I never thought I would actually enjoy going to therapy until coming across Pt solutions Wheaton. I must say, finding someone that specializes in pelvis floor dysfunction isn’t easy! Liz has done wonders on me since starting therapy. I have been suffering with my pain for over 10 months. Life isn’t so Debilitating anymore since I been coming here for the past 2 months. These therapist really care about their patients quality of life and by far, go above and beyond to make their patients feel better. Both Christine and Liz are very Knowledgeable in what they Do which made me feel so comfortable trusting my health in their hands. The teamwork among the staff is phenomenal. I also have to thank Destiny the front desk Receptionist for always being so kind. This place is a burst of amazing personalities and energy especially when christine honors us with her vocal skills when the oldies are playing on the radio. Great place, great staff, amazing care!

I just "graduated" from treatment at PT Solutions in Wheaton and I have to say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff at this facility truly went above and beyond to ensure my recovery was both effective and enjoyable. The genuinely care about their patients. From the moment I stepped foot in the clinic, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to help. I couldn't see the, of course, because everyone was wearing masks. The therapists and staff ensured that everyone was wearing a mask, even though COVID risks had dropped to the lowest level. The staff were always sanitizing and equipment. Towards the end of my treatment, PT Solutions did drop the mask requirement and I got to see their faces. Confirmed: All smiles. The receptionists were always accommodating, taking the time to reschedule my appointments whenever necessary (twice). That flexibility made it easy for me to change my appointments after starting a new job. The physical therapists at PT Solutions are truly exceptional; Emily, Liz, and Christine all had a hand in my recovery. They demonstrated a remarkable level of expertise, answering all of my questions and encouraging me. They took the time to expertly evaluate my injury (plain old tennis elbow), come up with a treatment plans for me and my needs, and then monitored my progress to make changes as needed.. Their dedication and attention to detail were truly commendable. The facility was clean, comfortable, and had all the equipment necessary for treatment. They not only focused on my physical well-being, but also asked how I was feeling in general. I always felt encouraged and motivated throughout the process. They also played some excellent music in the clinic. The obvious positive attitudes and the plainly evident care made me feel like I was in competent hands. The most important thing is that I got great results at PT Solutions. With expert treatment and guidance, my injury improved quickly and significantly. My elbow stopping hurting constantly almost immediately. After a few weeks I stopped taking ibuprofen. Though, like any physical therapy, there is a long taper to complete recovery. That meant lots of stretching and strength-training for me. I would, and do, highly recommend PT Solutions to anyone in need of physical therapy. I’m writing this review as a therapist myself who saw Liz and Christina. What a great experience. I was able to run pain free when I was done with therapy, I could barely walk when I came in. They are both superb therapists. They are skilled with manual therapies, very knowledgeable, and fantastic in building rapport with their clients (they don’t teach that in school!). It’s a warm friendly and fun environment. The clinic is well run and professional!

I just got done with my PT today and feel better than I have in 4 years. I am able to do the things that I thought I would never be able to do comfortably again. I had a messed up shoulder and can now lift weight above my head, play tennis, box, and comfortably use my arm like a healthy person can. Liz and Christine helped me more than any other physical therapist has in the past. The atmosphere of the facility is great and the staff is top notch. I will be recommending them to anyone I know that needs PT.

If you are looking for results, look no further. Christine took the time to listen to my concerns and tailored my treatment plan based on my feedback all along the way. I felt heard, cared for and best of all it worked! My range of motion improved 150% from the time I started working with this team. From Liz's guidance to Christine's motivation and patience and Philicia's helpfulness and encouragement, I loved my time here. Everyone is very kind and knowledgeable. For me; running, exercise and day to day activities are much more comfortable now. My only regret is not seeking PT sooner for an injury that occurred 10+ years ago. I had forgotten what normal was supposed to feel like and just assumed that chronic pains, aches, stiffness and swelling were just a part of my life. Christine proved this didn't have to be the case! Incredibly kind and knowledgeable staff. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I am very grateful for my full recovery after knee surgery. Other PTs I have been to felt like a chore… But with the wonderful people and the positive atmosphere they created I actually looked forward to my sessions. I fully recommend this location to anyone in need of PT. You’ll be in good hands.

Beyond thankful for the exceptional care I received at this facility. Liz, Christina, and Philicia are extremely professional and kind. Although there are multiple PT locations closer to where I live, I chose to drive a longer distance to work with them.

I had to go here when my hip and back were in tremendous pain. I waited a month to go and the pain didn’t improve, but after just a few weeks coming here it started feeling better. Then I got a secondary injury which I got treated and after maybe a month it too got better. You have to put in the work and follow their instructions when you’re not there though to feel better faster. After two months both pains were much better and at this point (3 months later), everything is great. I highly recommend coming here to get help. Don’t wait for things to get better on their own like I did because it was just an extra month of pain that wasn’t necessary. Everyone in the office is great!

I came here in excruciating pain barely able to walk. My left leg was numb and I was experiencing hopelessness in my situation. The Amazing Ladies at the Wheaton PT/ Solutions physical therapy took me in and taught me how to regain my mobility, control my pain, and gave me hope again. I had to do the work, but their encouragement and dedication to getting me better made me whole again. I highly recommend this center to help you regain your normal activities back.

Due to the military, I have gone to PT multiple times for my lower back. Christine and Liz were by far the best I have worked with. I just recently had ACDF surgery and if any PT is required, I am going to request them. They both go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable in the exercises. I had "graduated" from PT early because my progress got so much better in a shorter amount of time. I definitely would recommend them to anyone who would need to see a PT. My positive experience first came with my initial phone conversation with Philicia she was helpful, pleasant and her niceness is the reason I chose PT Wheaton and their Pelvic Strengthening Specialist, Liz. First impressions are so important and these women are terrific and because of them I would not hesitate to recommend the PT Solutions, Wheaton. Liz is excellent at what she does and with her I am motivated to do my homework exercises and truly feel I will improve my post op muscle strengthening that I need. Being a seasoned nurse since 1980 and a Surgical RN working an Operating Room for the past 20+ years; makes me a good judge of medical protocols. Top notch knowledgeable staff, comfortable atmosphere and decent location. If you have been referred to this specific PTS location to see a specific Therapist for a very specific problem, do not let the open floor plan intimate you. There are private and comfortable exam rooms for interview, exam and treatments if necessary. Good luck in your recovery!
