business and can say he is truly a gem! (lol) but having built rapport through the years, there was nobody else i would have chosen to make my fiancé’s engagement ring. we worked together on the design and he exceeded my expectations by a mile. i will forever be grateful for mikey, seriously. thank you for everything ❤️
