Good luck getting someone to answer the phone! I was a patient here for about a year and the only times anyone ever picked up the phone was during the first few months I was there. I left voicemails multiple times over the course of the year and the only time they EVER called me back was earlier this week when I said I would be leaving and filing a formal complaint against the office unless they responded. They scheduled me for an appointment this morning with the nurse but it seems no one listened when I said I wanted a phone appointment. I can't even rely on sending a direct message to the nurse because their online portal requires the messages to be manually forwarded to the recipient, which I suspect was not done with my last message. I'm fed up with the total negligence of their office employees and have filed my grievance against Clear View. They kept flip-flopping on mask policies the whole time too, only posting signs about masks when they felt they were legally required. Never coming back here again.

Amazing therapeutic services!! I've been seeing providers here for almost 3 years. I see a therapist, a couples therapist, and someone to prescribe medication. Both my son and husband also receive therapy and medication services here as well. All the front desk staff are so helpful and genuine. And every therapist, psychiatrist, nurse practitioner psychiatrist we've ever worked with have just been amazing! I really can't say enough good things about Clear View Behavioral. Our family is better, stronger, and healthier than we've ever been thanks to them! I've been in therapy for many years and I've never found a clinic with so many wonderful people. They really have the best of the best.

1 star cause I don't feel like I'm not important to my Psychiatrist are calls are about 4mins to 6mins max only thing is asked is that you need a refill on your medication and that's about it. I don't feel any better from the day I started talking with my psychiatrist all I do is take the meds I'm was put on. I try to reach out to her and never get a response back I called the office they say that they will get my stuff handled and call me back that never happens now I'm out of the meds I was prescribed and there's nothing I can do till she response back and appoves it been 2 weeks and nothing backonly good thong that had come from clear view is my Therapist jhon he's a great person he does his best to keep me pushing forward he talks to me like I matter and that he actually cares for me thats the only upside to this all is him. I wish that clear view actually care about there clients instead of seeing me as a way to make money on prescribed meds sad thing is that I would have never been on this medication if she didn't prescribed it and now I'm stuck not being able to get it. Clear view I wish you guys cared enough to take care of your client's and the sad thing is that I only speak with my psychiatrist every 3 months. How long after all of this now my Therapist won't respond to me neither will my psychiatrist Jane cox I'm out of my depression meds that they put me on and I can get it from anyone else not even er or the urgent care so now I'm stuck with going threw withdrawal from these meds they put me on no with no help no assistance w I'm stuck in the dark by myself this is how people die how people do bad stuff to themselves because even the doctors will leave them to fend for themselves after they perscibed stuff that I should have never been on thank you Clearview for this I've been trying to contact you guys for damn near a month and nothing back emails calls text everything.

If your referral is with them, just cancel it right away. They will never call you to schedule your appointment and they will never return any of your voicemails.

Very poor service. Small ugly office. Wouldn’t recommend. They have a front office girl. No one answers the phone or calls back. Horrible. Therapist not very friendly either.

Wouldn’t waste my time here. This is the opposite of a therapeutic relationship. Considering making a formal report to their board. First, I was never told of the co payment for this place. Months later they are asking me for it. Secondly, I have had a horrible time trying to get through to actually talk to staff. I leave messages, they never answer them. One time! One time out of several I get a call back. I call and can never get through to actually speak with someone. I find every step of the way, this organization is horribly unprofessional. Check the other reviews all the negative ones are recent. All the same, no one is getting through or calls back. I would never recommend this place to any of my friends or family.

I called 7 clinics in Redlands over the past month. Four never called me back, two had no openings and one had openings but not until over 2 months out. Clear View called me back within two days and got me scheduled within a week. The receptionists were very friendly. I called because I needed help completing the consents and one of the receptionists kindly walked me through it. Very friendly and my therapist even got me scheduled for a medication evaluation. Thank you Clear View!

I’d give zero stars if I could. Absolute WORST place to go. Do not waste your time and they are awful in every way.

