    3 bracelets have broken and one the clasp must have opened and is lost. We have paid for one repair which cost near as much as the original bracelet. Then another clasp broke and then one fell off and is gone. All were owned roughly one year or less. The quality here is a huge disappointment and they do not guarantee their items for even a year like many others. We are not returning and spreading the word. We easily have dropped $3500 -$4k in this store with only a couple items left in rotation. Disappointed.

    I visited this store in December shopping for a wedding band which was around $6000. Not only I was advised on incorrectly for the size of the ring twice for ordering it but I was not able to return it because of not being advised on the return policy and now I am stuck with a purchase and with a negative experience behind it after multiple times of revisiting the store and seeking help from David Yurman’s customer service. I highly advise to rethink tour purchase there if you are planning on spending any money. Because sales people at the store or the company will not help or take care if you have any misunderstandings. I will not shop this brand for such a poor customer service.

    Bought the men’s Boxchain bracelet for my husband & 2 sons as gifts- all the same on different occasions.. when purchasing, I was not advised of the faulty clasp that many customers have had with is bracelet & when 2 of the 3 clasps displayed weak springs, I took them in for repair, assuming it was bad chance. The 3rd & most recent purchase fell off my sons wrist and is gone forever. Davis Yurman has admitted this is a manufacturer issue and have redesigned the clasp for future bracelets & will replace the clasp on my 2 remaining bracelets but will not replace the faulty lost bracelet. Very poor business move.

    This is a beautiful store. Everyone there was so kind and helpful as I changed my mind about 3 times. They also offered us water and to appraise my Yurman wedding band, so it could be added to my insurance policy. I wish I lived in Illinois, so this could be my main DY boutique.

    Nicole was AMAZING . She greeted me upon entering & helped me pick out some amazing pieces. Originally I had walked into Tiffany & Co where I wasn’t approached by any of the staff while looking at their pieces but I decided to walk into David Yurman & when I left .. I left feeling upgraded & expensive with my jewelry & the earrings were beautiful that I picked up as well, long story short I highly recommend . Thank you so much for your time & effort you put into me today. 😍🌻💕

    Krystal was beyond pleasant. I’ve been dealing with her for the past week via phone communications. She understood my personality, I’m someone that likes to be on the constant-go. I like to get in and get out. The fact that she understood what I needed and what not to show me… means she really listens to her clients. It came down to “David Yurman and Tiffany’s” to me it was not a hard choice. The story behind “Yurman” is way more compelling, especially connections that reminded me of my own family… New Yorker-Artist. I’m not bashing “Tiffany's” because I do have Tiffany jewelry. Ever since learning of the story behind “David Yurman” I’ve heavily leaned more towards that way. Krystal, really solidified the relationship.     Sandra, is the absolute best! We were instantly greeted as soon as we walked in, even with the store being rather busy at the time. Sandra was patient and so knowledgeable with my fiancé and I as we were browsing and trying on several wedding bands. Not once did I feel rushed as I was going back and forth trying to decide between 2 different bands. We are from out of state, so Sandra had our rings shipped to our home and has been in communication with us every step of the way. The entire team at the Oakbrook David Yurman storefront was so kind. My fiancé also got my Christmas gift from this location, and based on that experience alone we knew this was the perfect place to go for our wedding bands. We are happy returning customers!

    It was amazing experience. When we buy jewelry we want not just jewelry item, but also experience and service and we got all of that in this store. While all staff is great, I would like to specially mention Sandra. Sandra was amazing. Not only she provided great service but also followed up few days later on how we liked jewelry. Highly recommended place.

    Sandra is the nicest person ever! One of my rings was damaged and she immediately replied and helped me send it out for repair. She is extremely kind and took the time to not only email with me, but call me. She put my mind at ease. Highly recommend!

    We highly recommend this store. All the staff is very polite and very helpful. Starting with the gentlemen in security that always greeds you first. Nicole is great, she is the one who we get back every time we eyed something online, we make sure to go to the store and get it or she recommends something even better. She is very helpful, nice and professional. Nicole helped us multiple times to find the pieces we couldn’t find them anywhere online or stores. One time she found the last piece that came all the way from David Yurman Canada. I was really excited. Because it was a special surprise gift. Thank you Nicole, you are the best!

    I had the best shopping experience at David Yurman in Oakbrook. All of the staff were very welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable and the store had an amazing selection of fine jewelry on-hand. Special thanks to Sandra, she is amazing to work with, very thorough, kind, and truly one of the best salespeople I've had the pleasure of working with. I look forward to shopping here again in the future!

    Wow! Excellent service at this location. JEB was the associate that helped me find the perfect gift for my husband for Valentine's Day and to wear to the 2017 First Look Black Tie Charity Event Chicago Auto Show. He literally tried on every bracelet I was interested in. I appreciate his patience as I wasn't sure exactly which bracelet I wanted. Eventually all the associates and security guard were engaged in a conversation with me at once. They sure made me feel welcomed and comfortable while shopping!
