I was in the cafe a couple days ago and have never heard more mistreatment of staff in my life. One of the employees called another employee a spaz while on the floor making drinks. I have never been more disappointed with a company. Things have gone down hill since my favorite employee left for another company. It seems all the store manger cares about is money and power. I will not being going back.

Girl named Ashley was harassing and harassing!!! Trying to think of a drink and she said under her breath any day now... what kind of customer service is that... then when paying she's rushing me when I'm looking for my card!!!!!!!

Tried to order multiple sandwiches. Even have one advertised on the sign. Out of everything. Waited 25 min for a coffee

Been here a couple times through the drive-thru and always order a medium coffee. Order is always quick, made right and always friendly service with a smile. Payment is always quick and easy as well. This Starbucks is all you can ask for and is never crowded when i go as well. Highly recommended Starbucks in Villa Park/ Oak Brook Terrance area.

Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes for 2 cake pops and a bottle of water. Seem nice enough but that’s crazy slow. I wouldn’t want to be here for morning coffee

I went to this location earlier today & knew I had to leave a review. They made me the best brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso that I’ve ever had ☕️

I order a sugar cookie latte… no sugar cookie syrup. I order a medicine ball… no honey no peppermint syrup. I order a paradise drink and get a pineapple refresher. My drink isn’t even the right color. No coconut milk 😵‍💫. I am not happy with this location at all.

June 3 10:39 am I was ignored for like 3 minutes horrible service from the 3 lady's. The cashier was amazing.

WIinter was extremely rude when she lectured me about Starbucks policy and refused to top off my refresher. I get it, policy change etc. But this was after a 20 min wait in the drive thru after being told I should come inside and get the drink (which I ordered on the app and picked drive thu.) After stating I was handicapped and that wouldn't be doable, I received a sigh from the person working the speaker. This has always been one of my favorite locations and Winter ruined it for me. After she angrily said she would do it, she told me she wouldn't do it again. That's cool Winter...I won't be back to this location again.

My frappachino was kinda watery but! Roseanne at the drive thru was an absolute gem! She's so cheery and sweet! she definitely brightened up my day haha, so I definitely recommend the drive thru :)

The nicest bunch you ever want to come across but a little slow but to be fair, low on help so it is to be expected. Nice & very pleasant atmosphere...additional stores behind it if you're looking to get some shopping done. Great way to kill 2 birds with one stone.

I stop here before or after work, and every single time there is always the most pleasant people taking drive through orders and at the window. I’ve never had a bad drink or experience. Cherish these lovely baristas please :)

Service was great, bartender was very attentive and willing to customize our drinks.

I asked for light ice and received half a cup of iced coffee. Not acceptable for $6 spent on my drink. Service was so slow and workers seemed annoyed.

Great customer service!!! They make shopping for chocolate even more fun. A great place for whichever season's holiday to find gifts and some for yourself that always seem to be out of stock at the big box or corner pharmacy. A cute store w great staff!
