I had been looking for my 10 year anniversary ring for a while, so my husband and I went to take a look at the new Diamonds Direct location in Oakbrook. I must say I was very pleased with the whole jewlery shopping experience. The store is super chic and Jackie, our sales associate, was very nice and helpful. She made me feel comfortable trying a lot of their rings until I laid my eyes on the one that I couldn't let go. The pictures attached don't do justice to this sparkler. Their lifetime warranty included in the price is an extra reason to also go shop there. And, they also have this cute little play room for kids if you need to bring them aong while shopping. Overall, very pleased and would visit that location and ask for Jackie again for my next jewelry purchase.

Great experience at Diamonds Direct Oak Brook. Jackie was amazing to work with for our diamond ring purchase. She was very thoughtful and showed us some great options. Jackie is very knowledgeable, and I wouldn't shop with anyone else. Also, they have a space for kids to color or play games while you shop. Highly recommended all around.

She is very well informed about diamonds and helped us make the right decision on the purchase. She was attentive, kind and very knowledgeable. I found her to be caring also. We had a great experience with Denise at the Oak Brook store. There were so many options to look at, in fact Denise said they could customize an engagement ring however we wanted it. Several members of the staff were very helpful including setting up our two young children on a play station so they were happy while we shopped. I cant wait to see the custom engagement ring we purchased when it's completed! A great choice for jewelry shopping!

Just wanted to add to the review my husband posted. Jackie truly made the whole experience wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and worked with us to get exactly what I wanted. My bands were worn and older and I thought for sure were not going to be any good for the new diamond we had picked out. Whoever the actual jeweler is also deserves a mention-my rings are absolutely beautiful. They literally look like new. Everyone at Diamond Direct made my experience great.
