The chicken sandwiches are definitely pretty good and especially if you get them with a side of honey mustard. I also really enjoy the waffle fries. I like the fact that they have free internet. I wish they had a self-serve soda fountain machine in the lobby but there is free refills, you just have to go up to the counter. Today I was super hungry so I just got two chicken sandwiches and no fries but I really enjoy the fries every time❤ stop by get a chicken sandwich and don't forget the honey mustard👍

I always have a good experience at this Chick Fil A. Today they went over and beyond. I planned a small birthday party for my daughter for Saturday afternoon. They ended up being closed in their dining room. They told us we could use the outside tables. They cleaned the tables, brought all the food directly to us and even brought us extra sauce! They even brought my daughter a free birthday brownie with ice cream. This was an unplanned event, they were low on staff and only had the drive thru open that day. Yet, the employees were sooo helpful and friendly! Thank you for making my daughter’s birthday party a great success!

I didnt know I ordered the kids meal size chicken strips. Should have a 10pc count option also if they’re going to be this small.

Nice staff but staff are not the most adept at filling out orders. They constantly either forget to include all items or completely get orders incorrect. I like the food but the staff are not so sharp. Be prepared to have missing items or wrong orders. I cant tell you how many times i have gone back to orders corrected

Food is amazing and the workers are so nice. But I went here around 11:30am and they had workers standing outside to take orders and payment in the cold rain. They shouldn’t be forced to stand outside especially in weather like this. It’s not as efficient as you would like to believe.

Manager, Luthor should not be in management. I pulled in at 10:58 and got my items 24 min later. I ordered two items. The one dollar item I had a coupon for because they messed up the last order in March. This “manager” tells his young girl to tell me my coupon is expired and they can’t take it. I explained it was given to me for a previous issue and if he could make an exception. She asked him and he told her to tell me no. Don’t go here. They been terrible for years and only getting worse. No customer service and the wait times are horrific even by fast food standards. Go anywhere else, the don’t deserve the biz.

The other day I asked for a order of the 3ct spicy tenders & the nugget meal. The lady repeated the order and it was correct. Once I got my food delivered, there was 3 boxes of the spicy tenders. I then realized she had charged me for 3 orders. When I went up front to tell another worker, he apologized & brought the manager over. The manager apologized but told me I wouldn’t get a refund until 2 WEEKS. The lady who took my order, proceeded to be rude and call me names in the back. Very unprofessional. Her name is Samantha.

The food and service at this Chick-fil-A are great just like every other Chick-fil-A I have been too. The sandwiches, chicken strips, fries, salads and shakes are all great.

Came here today and order a meal for my family of 5. We waited 30 mins and started noticing everyone getting their food but us. I went up and they didnt even have our food in the system. David their cashier had to ring me up again even though i had a receipt. The manager came over and I told her my time is valuable what will you do to correct this she said they give no refunds can give me little cards. She gave me 4 cards. 2 sandwich cards and 2 happy meals. Then they find my order at a vacant table. I asked them to please not give me that food. I sat down and I said watch them give us that food. We literally see them take the SAME sandwiches and put them back on a tray!! They brought up 2 new happy meals and fresh fries and bring it over. Obviously our food sandwiches were COLD and SOGGY and nasty. I took a pic of one. I go up and tell Kara B what i just witnessed she apologized and offers to make new sandwiches I say no but she was adamant about it and i say ok fine. She comes over tells us she cant make them because her manager said she gave me cards remind you i ordered other expensive sandwiches and remind you they made ANOTHER mistake. I said ok well refund me my sandwiches they said they dont offer refunds but yet dont have cards for the samdwiches we like. Makes no sense. Then her manager was RUDE even before the sandwich incident was very unapologetic for their mistakes. I got so little as a I am sorry from her. It was her duty to make it right or at least show kindness. Kara said she couldnt give me her name because they know she did NOT treat me right. David also refused. Why have name tags if you dont provide their names ?? That is horrible customer service. Then I demanded a refund she kicked me out of the store in front of my kids for doing what is right and demanding fresh food or a refund. They stared me down rudely as I left.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and I received everything but the chicken itself. The food was cold! I will never order from them again! Lesson learned the hard way. The price does not match their service.

