While I primarily take in my wedding rings to be polished and for a diamond-check, their service always exceeds my expectations. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Ancona Jewelers. I came in to ask about having a custom ring made in memory of my beloved cat. Angie was not only extremely helpful, but also sympathetic to the situation, which I really appreciated. She worked with me in-person and over the phone/email to help custom design my ring. They were able to source black diamonds and salt & pepper diamonds for me, I was able to see/choose from loose stones, and they even gave me an opportunity to try on the wax mold. My ring was completed in the estimated time frame, and Angie was very prompt in replying to any of my questions. I just picked up my ring, and I can't stop staring at it! The Ancona team was awesome from start to finish, and I will definitely recommend them going forward. I hope to collaborate on another custom project with them soon. Thanks again, Angie!
