The
staff
absolutely
lacks
courtesy
and
professionalism.
Unfortunately
it
is
not
possible
to
use
the
self
service
for
the
type
of
refueling
otherwise
it
would
be
a
"fixed
stop".
Very
often
on
the
phone,
with
friends
or
relatives,
he
is
totally
disinterested
in
customers.
Once
the
refueling
is
finished
(at
least
he
doesn't
refrain),
several
minutes
pass
before
the
dispenser
is
detached
from
the
vehicle...
Obviously
priority
is
given
to
reading
messages
on
the
phone,
social
interactions
or
anything
else
not
related
to
the
task
carried
out.
Having
other
things
to
do,
you
also
don't
run
the
risk
of
the
vehicle's
fuel
cap
being
closed
after
refueling.
He
doesn't
say
hello,
he
doesn't
say
thank
you,
he
doesn't
interact
except
with
the
person
on
the
phone
of
the
moment.
