Everything was excellent here, but will not be coming back because the place is riddled with gambling machines! The owner of Tracy's has totally wrecked this used to be family restaurant with gambling machines. I saw one of the managers there gambling when he should have been working. Not a family restaurant. Please remove gambling machines!

Greek bartender at nights a drunk,stoned, or both..saw mice running behind slots. Maybe no big deal to the manager emburto.BUT I DONT SUGGEST eating there.lord only knows how many mice live in their kitchen.!! My advice...Don't waste your time or money.

Staff friendly & courteous... Complimentary soft drinks & snacks in gaming room w/5 slot machines. Nice bar w/plasma TV serving bottled beer & drafts along w/food in sm. dining area.

Great pizzas. Find a combo you like because just picking ingredients starts to ramp up the price.

I enjoy stopping by this facility periodically, because I have fun. Great staff whom are courteous and respectful to all who patronize this place. I read someone saying something about a Greek employee male who works there. I've never seen him high or drunk, I've observed that he looks tired at times probably because he works quite a bit, as majority of the staff working there have other jobs outside of working at Tracy's. I have seen him with his beautiful fiance at times when I am gaming there, But never has he been disrespectful or flirtatious to me or other women for that matter who go there, because he is constantly bragging about his fiance. I have never seen mice or bugs at this place either even the washrooms are exceptionally clean and sanitized, much better that other gaming facilities I might add. It is just a great place all around. Great people patronize this place and a must go to place when you want to get your gaming on. Even most of the people who play there are great also. Kudos Tracy's glad I found such an amazing place to get my gaming on.

This is a hidden suburban gem. Great place to watch a game and hang out.

Very clean..many comp drinks and snacks..Sadly only the Carol Stream location is willing to use the kitchen to offer cooked food beyond snacks ONE of the girls who worked there went far beyond to accommodate not only the patrons but the business and they found a reason to gang up on her and let her go for false accusations and Petty things which turned out to be a major loss for this establishment but that person has moved on now and is doing quite well in work that is better for her and she is much happier good for her

Very very nice. Always checking if I needed anything and escorted out because of the lateness of the hour and I was alone. Safety first
