I met Joe and Vanessa through a mutual friend who brought their Rolex in for repair. They are SO knowledgeable, they really know their industry and they are SO kind. They take the time to understand what you're looking for without being pushy or trying to upsell you. I've purchased a couple pieces from them and also had them enhance my grandmother's gold necklace. It is AMAZING to have someone you can rely on and trust in the diamond district. I visited this store in Jewelers Row while searching for a gold baptismal cross. The store is beautiful, modern, and well organized. I was greeted warmly by the staff and shown their beautiful collection of 14K gold crosses. Prices are competitive and the designs are nicely curated. After shopping around, I returned to Prudential to purchase the cross, a sturdy 14K gold chain, and some 18K gold earrings (for myself).