David is incompetent. Ordered regular chicken sandwich deluxe, rang it up as spicy. Tried to correct him when he read back my order, said that he got it, received spicy chicken sandwich deluxe. Ate the sandwich anyway because I hate wasting food, but I’m pretty disappointed.

Are everyone’s large fries always short or just mine?

I never thought I'd be the person to say this, and yes it is still fast food, but definitely seems to be better fast food, but anyway... Coming to Chick-fil-A with the husband and 3 toddlers is one of the easiest and most pleasant dining experiences possible. We enjoy our food, the kids like the play place, and the little niceties make such a difference (such as the nice highchairs with wipes and place mats sitting on them, fresh flowers on the table, and really friendly service). Our kids typically do pretty well at restaurants regardless, but coming here is just a little easier. And I'm happy they brought back the wrap!

The service is always quick and the staff are extra nice. We love the sauce and chicken sandwiches. They used to be salty but gotten better over time. The waffle fries are delicious as well.

The staff seemed rather lost as far as taking orders and delivering food. The original chicken sandwich was good, the fries were hot, and the restaraunt was clean.

The sandwiches and waffle fries were very hot. Freshly cooked. The food was served quickly and promptly. No delay. The tables in the dining room were partly not cleaned.

Today, I ordered the grilled chicken nuggets. They were super juicy, and I really enjoyed the flavor. I am not sure if they are marinated or not, but the juicier the better. I had a fruit cup for my side, and there was a good mixture of fruits. I would surely recommend.

Went for first time in Bloomingdale, IL’s Chick fil A , Food was great, our customer service cashier was young kid and didnt care much, but other staff was courteous, most importantly, great quality food and value. Highly recommended.

I saw a girl get treated poorly today. The manager called her a bad word. Kicked her out for their mistake. Sad to see their staff treat a mother like that in front of her kids.

As always, it was a great experience. The positive attitude, smiles, and genuine feel-good energy are contagious. Great food, great service, long line, worth the wait!

Started off good, the order-taker was nice and fast. The line wasn't bad. Less than a 3 minutes wait. However, when I received my food, the lettuce looked old, slimy, and wilted. I called to see what they could do and the manager was nice. She told me the different options, and i came back up to the restaurant. The front counter associate didn't understand me and order me another salad. I said no, could i speak to a manager. The manager on the phone came out and took care of the refund. I got a full refund and additional free sandwich cards. So the experience even though it took longer than expected, I was happy with the end result.

My family and extended family enjoy Chick-fil-a, but this location can not get an order correct. Missing sandwiches for one order, received medium fries when we ordered large on another order, and got unsweetened tea when ordering a coke on our last order at this location. When trying to call the number on the receipt to get this corrected, no one answers. My advise: NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!

If you're looking for something other than a chicken sandwich, nuggets, or a salad - totally try their chicken noodle soup (it's hearty 😋). I was pleasantly surprised especially for a fast food restaurant, whose soup is really good. Don't forget about the shakes - peppermint chip & vanilla.

Such caring and amazing people! There was a car crash at the light in front of the location and the drive-through team rushed to help the older ladies involved making sure they got out ok and brought them chairs to sit while they waited for help. They’re good people still out there it’s great to see.

Chick-Fil-A is just all around amazing. This location is great and the staff are super friendly. They also love the Veterans who served their country. Highly recommend going here if you have the chance. You will not be disappointed!

I love there chocolate chips cookies. I wanted a bag of them. They only had singles. Had to go through drive up twice. It's hard to get a receipt sometimes.

Food is ok, but I really don't understand what people taste in their chicken sandwich. It's middle of the road at best as far as chicken sandwiches go imo.

The service at this location is always good, drive thru always moves fast, workers are friendly and polite, food is good, and orders are always correct.

