The building of the hotel is very welcoming from the outside (especially during the Christmas season now) and the lounge area in the lobby is very cozy and well decorated. Unfortunately though, the entire staff including the restaurant(except for the cleaning ladies and Francesco) is unfriendly, unwelcoming and arrogant. We didn’t feel well taken care of. The restaurant quality of food and service very poor, although they try to be fancy and chic, decorating plates with a 90’s look. Live music was the only positive aspect of the dinners. Not the quality of food you expect to eat in Italy. Over salted and not made with love. The rooms are missing some amenities of a 4star hotel: tissues in the bathroom, glass glasses in the bathroom for placing the toothbrush etc. (They only provide some plastic ones that cannot hold the weight of the objects). Also the floor in the room gets cleaned every day with the vacuum but not with the mop and is absolutely dirty. Sad but true.

🏨🏞️🛎️ This hotel is a great 4 stars on 3 floors located 50 meters from the pedestrian city centre area of Bormio. The rooms are warm and stilish, bed are comfortable and wide, we had jacuzzi in the room(lovely!) other rooms offer also interesting massage-shower. Breakfast is the perfect mix of sweet, salt and hot dishes. They have a small SPA area (2 hours private experience 25 eur person). The real gem is the lounge which is in classic alpine style (very photogenic). Staff is great. The family which manage this corner of heaven is caring, kind and smiling. They have external parking (ca 10 slots, not bookable and an underground park, 10 eur night, bookable). Restaurant of the hotel is probably the best restaurant in town... 😋 All in all a great place where to stay. 🎉🎊

While the hotel is comfortable, the quality of food is really below average for Italian standards and the service is matching ...... Not what we expected from a 4 star restaurant. Would NOT recommend

I cannot tell something about the hotel itself, because we canceled the booking after I got the information about the price for the dogs. This hotel takes 365€ for 2 Persons for 3 nights with breakfast, parking and wellness and ADDITIONAL 120€ for the dogs (2) without food, bed, entertainment and snaks! So for what are 120€? If they would say for cleaning than this would mean that somebody who gets 20€/h could clean the room 6 hours!!! Sorry but thats nonsens! If additional cleaning would be neccessary than maybe for one hour so 20€ but not 120€! I only can say to all dog owners DONT SUPPORT SUCH HOTELS!!!

Previously stayed 1 night 4 years ago, came back and currently on my 6th night. Central to town and cycling routes. Have a dedicated bike room with wash facilities and ski storage. Rooms are comfy with a view. The meals and service from staff is second to non. Would highly recommend to people and I’d stay again.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Liegt in einer ruhigen Lage, sehr nahe vom Zentrum (Piazza Cavour). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind gross, sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet (leider hat mir die Dusche gefehlt, ich kann nichts mit Badewannen anfangen). Das Zimmer hat einen Balkon, TV, Kühlschrank und Wi-Fi. Der SPA Bereich ist empfehlenswert, man ist 2h alleine im SPA (gegen Bezahlung). Gut eingerichtetes Fitness Zimmer. Man kann auch gegen Bezahlung in der Garage parkieren. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und frisch. Hat eine sehr grosse Auswahl an süsse, salzige Gerichte, oder à la carte, wenn das nicht reichen sollte.

Schönes Hotel mitten in der Stadt. Parkhaus für 10 Euro pro Tag vorhanden. Die Stellplätze lassen sich sogar mit einem Tor verschließen. Nette Hotelbesitzer, gehen auch auf Sonderwünsche ein. Sollte man das Hotel früh verlassen bekommt man jedoch Probleme beim Ausparken.