God has absolutely and truly blessed me by giving me the gift of George Duarte as my therapist to help me through the hardest time of my life. George teaches me and always reminds me of the good Truth while I lost sight and couldn’t see it for myself. He brings me such pure Wisdom to understand good thoughts and actions while I can’t find it for myself. He teaches me the Science of how my brain works in order for me to understand how and why I think and feel and act the way I do. So now with this understanding I am able to combat thoughts that are negative and harmful - and to live a life that is good and purpose driven with joy. He has indeed taught me the tools I need to rebuild my life. Not only do we vibe in our humor, companionship and understanding - but we share a faith in Jesus which is paramount to this recovery and rebuilding. Our faith in God is quintessentially the solid foundation for which we build on. He listens and teaches in equal parts with a heart of compassion with a wise counsel that has set my feet on the correct path for healing, stability, happiness and hope. He has told me I am a dog with yellow gums! What?! Yes he has. He has yellow gums too. I hope you get to ask him what that is about. I can keep writing and bragging about how George has been a cornerstone in my support of rebuilding my life after I cashed and destroyed virtually everything in it. But how can I express everything in me how much George has been in this renewal and redesign of my life?! Our sessions are a FaceTime connection and he has never been late in over 100 sessions, not even 1 minute. No joke. I look forward to his smile and our 50 minute adventure together every week. She told my daughter that “you wouldn’t be depressed if you just tried to be happier”. Late to calling appointments… they schedule my kids during school hours. its just frustrating :/

My daughter and I both receive therapy and for the both of us, our therapist have been the best we have ever come across. My daughter is 11 and sees Mr. Curtis. After one session she took a liking to him and was comfortable enough to have sessions alone where she did not want to with previous therapists. I see George Duarte and after going through 20 years of therapy off and on, I can finally say that I have made real progress. George has a real life approach that makes you face your issues and while is nurturing, does not let you excuse your toxic behavior. He has helped me realize things about myself that I even had a hard time accepting but once I finally did (6 months later, talk about patience) life has changed for the better. I am a straightforward, no BS type personality and that's what I appreciate about George. We get down to the hard stuff, cry if I need to and get right down on how to solve the issues. I am a completely different person than I was 2 years ago when we started this journey and from the bottom of my heart I am grateful. This man truly cares and has gone above and beyond to ensure I stay on the right track. If you're truly ready to make changes and get out of whatever brought you to therapy in the first place, I highly recommend George Duarte.

Best place to find a good therapist. I love coming to Clear View. I have done so much better since coming to see my therapist. She really gets me and helps me work on doing better. Everyone is so nice.

Didn't even inquire why I had a 220/121 blood pressure and was in the hospital. When I explained it was Admiral Ms. Cox said "No, only in cases of emergencies" what the hell does she think this is? DONT WAST YOUR TIME OR YOUR LIFE ON THIS QUACk I'm returning to emergency.

They almost never answer the phone here. But the girls up front are nice. I finally got scheduled and am happy.

Medical PROFESSIONALS are amazing! 5 Stars! Reason I gave one star was for the poor structure at the front desk. They never answer their phones. It’s been two years of dealing with this. Poor service! This makes a patient very discouraged to even want to continue care and seek help with medical professionals when their front desk does not have it together constantly with a simple phone call. Either they need MORE staff to attend to patients or NEW staff with better structure.

My wife and I have been working with the Clear View therapists for several years now and all of them have been excellent resources for helping us individually and in our marriage! We wouldn't be as happy together today if it wasn't for the support of the Clear View team! The telemedicine service also is a plus!

Didn't see a MD and was referred to do video visits with a Social Worker rather than a Psychologist. No medications were given. Social Worker video visits have worked out quite nicely!

Absolutely love this place very cozy office! Brought my 8yr old for an appointment with Ms. Marelis it was a great fit! Made my daughter feel so comfortable and when she had to go from face to face to telehealth Ms. Marelis made it extremely easy to fit her in her schedule. While I waited the office has plenty of reading material and therapist offered water and or coffee. They are a busy office but the wait is all worth it! I dont ever see us going any place else!