We love chick fil a but today marked the second time that we ended up having to go through the drive through 2 times and still had our order wrong on top of many other times our order has been wrong. I am Not sure if there is a problem with communication in the kitchen or what but I usually have problems with this store. We have only ever had free sandwich cards given to us once out of the many times they have messed up our orders in the past. I feel like it is the least they could do. I hope the team can be more educated or get more training if that means they could do a better job getting the right food out to customers.

The staff there is always smiling and friendly. The dining area was closed to due the COVID situation. Food is reasonably priced and tasty.

I honestly don’t understand the big hype about Chikfila. Their sandwiches are mediocre at best. The infamous chikfila sauce taste like they mixed honey mustard, ketchup, Mayo, and some horseradish for a kick. I do like their waffle fries. Sometimes when I order the chicken is crispy on the outside but not thoroughly cooked in the inside. I find that having a restaurant that only serves chicken products limits their market potential.

I can to really like this place. Do not go often but when I do I always seem to get special treatment. Ive gotten a free gift card and a free meal, they're always saying "oh it's just for being here." Gotta love it!

If we’ve done the drive-through 20 times at this location, I bet they’ve only gotten our order right twice. It’s absolutely absurd how consistent they are at leaving things (most often salad dressing) out. Maybe this time I’ll learn my lesson 🤦‍♀️

Just ordered a cob salad w avocado ranch and some chicken nuggets. Drove 20 min back home to find out they didnt give me salad dressing so now im eating the nuggets i got for my dog and throwing the salad away. Poor Fido gets dry dog food tonight 😢 Sorry, buddy.

Don't bother coming in if there's a long line of cars outside . Just do the drive through because you don't get your order any faster , you still have to wait for the other orders first . Was inside for 20 mins waiting for my order :( Update- just got home and they forgot to put my sandwich with my meal

Always good customer service and food is always delicious, ordered 2 combos which came with waffle fries and a drink. Order 1# spicy deluxe chicken with pepper jack an ultimate fan favorite extra chik fil a sauce. Order #2 grilled chicken sandwich both came out delicious and always made fresh and the customer service was very kind even though they were extremely busy for dinner and couldn't find our order the cashier remained calm and we ended up placing it at the drive through which was okay and he apologize for the order but he was very kind and wanted to make sure we were fully satisfied. I love the food there especially the waffle fries 🍟🍟 so goooodddd and the sauce is like legendary pretty much can put it on the chicken sandwich dip it or however you like it and it elevates the food to a whole new level!

This has to be 1 of the BEST Chick-fil-A around! All employees polite, helpful, and quick! If for any reason when I had a concern management has ALWAYS resolved the issue promptly and gone above and beyond. Thank you all for suburb service and amazing food! I usually get the chicken nuggets and fries. Their chicken has a really nice flavor as well! Never had any issues with this location's food. This place is amazing. Even though they should be busy a lot they still manage to get orders out right, and treat themselves and others with respect, which is really cool. It can get a little crazy, but that’s to be expected from a great chain like this

No matter what Chick-fil-A I visit, the waitstaff are cordial and authentic and the food consistent. I want to compliment the wonderful people that work at this location as they made me feel special. I appreciate that the order taker took my name upon my order and the person that brought my food to the table called me by name with a big smile on her face. Thanks for making me feel welcome on the day I visited.

Great chicken!! Deluxe spicy chicken sandwich was juicy. Lettuce and tomato were fresh. Service was fast and friendly. My food was hot. 10 out of 10! Will go again.

Picked up my food and they forgot my sauce for both salads. Called in and spoke with the manager and he said sorry and will tell then not to forget. This happened in other locations and they always accommodate in different ways but this location seems like they don’t care.

This is a great Chick-fil-A. I love this place. Juiciest burger I’ve ever had! Food is hot and quick but always tastes good. The employees at this location were incredibly nice which is rare for fast food. I always enjoy hearing it’s a pleasure to serve you. The chicken sandwiches are always a hit. They make the best in the world. Even though they are busy most of the time, they always get you your food pretty quickly. Never had encounter problems on this place. The service that I've gotten here is amazing. The customer service topped it. I would highly recommend it. Love this location.
